A simply Japanese set dinner but a very good conversation after - at chun ping hotel where ming and I shared many things  . This is my reflection :

A small step in changing

Slept around 10:30 pm , Meilijg tease me while I was sleeping . Woke by 6:30 am and make up my mind to go claiming - the little hill behind our house : the fairy foot rock . It's tough to clime after such a long break - swearing is good and 2 things coming up:

1. I should attend coco's concert : everybody have have one 20's anniversary , I am invited again and again . Why not move something and make it happen for us ? Yes , and I did it.

2. Father to Dou liu : find a stop to enjoy better family meal - for father who I don't know how many meals I can take him - not fancy and accompany him back to his retreat - even we don't talk much . I want to do it on Wednesday .

On the road

First experience sign up the " grey hair movie " - you must be age 50 above to enjoy free movie day , a social welfare from New Taipei City gov.

  I sign up not because of I am qualified but to attend the movie I missed on its first run : " on the road "

 It's kind of strange sit among a theater full with people over 50 - you don't admit you are old but you are classified here with them ...

 Even I took a few mod during the screening , at the end of the show , when dean approach franks and tell him how much he care about him - my eyes are red ... I am fully influenced by the 50-60 lost generation ambience , how amazed it create a wave and impact many of the off spring in the 60s, maybe my DNA is the same as them.

Transformer 4 - return of extinct

Today - June 25 is my reborn day - 7 years ago , I plant stent into my left artery and begin new life -- it's kind of I am not so care about my health these days ... No exercise and not eating healthy . If I asked people to change , why I can't do it myself , if I told many times " the train is coming " why I reluctant to move - why overcome will is such a difficult thing ?

 I Celebrare tonight not because of this . As I forget this Memorial Day until now . We celebrate by going to the movie " transformer 4 " due to my elected to be the independent director for Spriox and for the truce between Meilijg and sound ,

 The movie to me is too "political correct " too much china influence or bias . China is a power player in almost all the sector of biz world .

Upset with mom and sound

Relationship garden not help me immediately although I believe when finish reading - it will open a new window for me.

Sound's addict to bath and spending day and night inside bathroom really piss us off - I toralate his bad behavior and sick hobby for too long : Meilijg fight it for so long and end up wrote sound an ultimate letter : we will move out the house when he grow to 18 and that's about time he done his university entry examine - this is the last resort we can think of - bail us out of the ugly relationship development and have sound accountable for what he should response for - i always remind mending about the death prison who bite off his mother's nipple before hanging ; even it's a metaphor , we should not let it happen in our days.

This is my third time to conduct " corporate forum inception " and the experience and take home value is:

1. For corporate forum : the purpose and meaning , expecte result should be highlights earlier : maybe after the ice breaker before any exercise 

2. Open and trust is an outstanding issue always as they are in fact in conflict of interest - it take time to let them know and we need someone to demostrare .

3. It's not volunteer or have strong willing in the first place : most of the time it's another " job " or " missin " " extra works " for them . How to ease their unpleasant mood is essential .

-- to demostrare as the moderator is important : I sit in one group and rest as observer before they take the moderator role.

ZH island promotion

It's not as good as they imagine . The good part is lunch yesterday , most of the senior recognize me... But on the second so call " open product introduction " I found it wrong :

1. Chun Yi and Yuang Chang too much emphasis on themselves , how their dream and believe drive the product - but it's not related with audience 

2. The emvironement cause trouble : late coming , non member and not prepare tong haw they are either distraction or handicap to what I wish to create .

3. This is confirmed by bobo this morning : as the members don't have willing to parcipape or not prepare to . They took it as another training and brain washing - this do affect on my reputation and credit . I am only perform the tools for them - and to play a role in a very poor script . 

 What I need to do :

1) for those connect and wish to have me work for them - this is purely transaction base . I should take it as long as the price fit me.

2) I should not be fooled by these 2 young man anymore - take it as the same business and insist on my quotation and payment terms .  

3) improve my teaching material after received so many feedback . I should learn from all the event I went .

