Weirded place and strange people

I put myself in Wang Haw Longseng temple corner's Dannte Cafe - a weirded place full of strange people : gambler - most of them were of age , homeless - here for some air condition , prostitutor and hookers .. And many mute sit an communicate with sight langue !
What a difference world compare to where I just left - Charles Chen's gorgeous office - art / sculpture / painting and many memorial collections ! Man is different and what create such a difference ?
On you chi day - I met with Celine for lunch , she told me a big news - Kim is finally seeking for medical treatment - thanks to Ryan's kind heart ! Another amazing experience !

2013 詠清日

詠清日是「永清日」，滌靈，浄心也檢視目標！忘了上一個詠清日是否曾「立志」，但很奇妙的，清晨起床，6：40就踏上郊山，往仙跡巌前行，約莫有一年沒登此峰了，氣喘汗流，往山上的捷徑得穿過些土葬老墳，也算某種「祭與記」吧!
訂目標得由現況看，工作有被填滿，充實的是「做自己想做的，將它做的更好」！身體：陳國慶醫師叮嚀的好，難戒肉，也有口慾，長了三公斤的肉，這該是目標之一吧，下個詠清日時，這三公斤得還給空氣，還給大地!
家庭生活：母親舊習難改，婆媳是泠眼以對，藉由小孩來拉近與母親的對話，還是有距離，自私自利難受歡迎，這是命也是我的業障！小孩有自己的主張，我也多了一條懸絃，自找多事，怨不得人。李果在食其果，李響在敲其響，都已長大到不能奈我何了!
問題不去解決，終將成為難題，既是難題，就得當課題來「修」啊!「兩境三無」和「人生三題」是教導中共鳴最高的，這頻率回饋到自己身上，還是有盲點，還得不斷地修。
目標?簡單些：
1）少3斤肉
2）多家庭和樂
3）持續有兩個企業客戶
4）少些煩惱
5）簡單生活

Looking for the land owned by Daniel - not far away , on the northern east cost at the famous " golden sand beach " not yet to fu long - an idea place to develop if :

It's a good forum meeting , I credit myself 96 points , comparing day before , I gain much more confidences in conduct corporate forum !
Gavin have been silence for some weeks , I spot on this unusual situation , greeting him attentively and receive a long mail last night . I am not a doctor nor to fix any pei problem regent facing now . However , as a facilitator trusted by them. To receive such an ultimate letters is quite heart trembling . How I may retain such a talent with regent and have Steven to learn the true picture of the company now ?
Ironman 3 is entertaining , not a big surprise ! Sometime you just do things you have to even through you knew you won't be satisfied with !

Esoterism dispute with Ryan's team

If someone get emotion , I should leave , i stayed this morning due to other meeting attendee make me stayed and Ryan clear his mind about his emotion - a feeling he need to exist ! I accept it , the difficult part is to change the mindset and perform my other role : a facilitating role and moderator for the first Regent forum : a English speaking forum !
To this how difficult to swift mind as opening is good , get people connect and to check in a better place!

Very long session with Angeli

I can't say it's a waste of time , but to sit and listen to revival hr issue isn't good use of my time - for the coaching perspective !
To revise and review all the ground rule is a big workload , it's like lead you to a no man land and build a new castle , I share with Angeli that if its not broken , don't fix it ! It may easy her anxiety

I am persuade to join WPO board as forum official - passion ignite from joe / Paul and 2 Patrick ! I am not sue how big or small this role is - as an ambassador to promote and work in forum , I am taking this chance another learning and growing ladder in my coming journey !

Dr Chen is a friend

To conduct my quarterly special clinic is like an update with doctor Chen , although the purpose is my health and the time is limited !
Today - the blood pressure is Normal : 120-87 the the heartbeat 69. No more hospital shock ! Chen share with me : TED and the book " thinking fast and slow ", my response is : " search inside yourself " and " still surprised " 10 minutes clinic time and lifelong learning
From the medical point : my stent don't have a life cycle - it melt and integrate with your tissue , and now a new 100% absorb material goes life , it means you Can plant the new stent on the same vessel every time ! A good news to everyone !

