Hiking in the morning

We drove off by 7:00 am and enjoy a 60 minutes walk in the neidon forest park - inside wulai where locate a beautiful waterfall - the smell of morning and plant feels so fresh - we decided to go further and drove inside the fusen village . It used had a Mounties control but the entry controls lifted a few years ago . We don't check the scene and attraction but drove along the road . So not seeing much but enjoy what's in front of us.

Took a nap in the car on the way back - it's so refreshing when falling a sleep for 30 minutes . This is a nature connection .

Li Yao Chung - new YPO taipei chapter member who send 3 in 1 gift for mid autumn festival - the biography about his father - family biz ; a jazz album and a book by a spiritual guide - as I will train him in oct 15. I check the 2 books .

The spiritual guild is a guild book about " living the moment " and " embrace the changes " what inspire me is " why all the spiritual - religious books told us if bad thinks happen to us . 25th wedding anniversary

Presumely we would like to do lunch at Peng's Garden - a hunanese crusine we loved . But it was full house and it leave us no choice but go down  roothvol toad to Tein LAn Tai - where we do our official wedding lunch after ink at taipei city government and that's 25 years back !

It's hard to image a restaurant run for 6 decades - this is the old and traditional Hunan crusine in Taiwan .

 We didn't over ordering but the food portion is too big , we can't finish it all !

Walking along again and find this little cafe - I thinks it's a " lesbian cafe " - Meilijg take a nap now and I am writing our 25th wedding anniversary blog

Burning desire

The second text message turn me on ! I can only falling into sleep with the wet dream, accompany with the image and scene we did before . It's no easy to control the desires , it's been a week and I am hunting for the physical solution !

I ain't got  anywhere after the movie 2 guns . It's too  clean this time ! It force me to try the second station , after done 2 rough forum materials at ambassador business center . I almost want to do it myself after finish 2 power point .

Waste 4 days

This is my 53th mid-autumn festival - if my memory is good , then I can count it my 40 something memories - and I to totally waste it other than:

1. Send Blackgold to Dao liu for " long stay " - he have been with the dog for 8 months - since we took him back from the street . Why we have to sent him away ? It's nothing to do with the dag but people around him : Meilijg don't like dog but she have to clean all the shit all day long . Sound love him but didn't perform a master job - walk the dog , clean the shit or spend time with him . We move the dog away and learn the lesson about : who to concern and what influence us when making the decision ! It's nothing wrong with the dog !

2. Heat treatment at Rudy's house with Joseph : it's their mission to take care Isreal people and by giving them heat treatment . These volunteer perform the role Jeaus wish . I am the local who take this advantage . Rudy and Ali - his wife share me the inside story about the lead master - Mr. Chiang at life academy - to my very surprise and I have a good lesson then !

3. 2 ok movies - the French film and animation " winds begin " . Not much take away !

For the rest of the holidays - typhoon Tain rabbit is not damage us but I didn't nothing at home - nothing at all . This is my 53rd mid autumn festivals !

Ambassador strategy meeting

I spend whole day at ambassador hotel for the group strategy meeting - first time I observe how Frank chair the meeting , I take a note about what action should be taken or should be aware - it come up with 24 items . To head as COO need to deal with these big and small issues and operation deal with nothing but fixing . 

One on one coaching with escort and prove to be he is not lay back nor think about retiring - this is to Angeli's surprise but fit what Hubert expected

Doing last assignment : coaching with Hubert . Achieve a few such as ;

- learn from COO what's the result from strategic meeting he miss

- rotate quarterly strategic meeting and get to know each property well

 Had a big fight with fruit this morning . She broke her promise and miss her class - the second day she enrolled to Long Hwa college - I am disappointment about her not response for what she should do and fail to keep her promise , not to mention the wrong attitude about blaming others .

I forgive her the moment she send the I am sorry line - it's no point not to support your own children . The door should open for them always .

 Learned last night that we should look at the good side about people around us . It give both party positive strength !

Killing season vs pain & gain

This is my leisure time :,hiding somewhere to watch movie , it put me out of the reality , have me empty minded and enjoy moment alone.

Today is the rare moment , I did " killing season "- how people make peace after war. Robert De Niro and make the good film, pain and gain is base on a unbelievable criminal story happen in Miami by 1995 , how come the " doer " seminar make such a dramatic crime ? 

