Why turn down fruit's wish ?

Fruit want to leant western cuisine and ask my help intoducing ambassador's Chef - she wish to become the apprentice now .

 In the beginning I am excited about her commitment to learn in the hard way but gradually I found it is a problem about " commitment " I hardly can believe she is totally transform and will act as a humble and hard working apprentice - I am afraid to lose my  credit again .

 I have to lie to her they don't accept apprentice but only graduate - she need to perform consistently before I can really push her up -- 

 I should not forget how she only work 3 months selling shoes at night market and probation for only 3 days at a dental clinics.

 I didn't forget how my father done for me - get the chance to be trained in the army and taking light duty for my 5 years army life - I almost forget it until my father remind me few months ago.

This is a cult movie - handled well with human nature - and it end up with an unexpected ending ..

4 character - rich and wired couples , a high school drop out and his classmate - not yet famous novelist .

 It begin simply and the whole story happen in one day : who lost his job and received a depiction if not pay 4500 used rental - met the drop out who they havnt met in 5 years and in the bar them bum into a rich couple who is willing to spend 250.000 usd for the pleasure of his wife -- then comes the dramatic development of the bet - from minor to major and up go taking up ones life for the hightes prize ... 

 What's the price of doing the thing you are not comfortabe with ? And what's the price for been responsible for the family ? 

" Spider-Man : amazing arise 2 " wasn't as good as I thought - too much romantic and not enough sci-fic scenes . I didn't finish it all.

  I also close my eyes on " cheap thrill " when it comes to chop his finger -- yes . It's too cruel to me.  

Teacher Tseng

It's hard to tear apart my appreciation to teacher Tseng . When oversaw his post on Facebook about Chung Zen police station guardian police yesterday . His comment really disappoint me . I have to reflect on many trivial things :

1) mr Tseng is no longer a teacher since he emigrate to the states - for the sake of future of his children and pursue a liberal and freedom world outside - for this I admired but he no longer teach others in the states .

2) little cat - our classmate once share his opinion about mr cheng's asking for help in which related to an almost impossible issues .. For this - it kept distance for those who should be close to teacher 

3) my opinion : why to utilize double citizenship - US and ROC to enjoy better retirement benefit in taiwan ? Such as national health insurance but not stand as a tax payer and perform his duty as we did ? Choose what's best for him but not to minimize his critizen .... 

 I am so frustrated when saw this post . It's about time to separates my appreciating him as a teacher and the unwelcomed chance taker retuning Taiwan to enjoy his benefit ...

My reflection :

2. How the company was built - the shining star at wutai turn to a " falling stars " 

3. The report writing wasn't a better solution to any company 

4. How to screen you potential client ?

- what's the mission statement snd value meaning ?

- how their product / service fulfill their mission and create meaning ?

- do the leases walk the talk or conduct any redemption out of his corporate life ?

  China development ain't easy - SH list 300 can be target client , but don't fall into the same path - writing more report ,

 As for island wide trip ? It's really difficult to me... Am I not yet clam down ? 

Game of the throne

Fisst time ever : Meilijg and I sit still in front or our new Sony 4 K TV waiting for the season 4 -- the amazing HBO original tv series based on George Martin's novel.

 Hubert kept talking about it for so long , and it end up with bought me 3 series of DVD and yes . Both Meilijg and I have to agree this is one of the best drama we've ever watch .

 Last night - second episode on season 4 - Joffrey poisoned to death on his wedding ceremony . Such a dramatic development . We hated this little king so much but can't image he die so soon this way . 

Meilijg do enjoy it. The only bad mood or poker face I sense in the morning from her is when she encountered with the " no communication " interaction with my mother : who's mean ? Who's purposely try to give hardship to others and who never wiling to reach hand and help as family . 

Her poker face sometimes will ruin her day . I am fine as this is not a " problem " but an issue or difficulty I have to live with . 

Stay in Earl hotel diou liu

Another time to see black gold and father - 3 weeks after bite by the insect at the mountain . Since there is room available , I decided to bring sound ; fruit with us.

 It's a good trip although weather in north area wasn't good for a " holiday mood " what we do?

1. I enjoy sky fm - first time to experince internet radio on the road using 3G bandwidth .

2. Bring father to the best Japanese restaurant : Sung house for dinner , everyone love it.

3. Learn the English name of happiness insurance company is " sing for insurance " what a beautiful translation

Non focus for Tomb sweeping holiday

I have many to prepare before today , but I do nothing but to enjoy 3 days " wandering time " with Meilijg : the " midlife " book give me some thought . Lack of exercise slow me down and a slightly cold sack me to the coach - I hardly living my life . My reflective ?

Before going home

Take a one day earlier flight home - the Mongolia second day wasn't a pay off day so I simply skip it and make room for my 3 hours window before home.

 It wasn't as good as I planed - I don't want to analyze why but to simply make it a how -- in the future and there is no future . Willing to call it an end and the day will come and I don't have a clue clue how to face it.

I knew from the beginning it will be tough - commitment level and maturity of members . As I willing to take this challenge , I am ready for any change occurs during the session . This is my reflecting :

1. Giving rooms for participate to share with their own language - mother tongue even thought you can't understand.

2. It's difficult to be open - you as a facilitator must demostrate , sometimes to make up story to get them encouraged 

3. group small don't means involvement is less - check the emotion and procedure all the time 

4. Taking real update case for presentation works better as they work the talk and get real about the experience 

5. People will be late , don't expecting to start on time as there is no commitment yet .

Just in chinggis khaan hotel by 5:50 pm after the ok drive from chinggis khaan airport - Uka came to pick up / ca with Mongolia chapter for less than a year .
