We are at the same floor next door - YPO forum moderator lunch and Regent corporate forum - I run in the lunch VIP and say hello before conduct my own moderator session for Regent Taipei 2nd forum 

1. Lunch is a free session for them to mingle , a few finding can be used as ice breaker 

2. The Feng run alarm case is the perfect opening for explaining the difference between " trust " and " reliance ".

3.  Communication starter for " not alright now " I demonstrate a " mother and son " relationship trigger many family and couple relationship sharing - good start 

4. The good set up of " what time is your heart now ? " brought some awareness

Pain on back and breakfast at Sherwood

Back pain make me so uncomfortable , went for a massage treatment after seeing Ming off at a hotel , it helps slightly , I went to " fast and furious 6 " before home , to me - movie therapy is better than other rest - quite entertaining !

 Meilijg did a back scratch treatment late last night - bruise all over my back , it easy some of my pain but not kicking away !

 Morning breakfast at Sherwood . Having been there for many years and we see the only table for breakfast , it use to be the best place to having breakfast , now seems nobody there !

 Feng late as I expected , he live in this hotel but alarm didn't work - this is a reliance yet trust issue . Interesting topic that I explore just now !

It's an interesting environment to bring up Space development with Charles : this is a trust effect 

Ming's input about Space in China

1. This is a growing money or start up 

2. Can new investor enjoy the benefit from Space Taiwan ?

3. The share structure can tell what this person thinks 

4. Smart money won't invest in start up and most smart money control by smart people 

5. If stupid money put in , on the development , they will try to get what they want or block what you think you can achieve ( such as land owner or going go operation involvement  )

6: it's a risk and confidence game to potentials investor , the highest confidence is borrowing ( loan ) the worst scenario is to defer all risk to investor 

Another good point taking :

1. Work in big firm or brand company tend to be risk averted , they don't thinking like entrepreneur 

2. Even in the very beginning , if graduate choose big brand to work , it shows the sign of need protection 

3. If the brand and resource are only means to support corporate executive , they will feel inferior when making decision or have confidence in what he is doing !

4. This is the roots cause for work like an entrepreneur : always think in alternative and find your own solution beyond company resource !

As I involved in 2 company deeper , I am kind of in between some key decision , even thought the 2 company owner not compete directly , the talent war underneath never sleep .

Tony feel bad about losing the Kenting teacher house 50 years ot bid . Yes . I know too much and I am kind of in between .

This is the 3 rd forum , some chemistry build and some intimacy glue , I start with my custom and take to a soft begin - opening is so critical to set the mood!

The staring with smile and no talk is so powerful - you hardly can take it for minutes . A good check in exercise !

Update is more and more open - S disclose the issue family tree - the root cause is easy to see but no one facing it and then problem develop and evolve to the issue you hardly to sweep easily and you need to swallow it and learn to live with it.

It is really an entertaining thrill movie - holly hunt play a great role as the 911 operator , and the last scene is quite astonishing - don't call 911 , we will finish it here !

Tai Tung 2 days

In search for the Bethlehem church missionary , I visit taitung on Thursday and friend :

1. Bethlehem church in taitung is classic: quite and elegant .

2. Yu tin bed and breakfast home stay is even quieter , expensive with style , little pond and 4 black swan dancing in the rain is spectacular .

3. 4 meals for Ben done : first lunch and last dinner I bought meal box at chi Shen railway station platform where it produce the best rice in Taiwan , and lunch at tai Tung station lunch box store - Wu Taio , dinner at 7-11, I are micro wave curry meal box as the home stay didn't prepare your dinner 

4. Visit little pony church and Pay my redo eh to the passing fathers / brother , I visit the tomb and reflect to what I read fe Nicolas Fan's 2 books 

5. Taxi and ocean drive : mr shu who drove me to little pony , on our way , the beautify ocean scene triggers me to come back again , he knows some if the missionary 

6. Father Wu foot refelctionilty massage : mr chew perform it for me, a young man stay in taitung for 8 years , a broken marriage and non stop working .

On my way back on the train , I watch the documentary with the them of anti Christ  - fun . Wiz and interesting , it balance my emotion cause by Bethlehem fathers ! It's a good trip

What trigger me today

I saw Meilijg naked at bathroom last night , I haven't see her body for a long time , age don't lie , there's no shape in the middle waist , lower belly skin cripple and gain fats significantly . I am not surprise to it but it trigger me now , to what extend love and gratitude conquer the attraction of body? I love her still and will !

