Lunch casually and randomly find a " quick service " Chinese restaurant in the ally nearby She Ta : where I print my workbook for Saigon .
I order a " stew rib " set : it come with side dishes and soup - looks great and pricing at 200
There is something wrong with my first bite to the rib - I tasted the sore which don't come as a flower but a rotten food , I split it out gently.
Then I approach the counter quietly and told the service man " the dish have some problem " he immediately take my rib away and send the menu for me to pick the replacement .
I can't - so I told him that I will eat my side dishes and pay the full - no worry
And I took a mouth wash at the water drain at the restroom before consume my dinner .
I finish all my remaining lunch . I saw owner ( or manger) stand behind the counter - I walk up and take 200 from my wallet : the owner said " I am sorry for he ignorance , the meal is on the house , please do come back "
My reply : no , you should at least take the cost , so I left 100 to the table and told him I will be back .
There's another 3 guests in the restaurant, they aware something is happen but nothing burst out .
This is what we can do : don't give hard time to people even you are standing on the ground call " REASON "

I surrender to my human nature and learn that I MUST accept it , otherwise the guilt won't be Away .
I do have my midlife transformation lesson to learn and can't escape from it
I am triggered by many side attraction and can't help myself finding an antidote / solutions .

What meant to be mean to be : my skipping the condolences turn to today : when Daniel leave me a message this morning on his first day home - I decide to go with him
It's an " after house " which Gary's father build for him : Bai Shen Chuang Tamsui and we kind of lost for many turns
What happens during the day:
1. Ask the house and trigger an old lady's nerves as she don't know to be contaminated by the funeral - bad lucky so to speak
2. Met Gary's sister and lean a few Things about his father : workaholic and a family man who suffer only in the last 10 days .
3. Daniel ask me to go to 行天宮 to complete our routine for funeral, of course I follows .
4. A good clam soup noodle together.

Gaia resort
Meiling pick me up at Sunsang airport and heading to Gaia resort beitou .. it's the couple force us to go .. but the hot spiring is very good .
My emotions arose by google map - the gps direct to super highway get me nervous always and Meiling read my nervous also , the result is at resort but no sex.
We had a very quick dinner and I share our 30 anniversary plan to Japan ., it should be nice but to reset expectation always
This morning, we went for a hike and see a big rotten tomb use by an army general ,,sad
And I murmur about her neglect in caring me and yes , the pay off is good sex after breakfast and before second hot spring treatment .

1. Friday afternoon: 2 movie and one dinner wish Meiling: the Spain movie wasn't so brilliant and my second review to " baby driver " is an ok also .. but we had a very good intimacy on Friday night . Since her MC late for 2 weeks , she want to relief.
2. Sat : our in the car and see the world routine . From route 106 to Fu Long Beach buy ourself the lunch bento and return home along the coast highway.. I went home earlier than Meiling and we enjoy the " games of throne " at home , the new episode and the dragon mother .. good one
3. Sunday : it's an independent day , I do my library morning. I was late but manage to check the biography of sigmud frued .. part of . And browsing some good / now unagi restaurant in town . I am going to " just do eat " tonight .
4. Afternoon at Union cafe : a local good cafe , the table next to me is like some 60 plus elder talked about the external affairs and kind of emotions , I change my table , withdraw the playing heart and read the Juening life .. interesting in reading..

1. I am reluctant to take the group leadership but my father should retired in 2 years, on the board meeting, I am officially include in the Taiwan Executive Committee
2. The monthly long sabbatical from China is a 5 years routine due to the tax plan .
3. Sleeping always been a big issue to me , it damaged my health significantly, I've try every method and am taking sleeping bill now , but there's no off switch in my brain , it won't work after I tried the third time .
4. I am even too excited about I am about to taking sleeping pill and I should have a good sleep , and the excitement keep me awake all night after pill .
5. Coffee is the stimulative I need it now on almost every meeting .
6. A big " Whol. " when Vincent almost hit the crossing street cat
7. I have 5 secretary / assistsnt to help me sore out everything
8. I am too kind to my wife : 3 nanny , one assistant and 2 drivers .. she only need to yell and things get done. It's a problem now .
9. I don't eat complicated food such as : crab , shrimp or even the meat hard to chew ..
10. It's good to walk and now relax and take a good rest
11. My take Away is due to dry run , I have to ware short pant and I felt the nickel tissue development a soft tumor inside .. I need to check it now , but which specialist ?

