Starting from Nov 28. A more than 30 hours fly to San Juan - Puerto Rico , 3 days CFF retreat and education !
Follow another 26 hours fly to SH . Stop by airport hotel for a transit to Lichiang ! The 3 times in 4 months ! For 3 days 6677 forum retreat !
Flew back to SH for one day forum fundamental workshop with SH chapter !
Eric / Shu / Phillip / Cai Hwa / Sam / Hubert and secondary member CK tan ! A good connection and new experience - lost my print out on the airplane on my wy back from Lichiang .

Retreat at Puerto Rico

This is the 3rd day and last day at the retreat :
1. Day 1: all about YPO Administration
2. Day 2: the facilitator share best practice
3. Day 3: growth and education for facilitator
Social built :
1. Opening : mingle
2. 1 night : chapter integrated event
3. 2 nights : facilitot on hi own for his group
4. 3 night : closeting
This is a very dynamic group and people have their own strength ( ego ), it's good for YPO members but not facilitators community
I commit to host the CFF event again , and I want to make it another 10 points as well !

China culture institution dinner

By the request of Robert from YPO BJ , Patrick and I co organize the dinner at Hwa Si noodle restaurant !
Cheng Shi open with a strong statement , I am a little bit scare , thanks to my wrong agenda - have cheng Shu go first and vice chairman Huang go after , it gave her a good ground to balance what Chen shu address !
Dinner went well as Tina become a fan to one person and another !
I don't talk too much until the last moment to share my own story as a typical Taiwanese ! It reflects to the movie they saw these days !
And it's a perfect ending as well !

This is a local yet trendy restaurant , I order the veggie burgs , try to be healthy when landing - it's a 24 hours plus flight !
The person I met at San Janus airport told me they are lazy people , I don't have any stereotype of Puepro Rico people !

I am at JFK

My plane arrive by 12:30 pm today ! I have to wait at the airport for 6 hours ! I don't want to go to any transit Hotel and prefer to enjoy this empty AA terminal !

Sidney is consider to close his own clinics and join his teacher and aim for some foundation development ! I do admire his dream ! If I may offer my support ! I will do it !
