All those who can come today arrived by 7:15. So I transfer my role to pater Shen : who enjoy to host the dinner for the SEE members .

4 can't make it today and one block at wuhan airport . The rain is a block to all the schedule program , but I am fine and at easy .

My little speech to lion's friend maybe too  a generate but I am eager to set the tone of ; stand alone value. I know I am talking too much .

2 meetings today in between :

1. Daniel and Matthew for the plan : 2 hours q and a is a good exercise .

2. Matthew on Hubert investment : he don't want to give the discount but willing to let shelin development take the high pie - for this , I need to think how to reach both consensus 

3. Joseph for regent team building program review : another 2 hours 

4. SEE internal meeting : need to fix Sep 4th evening event 。

I don't have the space to do my own things : Peter come by 5:30 pm. It kill my private moment

Make or break- the rebirth of forum

Paul / spencer / Henry and Patrick . We were Gathering at Paul's company - Paul win his trophy at top of industrial bank assess management corp by the age of 43. 8 years after join Koo's empire !

Spencer suggest I to do it after attending my transformation forum training in HK - Harvard / wonton graduate full of confidence .

The only way to produce result is :

- follow the procedure 

- follow the protocol 

- invite an outside / expert as resource 

I make my commitment as well - not to be paid unless the forum is built in 3 months - which means if this forum fail to perform in next 3 meetings , I won't charge any money - I love to learn from Marshall goldsmith .

Fruit schooling

Thanks to principals of Long Hwa tech university who give fruit the last hope - her postpone schooling at Cha Yi now have a better solution .

 We don't know it's good or bad but temporary delay the time her facing reality or to give her mother another 2 years of breath .

 When fruit said to us - all family members that study is much relax then working - sound response with " because you never study hard . This is the reason why study is easy " . Nothing is easy if you pay attention and want to do better . Everything - every role you play !

Today on Regent Taipei forum - I didn't mark it on my calendar - or I mark the original date : Aug 29 . If Jason didn't call me by 1:05 pm and inform the forum mate is waiting , I may not able to perform a totally improvise session and to my knowledge - 90 score plus today !

I have to cancel the appointment with Bowei and Christian - although it's do difficult to set up the date !

SEE SOW trip is taking up too much of my time , I have more important task ahead :

This is a very tight schedule in my life !

What happens? A day to remember

Floyer came into my CID CSR office and start to challenge why I take up more time from the intern - Chang Shen Ann, instead of the agreed meeting on Aug 15 and working from Aug 31 to Sep 4!

His emotion turns me on , I response with a why not ? If Floyer's direct report : Jae and co- founder Celine approve and support me - founder of this company ? Why can't I forming this project team ? 

 Floyer became more emotional and aggressive . Challenge me why I am here ? What contribution I have and do I know what biz they are now ? This is totally beyond my imagination . How come a staff act this way - I asked him to move me out of the office - in anyway he can -- he waive his fist and with a posture of hitting me - I am not scare but continue to provoke him - Jae keep him out of the door and sit down with me - now the answer comes :

  Floyer have been together with Celine for 2 more years - this is really a big surprise to me . And the answer become clear - why to retain a mentally disorder person in the office ? Reduce his workload and have him to hire assistance - intern working for him - as how possession no one can touch . It against corporate governance and leave an awkward position to Jae - who is running this firm now - he keep 2 staff work on 8 client and Floyer have an assists and work for TAYA only !

 I left the office earlier without conduct any meeting ! I am thinking to moving my staff back and stand still as who I am !

   

Sound public speech class

Sound attend the first time ! I am amazed to see his excellence in structure a story telling speech - by what he said on our way back home , not in presence !

I took up the time and prepare for next 3 forum meetings at the mos burg across the kwang Ren high school .

Sing long traditional market is huge but with many good stuff - price is half where we are in taipei city .

The night before Fruit and Meilijg develop another quarrel . I was lay down on bed without raise any voice , this is the first time I see them fight with manner . No bad mouth and no ugly wordings !

Today at mosburg . An out of date periodical - career magazines pup into my sight and the feature story : no complain world is exactly how we want to share with fruit - take a photo and send it by line from Meiling's mobile phone . And it win strong response from fruit - to our surprise : ice melt come right on time . Another touch of magic - at least we don't separate apart and apart !

Sky Wu dinner

This is a courtesy dinner host by ELAC - olive and the sole agent in Taiwan - Jack and Eddie father / son , Audio magazine editor in chief - Jerry , shanghai agent : mr Dong , victor from Esoterism and Sky - I have not been seeing sky since 2007 - and miss his concerts but the friendship didn't faded away !

Good condition and I touch the idea about " ASIAN Artists foundation " - sky is keen in join and would like to bring his artist circle of friend to support this initiative ! I am so touched and willing to make it one of the goal in life !

Dream of no more forum

I decline Mongolia forum facilitation invitation on Aug 30 for fulfill my SEE-SOW trip , I decline another HK 3 days retreat due to WPO north Asia meeting !

And I dream about reluctant to perform new forum fundamental development  request from either Regent or Ambassador - how strange it is!

If space Taiwan effort can be a pay off for some hope and cash - then it can be a model to further integrate with my YPO role - and I can't get  rid of YPO experience gaining and training !

