I should not conclude this is how Chinese business man behave but I need to learn from it .
The so call retaintion agreement is so bias , in terms of the deal , payment and all abligation , I wasn't happy when saw it and ask KC to revise to what we think is fair to both party , the swift response from Noah turn to be ugly - no matter how well they address the wordings , I told KC don't need to response during the Chinese New Year period and my conclusion made already :
1. Corporation is more important than any contractual constrain
2. You don't know if they will obey or honor contract , so payment is the key.
3. Transaction is my business nature , don't push to hard for it.
4. No one is irreplaceable, I need to identify my key strength first and master it always .
5. Coaching sustainable ? Or china business leaders coachable ?
A good reflection coming before year of the sheep .
