New development and change of leaving day

The Monday discussion with David push back my resign day to end of July, it can be a mutual win-win if we play it right. for me : entitle to receive my Profit Sharing Bonus in full and process the executive leave according to the HR rule : 45 days before. For David H : he play his card of not intend to let me go and reluctant to approve my resignation letter and to set the dramatic ambience at the Board Meeting today. he is a cameleon to me right now, I won't be the first friend who he deal with the work-friend relationship, and I guarentee I won't be the last person either.
Don't invest too much time dealing with it.
RDA video conference between Executive Member and Stoen turn out to be positive, well, anything can change anything since this is a Gorlia fight , however, it do lead to a consultataion map that Stone and I can draw upon - to make up my 2 months empty room in preparing next move, other than Executive Coaching, this is something solid I may build upon
Thanks to Guy Kawasaki and his " Art of Start " I check his points one by one and mapping with my first Domain - Leadership Development, it works perfect and the MEANING and Mantra portion fit almost perfect, it reflect to this is an ideal turn reality business and I should defenitely follow my heart.
Space Shake is not an easy approach, it's in an infant stage and I need to dump decent resource to make is work, I should keep this in mind:

Today, is Spirox Shareholders meeting and Board Meeting, David H should be ready for my resignation talk, I am following our protocol, plan win win with the Stroy I script.
Sharing my resignation with 6 persons : Annie and her baby, Sunny and her baby, Anita and our temp - Peggy. they should be informed the first place, really.