NTU JR pay me too much on the one day session work citi - this is to my surprise ! Hard working and passion drive !

Matthew talk

I saw the finalize financial projection by 3:00 and Matthew demonstrate the bullet proof correspondence with 2 experience PE firms who conducts assessment and giving good advise !

Hear is what we plan to do :

1. Put Daniel as the last person for investment invitation 

2. Start with Hubert and Lucy for both market 

3. Go to David Du in order to get his opinion and participate on Michael's star up

4. My role : 2% cash and 3% carry to the overall business and take it as a starting point with Matthew !

The Dream

I woke by the dream around mid night - even so tired and download " don't stop believing " for many covers .

The reality about the dream is I watch - witness my father take his last breath by his bed - not sure is he is at hospital or at home , but it's vivid that he close his eyes and breath his last breath without saying anything . 

Meilijg and I went to the trilogy of the 3rd movie " before midnight "- Meilijg is not into the scene as it is very poetic - like the author reading you to the scene , something like the woody Allen flavor - talk you to some intelligence and challenge some common wisdom ! If you pay attention to the line and the role - you might discover the message director would like to explore !

The visa application for SEE Taiwan trip may cause done problem , I am taking a nurtural role - not aggressively try  to take it as my issue ! Do I stand the ground to firm and lost my role as the Secretary General ? 

It's Chinese Valentine day

I decided not to take the day myself but to bring Meining together, and we done some new things and gain new experience as well:
1. Take Snow Mountain Tunnel to Yi Lan and have the great local breakfast - meat and vegetable dumpling,  we had this local breakfast like several years ago.
2. Try the first time to Ling Mei trail - from Fu Goung University, we take the trail for an hour, it's a great exercise in the morning and we do enjoy the beautiful scenery.
3. Fu Goung University at a glace - a very beautiful University out of the space - Ding Sui Hall is where Meiling enjoy the peanut tofu
4. Mr. Brown Castle cafe - well. do it once and that's it. crowded like a traditional market. you don't really want to waste time there, but to tell people you've there.
take route 106 back to Taipei and stop at Fu Long station for its famous Bento - unforgettable taste.
Monday is a busy day:
1. Morning with Shen Ann- intern after Chi How at CSR community, Celine assign him to co-work with me for the SEEE-SOW trip. study at graduation school. young. this is the first time I work with a young man and I am older than his father - his father was born in 1963... a new experience.
2. Zora - from Russian means Hope - cute and smart girl Celine send for my blog, as I have no idea what and why I need blog now - we just share what I do and I am not sure how to started with her.
3. First time coaching Amy - I think we do create value to each other - about how to re-discover the passion in the very beginning, how to change the way Steven and Regent conduct any meetings, learn how to effective in communication and making decision with calculate risk.
4. Weeann coach : a very fragile and insecure person . sensitive to everything but share with me at a very young age, he chair corporate meeting for 3 years, there must be something under developed.
SEE-SOW trip is getting complicate day by day - I take it as a learning process - with positive mind, everything will be alright.

The session with Hubert

I brought him out to Di Hwa street - the old house converted cafe and tea house . He is anxiety in the beginning due to the morning meeting and other matter , I smooth him down and little by little , he share with me the story about why he building Classic food corp and having Lynn to be consultant - as for a space and for the residential management corp , it seems we reach the consensus also!

I will set up meeting with all related people and facility on this session next week!

It's so difficult to change the culture if you are running family biz - ambiguity traveling ! No employee can open their mouth to ask:

Miguel want some Taiwan business

I did a Skype with Miguel last nigh , he spend 50 minutes explain to me his biz initiative about : global business broker . I didn't not question this business model but for the first time , I firmly reply with a " I am not interested at this moment " to say no to friend in a quick mode is my first experience , not so hard and no burdens ! Can be good friend still, if Sony follow the " quick No. Slow yes " principal , the friendship may go sour !

SEE visit Tzu Chi is another headache , since change of date from sep 1 to 3, Bengo is reluctant to carry this commitment . I am fine with it - same as what mark grumbling to me on Sunday over the phone - I am not paying attention to SEE , sharing with so many people as forum don't fall into a victim mode when receive information :

Long Time no see Ken

Thanks for Steve Vai concert which brought Ken to me yesterday : it's more than 3 years since we see each other:

1. He separate with his newly married wife ( actually they have been married for 2 more years and separate for 4 months now )

2. This is his second Marriage

3. Ken bought Neil's house for 23 millions : Neil is not in good shape being out of work for too long 

4. Neil's daughter is on traveling show band - Macau and Singapore 

5. Eddie is no longer good friend with them 

6. Jeret gin place 3 stents  

What Steve Vai taught

1. No matter how old you are , if you are on stage , be the showman and give what you have - as long as you enjoy it , your audience will influence by you .

2. Change : by 21, in order to bail yourself out of deep dark - depression and stress , Steve turn to be a vegetarian . And keep the discipline for 3 decades 

3. Now mindset : when performing , go with the flow and follow your heart : when concentration on " doing ", you are " being " without thinking !

  Steve's guitar technician is a senior gentleman, love what he did and do it for so long without seeing he is tiring : this is passion .

 We born on the same year - a good year -1960.
