Retreat at Puerto Rico

This is the 3rd day and last day at the retreat :
1. Day 1: all about YPO Administration
2. Day 2: the facilitator share best practice
3. Day 3: growth and education for facilitator
Social built :
1. Opening : mingle
2. 1 night : chapter integrated event
3. 2 nights : facilitot on hi own for his group
4. 3 night : closeting
This is a very dynamic group and people have their own strength ( ego ), it's good for YPO members but not facilitators community
I commit to host the CFF event again , and I want to make it another 10 points as well !
