Hubert and Frank coach

On the same day with good chemistry and leaning :
1. Frank had strong reflective learning talent : one on one and learning curve study is the take home value

Regent FIH Forum 5

The 5th forum I focus on personal presentation and used " I lived " learning to facilitation ! It's good : 
1. No presentation for next time . I will conduct a feed forward session 
2. Bring up the ambience of " start up 2.0 " to all senior executive who share the history with the group 
3. Had second chance to coach with F on second lunch in regard to " people development : an accountability instead of rewards "
Steve session in the afternoon took another 3 hours . Take home value :
1. Money wisely spend : for Michael Sangore . Even it's talents , you need your own talent to deal with !
2. Facilitation is my strength : not only unleash employee potential but to assist owner express in a structure and convincing way
3. Create your value : by a can do . Can deliver mindset , it separate you from the " report producing " consultant !
4. You take whatever chance to coach : no matter you are giving the function to do so! 
Taking my new Viao duo - a nostalgia to SONY , and taking the chance to serve for the family : sashimi rice and duck tongue !

Gang of 4 and others

It's 10 years since we graduated from NTU EMBA, we finally talk about the value for getting together - next time on Oct 25. We will discuss !
CITI class at NTU yesterday I achieved 3 things :
- to do a bigger forum training class by myself ( with a 2 house orientation for 7 moderator in advance )
- to test my solo performance and handle more then 50 middle up manager / executive 
- debut for non YPO corporate 
Professor Lee give me the platform to rest it and there is chance being it to NTU  alumni - looking forward to next trial - E- Sun assets management !
I was so exhausted after the full day session and falling to sleep by 9:00 pm , sound is so warm . Approach my bad and ask if I am interested in watch the Japanese animation I mentioned ? We did one episode together 
Fruit take the time to do mother - daughter  talk late last night - I am amazed to see the change from both of them - happiness is to feel you have a happy family !

A + team learning today

Do a transformation learning :
1. People share most not about me ! But others to effect on me - imply others should change before me
2. Feed forward : good exercise for new group member integration 
3, power sleep is :
- the deep brain wave with mediation relaxation 
- you don't need 8 hours 
- manatonine can only produce in total dark 
- 60 minutes on bad is not a bed sleeping  model 
4. Receive and accept to the feedback receiver make totally different impact 
5. Sharing set the platform for empathy 
6. Transformation dialogue creating meaningful conversation 

CITI 7 partner

The orientation went well:
- connect 
- change 
- willing to be Better 
- leader mindset 
The reception asking for so much and I offers the 2 ladies some hardship - to challenge the corporate routine

R part 2

Skip lunch and take 20 minutes nap at Club - felt refresh for afternoon session!
I have no idea how SP see from his eyes but he asked 2 follow ups - I am in the loop - a deeper loop again !
Another turn around experience !

Why I am feeling this way

Less connect to SP and inside strategy meeting room . An intuition make me think the contractual relationship might ending soon ! Not good or bad , but try to explore is intuition lead to some decision !
Mark call for idea : idea about arrange Wang Sher event on Aug 27. To be honest , I am really reluctant to do so , I am not in favor of cosmetic a person to an almighty figure - we are human being , we have own unique story to tell , I feel bad about packaging something for someone , mark said my heart is not there ? The point it where ? 
First thing first - no one will rescue when you drawing in deep water - you  don't need to respond as people expect . 
Talk with Kirk last night about 1 bite 2 go food truck - try to turn him to positive thinking . Hope it works 
For the Regent thing - I really think hard 
- for the strategy meeting follow up
- for Gavin's resignation 
- for lack of direct communication recently with SP
If value is no longer perceive , should be time to say good bye

Orange : the fattest girl I ever met

Orange is the fat girl who performs as massage master I ever met in my life .
She work so hard and leading me to think about Fruit and the difficult ahe might face in the future ! If father don't help , who else will ? I will withhold until Saturday and settle it down - as a father

It's all about cat and dog

QB and Blackgold went for the " cut " last night , I am not comfortable with this decision - to eliminate their male sign and take some of the surgery risk - but what's been decided is decided ! Athenian make they dizzy , in order not to lick the wound , the pet doctor made 2 head protect circle on their head . They were home by 9:30 pm, I went to pick with the family .
Fruit secret keep a cat - I stand strong on my ground : this is not a hotel , it's my house , workout my permission , no more pet allows , fruit keep no credit in the family for keeping pet , she don't even know how to be a responsible person . I am not anger.  But to post on a " no pet or no petty cash " policy - if she want to keep the cat , she have to earn her living - I am totally fad about her irresponsibly for years . At least , I should stand still on one point . This is my ground to stand . 
All the cat and dog issues reflect to our communication patten : power / persuasion / feed back ... A difficult lesson to learn from family member