Something the thing just turn to part of your life .

Giving up my recreation at the last minutes , not into the mood , would prefer a good body massage !

 

Patrick coaching

At banquet, they work 14-16 hours a day , Patrick walk his way up to director level and he counting coming busy month , there is no time for him to rest until next May. He worked at reber holiday inn   before , to count our overtime . That's when I work at Sony Music - and it remind me of flex - who's name provided by  Patrick  - where I saw him at king's bank as doorman - John's company !

Angeli share a lot personal feeling to me - its a strange feeling , sensitive and hard working , she said she is not improving for the last 2 years -- searching for a more vital meaning in working !

I am home now ! A free day in the day time before dinner . Plan to do what ?movies I guess

She is a senior employee at FIH regent group and passion in what she did :

Her story make her today . With life up and down , I am impressed by her 3 months long leave and schedule for 3 months non atop yoga and cooking 

Foresee her future on wheelchair push by her headband is not what I love to see

To answer her not able to take annual leave issue , my answer is :" this is not a problem , but a tough situation to co-exist - passion means to suffer and this is a perfect example for passion ! 

Daniel say

I choose Starbucks Wang Fan hospital shop which is very close to Daniel's house in Taipei - 

I spend time for the CSR and Kevin Lin story and then switch to my intermediary business . I think this is what he expected this morning :

1. Daniel knew his phoning Hubert will upset me and he did it but inform me ASAP 

2. He don't think he can't contact Hubert as no one can block anyone who knew each other 

3. Fund raising is one thing , operation is another . Critical year is year 1 and 3 , this is why a distribution of Funder share on year one and 3. 

4. My decision in any action will imply my decision making in take side - I have to think it hard whether this is my final deal in life 

5. Without me, there won't be Hubert or Andy

Non stop

Finish 3 days " team building " program for Regent Sales and Marketing team . I feel great . The score I give to myself is : first day 75 , second day : 85 and the third day : 98 ; it ain't easy to influence young people like this group !

 I arrive one day earlier , Melvin is do nice to me and invite me not only for a chat but to the dinner test as well , we spend many hours together , I didn't do any preparation on Sep.12

Night before I depart for Huilien , I just done the second round " Gesbey  " with Meilijg - after landing to Taiwan !

Steven don't want to do the firework , he asked the team to do some " marketing and sales planning " , I have to call him to clarify what I need to do. The last minutes and sudden change just like sting to a ballon , I am not in any mood to perform this training , not to mention I am doing it for free this time .

As I took a very light mood there , the first session in the afternoon wasn't good , I switch the talking to " get to know your exercise " and turn back the worsen ambience ! Until johari window sharing secret , I knew it's something seeding !

Too tired to do anything at night . I went for bad by 9:40 pm, thought I can buy time the follow day morning , it's not happen, I over sleep !

Thanks god the first speaker we invitees Mr. Huang is a good speaker : the good guy society's story to help farmers lead ivy to tears - mr. Huang is a good story teller .

I manage to do update and one impromptu presentation in the morning , it turn out to be excellent , some of the groups express their vulnerability and share story with tears . I knew I am on the right track now .

Creating memories with Diverso

I don't know how long I will stay at Diverso . To me , not all of them win my respect , however , I do enjoyed in certain degree . The expectation and take home value decrease , does it means I am not contribute as much as other brothers ?

It's a terrorist dream of combination : first I saw Steven Kwang all sweat up and join our forum mention something like : it's take a long while to get here ! Last night , I dream of terrorist attack and casualty is 7 ! As a matter of fact , JWMarriott  we stayed have been car bomb twice before , I have no idea why we chose this hotel ?

SEE SOW first day

This first experience in welcome new SEE group from China - Taiwan giving her best by the member of YPO - also the founding member of SEE . I can't really see the value from it . I can only see the willing to support among Taiwan members .

 Opening with SOW short video - short and sweet . The big rain force Bengo take plan b - contingency plan 

Tuzi experience is marvel - the hands on do the garbage separation and the tasty vegetarian lunch . The only too much is the sharing of the recycling education speaker - the trailer love your parent is too much for me. It's my personal view !

Garbage suclinal factory tour is a great experience to me : my first experience as taipei citizen - I enjoy it so much .