And Steven Wu once kidnapped in Beijing when boarding his planes back but was force to get off and couldn't come home to Taiwan .
They both risk their life being rick or running biz against others interest .. a funny thought come to my mind .

Emotion exit
To tell someone how sad / angry / frustrate / many other emotion seems to be a good mean in resolve your emotion , what we don't realized is if we are dumpling it and " outsourcing " our emotions to others without ask for permission?
If the one really listened, I meant in active and empathy listening , he or she must felt energy suck by you .. if he is not listing, you won't feel the care and yours sharing won't be paid off ..
when to ask permission for sharing - resolving your emotion ? Find the right time , in a right mood and maybe choose a right place - when things outside is right , inside can be right .

2 good movies
The 2 action films were so good :
1. Frozen Secrets : Cold blonde is a great action / spy movie and the tone of director is amazing .. music and background of Berlin Wall is also brilliant .
2. Baby Driver : like it so much , not so many action movies have such a racing / action feel . Enjoy it as another cult film
I do have a good time in the theater .

Internship resonate
I recall the time when father arrange me a summer part time at Taipei Municipal Police Station for distribution of police shoes - it's for uncle Tasi's " All Beauty Shows " who tender the police shoes at that time .

I am not sure is the budget is irrelevant or the strategic mind of " buy one get one free " free ride is a must for surviving today . The even hijacked and the corporation with Adagio B & B ( or the trade off ) become the marketing angle which diluting our " good cause " and blurring the role " Talents Fly " / A Zone perform at the joint event ..
A Zone foundation manager is so upset and emotional - according to Angeli ( our project owner from Talents Fly ) who initially should be the coordinator to all possible dispute , however , she is taking a step back ( this is only my observation, don't want to get her hands dirty is her nature ) and rationale why Winds is doing - I am fine as there is no point to break my friendship with Ken but to reexamine what I did for them and should I continue to do so ...

When happily share my commitment to bring over Taiwan jazz musicians to Japan participating on karuizawa jazz festival . For ease the financial burden and to do something meaningful .
A cold water pulling down on my head , Meiling say why can't get rid of the grief ? What not let the " missing the lost one " keep within oneself, why not work for the living , the poor and those who need help and we can really SEE ? And why spend money on the dead ? Why not save for the raining day ? Would 88 happy to see this happen ? Or why I am doing what I think is good but to drag her grief period longer ? By continue to support karuizawa jazz festival and bring her back to the 88 days - how can Teako bail herself out ? How can she open new chapter for her life ?
There is nothing wrong with her pragmatically thoughts, I just told Meiling don't share such a thought to anyone as it will be treated or cold blooded .

Tired ; exhausted and lack of focus
R is not in a good shape today , clubbing until 4:00 am , how can a coaching session going well like this ?
He is doing what he call " mediation " before I arrived ( to me , it's napping ) and I can see from his eyes. He hardly can pull himself , in order not to tear down the mask , I use my " process " weight and shorten to a 90 minutes session ..
and I am wondering if he space out also , this is what I worried more -- as for the contents and context today , must be some take Away for both of us ..

One day with SY Cai
I don't take it as any coaching / consulting session but more or less like support your younger sister, so this is how we spending a day tougher in SH
SY pick me up by 10:30 am with her JEEP - yes the 4 wheels and our first stop is the private museum - located at 17 floor of riverside- Bin Chiang .
If not for her personal guide , I wouldn't know how to appreciate the Chinese ancient art - how to obtain the basic understanding of Sung / Ching dynasty treasure pieces . And we touch upon the Univesity , the Advisory Board and how to connect resource I familiar in Taiwan and the boutique resort Managment liaison with Adagio / ... we set up the onsite and with Kevin / principal ger on Aug. 31 and magically I successfully secure appointment respectfully .
I then get the chance to hand touch those treasures -- so amazingly magic , it's not in the closet but in your eyes and hand - the first hand experience really make my day .
Lunch is good . I might overly ate too much meat ..
Second highlight is my virgin experience to " DiD experience center " . Locate in another prime area and open to public : workshop is a b2b approach , experience center is to increase influence to the mass.
Today , the center close for training, one of the top trainer / coach bibi from Mexico is doing workshop the whole day and I am so lucky to access to this privilege - the only person to enjoy bibi's guide in the dark .
As I am prepared , so I keep my eye open for the whole session , when conducting the final cafe in the dark , I assume my time in the dark is 25 minutes, and the actual time is 43 minutes- as you prepare , the fear is no longer a threat to you . This is my biggest take Away -hope for the best and prepare for the worst ...
I share the story about 88 and " love in the eyes " and sincerity wish for those who couldn't see , there is a souls seed in their heart ..
When complete experience and about to take the " I survive " photos and I was astonished to know I am the number 1110 who garner this experience. And it's my birthday: 11 10 .

