Vision Focus

From very frustrating to vigilant fearless - the road vision focus is taking .

I did an easy version of " consensus workshop " today , in the morning till 4 pm -- when SC's signiture smile appear at the meeting room , the air frozend - you can't images how stressful everyone in the room . All the stakeholders share similar emotion : anxiety .

I didn't work hard to get what SC or Eileen wish to deliver - not to create more mission / action or to do list , I am not here to create more work for them , something you let the owner happy , sometime you support employee . 

Why her murmuring annoying me?

Even the very trivial compliant such as " if I am not complaining about your absent from home..." Create a big noise in my head , I mean she meant it ... 

How to handle it ? The better way is select in telling her what I am doing and how I did it , not to post any feeing or invite her to any comments , as it is a routine develop for years , I need to revise it and make my life easier now .

If she really need me, there must be ways she can let me know , if I act more and take initiative each time , I am losing the ground to balance myself . 

Be the pitcher not catcher , select and keep something with you - you have your own way to solve , not necessarily to share everything , the worst scenario is : she give you a bias opinion and you suffers ....

Full house always energize the performer , the better reaction from audience , the better response on the stage . This is how my last 3 days workshop develop :

1. 2 sttendee the first day : tutoring and lots of interaction but no feeing about audience .

2. 7 attendee and last for 4 hours only : build it up by single - pairing - grouping with visual catalist. No one moved by anything , however everyone learn how to conduct a take home value forum meeting .

3. 7 attendee and last for a day : these young elite force themselves to the session . Reluctant in the first but transform so rapidly and it develop ripple : whirlpool effect and everyone experience a live forum . No matte how they been treated in their own world , here we promote mutually respect , we set the tone for confidentially ; trust and openness .

 I am happy for doing what I am doing -/

Today , this morning for shanghai chapter , the FMLD total turn out is 2 - Frances and David , they come from the same forum and they are both forum officer - David told me Amir once in SH for workshop and experience what I experienced today ..

I don't mind to work with a small group , but a group with 2 -- this is not normal . I go over all the material I prepare but to shrink exercise part and make it a 3:00 pm closing - it's hard to say what take home value we have ...

The interest things is when knew we will finish by 3:00 pm, Frances asked if I can see his father afrer our session . As everyone know I have save 2 hours , how can I say not .

Thank god I now know how those Chinese Entreprenuer leverage everything , France's father want to know what I do and what value I bring to people , the length interview take me to a " why I am here ?" Puzzle , then his idea about how to make money out of current music industry , it's so boring , I honest told him I am no longer interested in music industry and I am so tired and try not to falling asleep while he is talking .

Sound turn 18 yesterday , and as an adult mother is difficult to handle - yes , I am too distance to sound and leave all responsibly to Meiling , I should write what I see and feel about sound at his 18th birthday :

It's been year since we gaming to getheting , we do it by noon after I clean up the ancient thrine space - now I have done 4 spaces - living room ; dinner room ; Audio room and ancient space , little by little , I am gaining back the space I wish to live .

Terrible second day of 2015

I think ( we think : Meiling and I ) not to let fruit feel left alone , we decided to bring her to place she wants to be today - she enjoy sitting in the car listing to her music and watch the sea over the windows .

 Before we departs , I told her 2 things might happen on our way : the traffic on the highway and the long Q at the restaurant ( turtle roar fishman market ), it turn out none of it happens , we have a smooth drive and enjoy a good meal without waiting in line .

The big quarrel took place at YANICK - the place for desert and coffee . When I tease ( for this I am doing wrong ) her on the miso zen school and she fight back with my silent to my mother and it trigger both Meiling and my emotion , we yell back and point her better do before challeng others and her mother is so mad about her jealous in our relationship and almost forget how we clean her ass before high school days .

 Going home and we watch " platform " filme directed by jia Chang Ko . I love candle these days and redecorate our room - the new love I have .

Sound home by 9:00 pm and asked if we can rent " miller's family " , yes we did and I had my junk food in so many months - Domino pizza .

New year ! New thing

Do the housekeeping the first morning of 2015. Room by room , now I can see how warm this place will be and we call it HOME.

Re-arrange the antiques and Art I collect many years ago , polish and wipe away all the dust cover for years - it's time to invite them to shine again .

Having the first meal - dumplings at diner table and discuss with Meiling from today Lets not having meal at living room watching tv but to utilize this beatiful table .

Watch cane film festival golden palm movie " winter sleep " well - too personal and too subjective so some of the audience leave without finishing the movie. It's not our taste also .