Debut mix and mesh meeting

First part is forum , but with new member and outside consultant . Second park is a follow up action plan meeting ask them to take off leaders role and become manager .
It went well 
1, first you have them buy in - the major heat and what time is your heart to bring : right here , right now present sense 
2. Communication starter with a " visualize future you " to alight values 
3. Update with one Major thing to do a cross organization checks 
4. Mix presentation topic " time management vs communication " for Amy and Wee An - I design it for them
5. Re group sharing for : 
- how this meeting process can be leverage and cascade in the corp 
- appreciate on the person sitting next  to you ( connect it - out of comfort zone )
6. Finish on time 
7. Extra / bonus part : ralf introduce the " Wolf " graduation speech on YouTube : 26 minutes but not kill the mood 

Connect before forum facilitation

If I am not connect , my feeling won't be strong and the passion will not be as much as I expected !
To connect : I need to think how those forum mate need and check the current reality , and to care and love them , I also need to believe what I am offering and support is for their own good - less associate with the pay and business I am in ! 
I learn it form CITI case - on open space with more than 50 stranger - how to like them immediately and lead the flow with full passion !
I am so lucky: do what I love , so I will do it better every time   
On Sunday :
1. Prepare and revise CITI 27 slides 
2. Revise Regent Group slide and work template 
3. Brief review ambassador orientation slides 
4. Have master Huang fix my back for 90 minutes 
5. Complete spencer forum health check  
6. Mad about fruit bring back the cat 
7. Don't know how to make sound clean the dinner table 
8. 3 times in 2 days by myself

NTU seed for citi learn from professor Lee

Being a student for the whole day . Spend 15 minutes for my moderator recruiting session - I rate myself 60 points , I am not following my heart and the connection with student is not strong enough - If I don't care how could I teach , if I don't like , how can I coach ? 
Professor Lee is the top faculty to me , I can learn a lot from him still !
Grace is too aggressive in contribution , I don't have any objection about co work with Grace for E Sun project , today is first introduction , she encourage confrontation and strong believe in role play -- so.  We decide to separate my 2 days session to one day each -- she work one company only - even many experience , but under one culture only . I am not sure .

After blood example report today

This is how I seductively enjoy my over-size lunch at the nearly open Shungsan railway station : deep fried pork rib - extra large with curry ! I knew it's wrong after dr Chen told me I am in a good shape - calesteol drop to 110 and my dose reduce from now - event I gain 4 kg , intensive traveling , less exercise and eat more red meal . I am blessed and I should do more for others - if drive by passion is the reason , I might be one of the happiest people in the world .
 Less is more - I will keep at habit and shape after this indulsuak meal !
 Business tax for the last 3 terms - from March to July is extremely high - I wondering why KC didn't inform me earlier or offer some legal solution such as buy more endurable good for my own sake , then I don't need to pay extra 150.000 cash to this under performing government ! No one will care your money - for this I should be more careful for myself !

Opening on July 20 for CITI

1) first I though a strong impression or impressive is so important , how a strong opening can work better - colorful ppt and good story for 
2) then I leant the concentration span for individual can keep for 15 minutes : how to create a dramatize effect for the eye balls : I thinks how to utilized VSRK methodology 
3) the more I read and study - the more confuse I encountered : then I realized if I can't delivered a ha-ha , then I can only be magician or crowd to please everyone here 
4) as everyone have his / her prefer learning style but non of the teacher / trainer can perform equally good to serve , I will use only one metaphor to address why I am here :
-- if we agree on change - then we will agree on change come from oneself 
-- willingness to change base on a simply driver - to leave your comforts zone 
-- in my word : many learning come from those unknown territory - johari window and if we 勉強 ourself to do something , most of the time we leant something or at least knows he to she can adapt to change or not 
For this simple purpose - I encourage your to take risk and open to the challenge , give yourself a chance to be the peer leader - for you / for your team , enjoy another 2 hours of orientation for becoming moderator for your team on July 27th 
5) please submit your team moderator to Alfred by 5:00 pm , I am expecting our connection sometimes next week !

Stress

How the stress impact me ? I dig it deeper and deeper with H after my accidental coaching lunch with KC - to thank him for being so supportive and share with me how he see Kevin's behavior impose on the company he built . I am kind of leading the talk about " most of the time , we repeat what we do " and behavior become the zone - either a safety zone or comfort zone !
KC turn fresh when I asked his patterned behavior and share with him what he think initially turn to the result he didn't want it happen - the behavior / fact is not what we really see ! Such as : challenge the leadership ; bias to employee when you are expecting to support top management ; persuade and bringing the result to change the decision made by boss earlier : the only crude and ugly truth is : he didn't run any company before e . A blind spot to image / guess what's the right time to do !
Clifford is a talent , if as Angeli told , assemble of new management team is a great outcome so far and how to integrate with old ambassador is a coming challenge !
SEE and SOW breakfast is ok - Charles knew do the right thing is a right thing to do . My metaphor about how Chang Yi produce a new movie - change and rewrote the scrip so many times - he said  , once you book the crew for production - money is flowing out !
Fruit disappoint me : I don't think she use the money for school application , set the wrong priority and not responsible for her  future will only distant us - I am not shouting or yelling but to honestly let her know repeating checking will hurt her more !