Stayed home for the day

Woke up as usual : up to my study room around 7:30 am , clear mind by watching youporn and then continue my learning about 4-steps - the innovation of YPO forum practice - the self-curiosity part is what all the participant CFF highlights , I am ok with the new development but also found the " biz application " is less significant than the traditional one.. In this part of world , maybe harder to push - see how I demonstrate in coming RBM in HK next Monday. 

Revise the " strategic development " for ZH island : it revised from the Jan. version - I will stick to what I need to achieve or take my own step : one step at a time .

Having lunch box - the luxury box , not as tasty as before - a good afternoon nap before heading for Airport .

 Don't know why I am a little bit down these days ?absorb too much " negative energy " from my client ? Or I am lost somewhere ? Try to cheer me up the day afrer returning TAIPEI - Meilijg and I went to " millions way to die in west " it's a terrible movie .

I kill someone in my dream

It happened last night , not sure the exact time and the scene is blur -- what remain is :

I kill someone and store him in the big blue plastic batton - and there are lines of blue plastic batton so no one can really tell there the body stores - very strange dream and to my knowledge , this is my first " killing someone " dream experience . 

Chris Chang's father farewell ceremony

Chris is my sponsor to YPO and I met his father once : in a YPO event. His father : formal minister of interior , Taipei city major ; ping tong city major . One of the shining star in the kmt days.

 I was there to take a bow and show my respect , as we know hardly anyone knew me or will initative any conversation during the funeul service . This is how I see it :

1. Many VIP , so the seating and pay final respect session arrangement wasn't easy 

2. There do people attend and take it as a social event but with a low profile manner. 

3. First time I saw coffin cover with significant flag such as : national flag and to received a recognition award presented by President : today President Ma , Vice President Wu and formal Vice President Show all show up in person 

4. Who to call for paying respect and who wish to do their part quick and leave - time is always a rare resource and these VIP can't stay a bit longer .. 

The insight ? To review slide show about late mr. Chang should be a good thing . To see how a formal political celebrity connect the world in the time we weren't born - man see the world and open their eyes .. 

Lin's family

Isn't it interesting ? When coach Diana , she told me that I will meet Hank and Richard - 2 of her brother tonight , and by listening both Diana and Stevin's sharing . I am in the family loop accidentally . 

SEE taiwan dinner last night : less preparation and done properly , thanks to  SOW who well prepared and I restore my personal opinion about sunny - she can be a good secretary for SEE taiwan , I am not sure if we pushing too hard for recruiting new member. 

Angeli worries about Hubert's future and the family biz in both brothers hands , she develop a sensitive mind and share with me as a good friend . 

Daniel spend time with me last night for how forum works can identify sustainable future . I appreciate such a good brother . 

Non-stop and don't stop

I did 5 ZH school forum fundemental in 4 days - 2 in the row ; one complete session and anothe 2 in the row ; it's a tough and difficult situation , we were all white mice - the organizer ; administer; facilitator and participants : I am not going to say China is unique or " trust " " comfodemcilty " is rare to develop under the current bisiness emvironement . 

  My way of leading - facilitate the program also test their patient too. 

 First group : from 9-7-6 the turn out on following day leave only 6 in one table - a few of them commit but I am not sure how the forum will develop .

 Second group : the young and coming group give me vitality and yet 2 of the member can't really breath with us and dacing with the flow .

 Third group : chief architecture of ZH island join us and for the first 2 hours we end up going nowhere - I decide to reset it and starting it all over again - with no expectation , fun and relax . I  am glad to see how people like Tao ; Chen and Huang tried so hard to built it .

 Group 4: this is not an idea group with many dissident in the group - I don't think this group with go further . I appreciate the wista facilitator Chang sit all the way and dive with us.

 Group 5 : young again . Shen yen saw my exhaust in my face - not a good sigh for everyone .

 I want plan to spend more energy to our own forum 6677 the day after my consecutive 6 days training on the road . But when arecief Ning Bao with 7 brothers , I knew is I don't being my passion out and be an average facilitator. We may reach a " break or make " situation - so , I did 3 ice breaker , one deepening connection and facilitate 3 presenting and one health check .