Eric's daughter Jessica married Jack : more than 20 YPOer attend the wedding party last night at Marriott.

2. Steven Pan inform i should visit KS for the great restaurant open in his new hotel and Daan / Flow sees to capture his high attention.

4. George : credit about getting Eric in the YPO org and his life in a slow pace
5. John open the family hotel H2O in KS and promise my upgrade, it's my father and son city tour new destination

From a machine learning to equip with Mind , this is a profound quest . And my learning today :
ABC learning model since 18th to unveil the mind :
A: assositioism , behavioralism , connectivity learning .
If your arms have mind , the should know the pain , what is the Amputate arm need to reconnect to the body : dose the separate arm feel pain ? Do we need to anesthesia it ?

Breaking the ice on bed
I slept at sound room last night , that was supposed to be set for Meiling but I occupied for a seek & hike - however, I fallen asleep and woke up by 5:30 am
Take my 3rd hiking in a week this morning. It's an achievement and by walking up. I make peace with myself and decide to break the ice when down home .
Take a shower , perform intimacy and exchange what we missed last night, it all back to normal .
Don't let the resentment stay over 24 hours especially with the one you love .

Happy doesn't last for 24 hours
Watching the Apes of the war serial 3 , I like it and I know Meiling won't enjoy it . But she follow my step .
When taking about when to meet for avatar - circle de solie show , she instantly tell me why not bring Rabin with me ? What ? I said to her I only met him once and kind enough being him out tomorrow morning and that's good enough, why bother take him to a show he can enjoy in either London or New York ?
I keep it with me until 9:30 pm when Meiling ask me when and where to meet ? I said 3 pm at some corner and then she said don't you know it's so hot by 3 pm ? My emotion raised and tell her : don't be like that - it's not alway you accompany to do what I want , this is a good show , we go together, if you really don't want yo go , then don't , from COCO's concert in SZ , we have this agreement, what make me upset is her reluctant to go and without patient : if you don't what to be , then forget it , I should learn the lesson long time ago , and I really need to enjoy being alone or do things I enjoy myself . Period .

Finish Shoe Dog
I bought the Chinese translation about a year ago but only flip first few pages , if not because Alison and Business Week meeting tomorrow, I probably won't finish reading the paper book in next 3 years.
I finish it just now, reading tower the final chapter, I almost burst out crying, genuinely touching . His love to Matthew - elder son die in a diving accident and his hate to the one who joint Addida but they never can reconciled until the day Johnson die of heartache.
And love to Penny : who waiting for phil always .
Hire lawyer and accountant is a start up believing. I really enjoy reading it .

It's a dynamic built naturally, it is the human nature blend with group nature . What's the long term/ mid term and short term goals for each key stakeholders, you can't find a perfect round and all stakeholders overlapping without any leak . Every team try to create a single round - One and have everyone follow the same belief.. it's an idea and it worth trying but don't be frustrated if the idea picture won't come to reality .
If we can find a perfect person , when we can create a perfect team - so .. now you know the game of team .
1. Don't pose the misunderstanding and to accumulate all the bad emotion .
2. Communication direct is important, information transparency is the prerequisite.
3. Think about your viewpoint? You back the issue or the person ? You rely on thing but trust in people .. people make you feel betrayal never the Things .
4. Can't afford to loose anyone now is also to strive a balance .

4. Sharing as a part but not in structure way - encourages people to openly share but lack the " environment safety " element : confidentiality contact ?
5. Small group moderator: not only the guides or helper but who can bring people to go deep and to design some ice breaker