The 7 laws of learning

I do enjoy reading it - it inspired me how to transform my coaching / facilitation session to a creative learning environment , such as : we are born to learn : the example taken from the father of kindergarten : child's garden :
1. Toys to seduce ( fun to learn )
2. Observe plant at garden to nurture how to appreciate nature ( Real life experience )
3. Healthy activity : playing and dance ( 5 sense )
Delay of airplane home bring me more time to read - done 3 laws now : connect between teach and learn is building trust . Believe all leaner want to learn something ! Some other tips and tools I should incorporate in my skill development process .
Houng Cioa terminal recreation center is eating people , I should not wrong doing again - repeating and not correcting !
Loose weight is my priority now ! No kidding . My lower belly will kill my health one day !
 Not too sure about the take home value from 6677 forum meeting day before yesterday . Ming said except Jack and Hank - the rest of us don't have an idea where we are in 2 years - how you face the uncertainty : positive wins right ?

Coaching : Jesse and ivy session

J had her own character . Not easy to be pleased ! The topic creates change to how to train / develop an internal manager instead of recruiting one- I had her help me do a survey about sales team building - with good value 
Ivy encountered another challenge from Steven at a presentation session : her message such as : 30 pages slides / only 2 issue and not produced by her own were to rationalize how she feel frustrated from the event . It's a danger sign of detach from top management team and ultimately will impact on her career in Regent . 
Side talk about affair . Not adultery was interesting - " missing it create beauty " why ? You stop everything at the high point - the peak and the most remember able memory !

Transformational Learning

Morning :
1. With Angeli : the asking about Steven , I am fine but should revise my management contract with Ambassador as the nature changed 
2. Lunch with SOW : review the beach clean project align with SEE  expectation , the leverage with media should be in place as spend on media is not an NGO action item 
3. Miss my blood draw schedule : last night fast walk at park is really good, but I took the jinsen drop and forget I should do the blood draw before any meal - have to postpone to Thursday

Gavin exit talk

It's not easy in the beginning as your with mission / assignment ! As we treat each other friend and leverage forum make trust . I  am sharing my experience in how to make a better transition !
As decision made already and it's about corporate culture - which direct relate to leadership - how to be candid with Steven ? I should not involved in the talent war with 2 clients but willing to emphasis on my believe : develop talent beyond any corporate boundary . So ...
The learning :
1. If you don't want to involve, know as little as possible 
2. Chinese way out and western way outis different
3. Still be friend after resign is a lesson to learn      
4. No matter how we dislike it , resignation SOP should be in place

2 Tea house - chi tang Lu with Daniel is the right things to do : after my presentation at Diverso forum , the learnings:
1. My reputation and credit is much higher than what I might got materials 
2. A start up in new market can't be values at future 
3. If you can't answers the question now , you better ask Matthew , if he can't answer as well , you bette pull off.
I had a long day yesterday : first with Hubert : he didn't finish vision 2020; then a quick lunch fixing all my mails; following coaching with Fumei - to learn how personal issue will affect our business . Then a brief phone call with Elian in regard to WPO forum things . I disclose Gavin's resign and possible of join ambassador to Fumei - right now , honesty is my policy - making appointment with Gavin tomorrow and will response  to Steven after !
Went to " White House down " away of relax at theater and back home then !
On my way back from Bali - the inflight movie - man with 2 guns ( Spanish - Argentina film ) is so so great , it touch almost all the men soft / weakness , I need to find a DVD!
Last night at Bali - ate at sardine - a great restaurant for fish - perfect ending for my second attendance !
Car with farqoo - about Pakistan in Australia and fight the racialism ! Family and his willing to take my advise --- a good lesson to go!
Pudu is our house keeper , married with 3 years old kid - work from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Motorcycle communication for another 2 hours - earn 130 US per month - Bali people are nice and mild people

Diverso Forum Day 1

The incident happen at Danparsa airport is a risk to me, thanks God I escape from the immigration inspector. Tech Moh told me Bali is the cocaine hub in Asia, it really shock me and I am please to play innocent really get me out of it.
First day at Dream River Villa, Ashok, Farqoo, Tieh and Tech Mor went for Golf , I am staying at the Villa, do some training material, 2 hours massage, reading HBR article and take a short swimming at the pool, it's been a long while I didn't swim, it felt good when off the pool and take 10 minutes sun bath.
I don't know professional sports and not following any profession games, no Golfing and Knew nothing about Wine, it make be felt not in the forum , anyway, this is how we cope with others.
Pino is the day chair or co-chair who done almost nothing, Alan - the French villa owner is mean and don't have the spirit of service..
we ate at Mamasan-Cafe , a good fusion restaurant - restaurant on ground floor and wine bar / lounge on the second, with style and class, food is good with high margin - as they don't use any expensive or rare material.
Bali is never on recession, traffic is so terrible. I don't remember when was last time I visit here, different people, different time and different story.