Morning breakfast with 2 founder of Esoterism - victor and Steve , as victor sent the termination of contract to roger and Steve yesterday and forward it to Ryan , I knew to Ryan , this is a signal of " end of the game ", yes , it's a complaining breakfast , Steve is so honest to me and true to his feeling , I respect it , friend is better than business partner ! Is it a feasible treat if 3 of the founder resign and find new money to kick in the Apple dream ? I don't really care about the apple deal , what bothers me is what is the root cause brought everyone to this stage ? Trust and communication ! This is the answer and my mission to preach to the corporate world !

 Angeli session is ok - I prepare a " task list " and thinking about the transformation of corporate forum - what works and what can be better ? Experimental and learning !

Elmo and warren meet us at market cafe and Hubert host a " welcome meal " with them , warren address to much you but we , for this worries me.

One preparation and 2 coaching

Prepare make you confidence in what you wish to achieve ! This morning , sit at top floor - my study room and to embrace the ambience of @ concentrate working " I found it quite efficient !

Done my Tai tong ticket purchasing and have an unhealthy lunch box , and move on to my 2 coach session with Regent group.  No to touch too much about the detail :

1. Michael : to build the connection between Swiss and Taiwan. I share the story about Bethlehem church and Nichols Fan who courage enough to address his sexual orientation in the prelude ! Yes.  We need live brain not rest brain to all the corporate interaction !

2. Ivy : vaulnability  is the currency of trust , I appreciate the trust ivy put on me and learn the great deal of how difficult familiar co worker to be open to each other and growing the relationship ! The point is not to take anything as granted !

  Another life season I enjoy and I m bless to do what I love and do it better each term !

Trust means to us

Esoterism and TAYA have difference , fundamentally is the trust issue - investing team not happy with the none performing budget achievement and fund raining always , they have been out in 50 millions so far! The start up and entrepreneur is not happy about the proxy - Ken , his immature and arrogant attitude when come to a discussion point ! Now the dilemma arrive : chance to be certified by apple store as premium brand and sells its product globally - on the hide side is the decent investment to 

Bridge the threshold - another 50 millions commitment before certification and no one knows : 1) will they be certified 2) will it make them turn profit ? Whether this is entrepreneur's ego or brand fancy , the judgement call is difficult given that trust in between is so fragile !

I am a good listener - after listening to Ryan last night , I  am all ear to victor and roger this afternoon , what's win win ? What's the best scenario for them ? Even I am tried to stand in the middle , I don't have the answer now 

  

Kung Tung Church by Nicolas Fan

I finish reading this book in one afternoon , take 2 breaks - one in afternoon , one I before bed . I can't remember when was the last time I complete reading a non fiction in one day !

 Nicolas is more than a photographer , his writing with picture image and story telling is even compelling to me !

 Bethlehem church established in 1922 at Swiss , in the hey day of 60's - they built 45 churches in the east coast of Taiwan and staff 40 plus fathers there . The believe in child and innocent bring  them down to earth to serve , 

I am thinking while reading - western  religion tend to give and offer , sacrifice themselves for a better - higher purpose , to practice the love of God ! Eastern religion asked us to practice internally and to trenchant suffering in lift . How can a western people love aboriginal morn than  their parent ?

My eyes were wet , touch by the fact I learn and also by the point Nichols take , a higher purpose and meaning in lift , something larger than life , I feel so ashamed not able to perform any good to others  , I will make it my plan to visit Bethlehem churches in Tai Tung this year , to wash my soul and to give my life a second thought

This is by far on my top 10 best film list - it covered everything by telling something i know you don't ( johari window - reduce to hidden window ) to touch all the human factors - in all form of love : teacher to student ; husband to wife ; lover ; classmate ; fathers and daughter ! The explore in open the curtain and to follow a good story completed this great movie ! This is life and this is how we grow to hides and waiting for a right time to open and to reconnect - to the density of human being ! I watch it twice and can't stop tearing up when sing Ren crying before entering the primary school classroom for the last reunion chorus ! A truly master piece

What I learn today

My pilot dinner with Ryan - we have been knowing each other for 10 years and this is the first time we eat alone - we had the business discussion before dinner : at the famous cafe and talked about his plan on Esoterism - Change the chairman and how he envision Esoterism's future , of course , he complained it all over again . Ryan thanks for my patient and then we go for dinner at " Le Air" - the Neo French cuisine - I know he want to somehow share his uncomfortable aboriginal emotional to me few weeks ago when discussion on Esoterism - I  fine really ! Good food and good conversation !

Brought sound to lunch and after buying 2 books - the Taiwan Kung Tung vocational high school story is so touching , I am so amaze on those Swiss brother who devotee whole life in tai Tung - this is so unusual ! Still lot to learn

Regret Taipei forum - 3rd on the row