A Team forum 5

A real biz issue brought up finally - after 5 times of team building - we begin first training on Aug 8 2012 and last night in market cafe - someone unintentionally update one thing - both Frank and I spot it and we finally get the ball rolling ?
To design presentation subject In advance wasn't an idea outcome from forum meeting . However, to serve corporate need is an fundamental area to perform in the corporate forum case !
The 3 experiences can be my take away Value:
1. Stick on one management team with executive coach model
2. Cascade corporate forum and provide the system
3. Start from key executives coaching and adjust behavior before forming corporate forum !
Market cafe is truly a different buffee place and Hubert do have his insight and foresight on food and beverage development

BP family dinner

As a matter of fact , I am pretty tired ( exaugest ) after 2 days workshop and the only person I call upon for a after work meal is BP , my new forum brother ! BP came to pick me up by 7:05 pm, on his new Mercedes , the driver take us to a new shopping mall - the republia , a modern mall with design , you can't really know you are in KL - walking from shop to shop , BP told me he is worry about the coming election in May and the corruption is in a uncontainable situation - up to 70%! The politician is ruining the country now !
We eat at bird - a Malay trendy restaurant ! BP's family arrived around 8:30, I can only remember Kevin - the son , 2 daughter - elder graduate from parson s ny major in industrial design - BP's wife is so classic - I detect and observe many things from the family interaction !
Family left by 10:10 pm, BP and I continue our sharing and I asked many question to clarify what I observed - a very interesting family .
BP told me the family biz story , how the uncle die and nephew occupied the family biz , the lawsuit and gain back the shares and to starred new biz for the sake of family legacy - BP follow how he was educated and inherit family tradition , now he replicate to his son and daughter - no life at all but to prove to everyone !

2 days retreat workshop in Malaysia

To build a forum in English for a mix- national YPOer is a new challenge to me ! I am glad the experience gained with some imprinting point
1. Live coaching should be a demo session , not a DIY session , 2 template are to be used by coach
2. Coaching session : boundary help you not to go too deep and take away what outcome might generate from presentation session
3. Presentation topic / parking lot selection : some issue can't be impromptu deal , need planned presentation
4. Sharing of process is equal important as content
5. Communication starter : it's not working all the time : such as the thing you don't want to talk now
6. Johari window Sharing : you will build trust after the open window sharing ，buy not to identify your counter partner as the one you trust
7. Video check in is good and reserve turn for shaking is good
8. To check everyone's value before drafting the norm works better
Open is the key - to build the team for 4 hours before touching the structure is good .

A very entertaining movie - I like how the script goes and yes - it's not " base " on true story but " inspire " by true story ! A smart way to make believe :

We been there 3 times , this small restaurant open on weekend only ! It located next to nuclear power station in wangli beach - a beautiful name : she mu shu Dao .
Take the highway number 3 , on the way to wangli - turn right down to Da Wu Ren where a signboard with " lovers ... " you reach the closest seashore ! Turtle island in front of you . We enjoy lobster sticky rice roll in one small shop and on the way down to the end , comes the restaurant:
- deep fry fish / smoke shark meat and small squid !

It's an unexpected call on our way to Keelung - Ryan asked if I may join the partner drink and dinner from his house !
One day visit 2 YPO members house is unusual . We rush back from Keelung and I took a deep sleep at the couch until 5 pm

It's a nice house - 110 ping and many details ! We talk anything but business ! Mingus and spending time ' Cathy is a good host

Laurence and Constance

You are the first YPO invited to our home - said Constance . Big house build in 2010 and great location .
I met Laurence - lovely and healthy daughter of Steven and Constance : forget about all the scenario and assimilation , no one works - no father and daughter issue ; no bad communication ; no big fight ! I can hardly do anything here but to again . Practice my English and share my story !
If their is things :

Cindy and I had a quick spare rib lunch before our coaching sessions - she touch a little bit to the theme and begin to complain , it's like a non stop complain , I can't image how this can be managed and perform nothing but listening , how come forum not able to bring each opener and closer ?
