Beijing and Yung Chin

Today is Yung Chin Day, I suppose to write an article for keep this day of memory a fresh one. like build a routine of memory chain, keep her with me always. however, I am kind of lost somewhere, yes, this is exacatly the word I used in some occation. why the feeling of fear hit me slightly, althought this is slightly, but I can sense that this is a similar feeling which impact me on varies career change, now I should honestly write it down, write down what feelings bothers me now: 1. Lack of capital : the money to support my business development and even worst, the money to keep the family in a quality of life 2. Instable income : as facilitor to YPO, I can only wait for the calling, not to do any marketing activity for gaining what I can predict,and it result to a unstable cash flow. 3. Business uncertainty : no matter this is happen in China or Taiwan, to go for the coaching business or consultant business, the yes and no comes not as you expected.Engage, Investigae, Contract and Deliver service took me quite a long time. 4. Working alone in China : yes, I don't have a strong confidence to work in Beijing if there's no proven business activity there, how to systematic and re-organized myself is the key to get rid of this feeling. 5. Mix feeling about marriage : W do throw a big stone in the pond, how to respone but not react to my turbulance life? I must admit that until it comes, you will never know how good you have prepered. this apply to me, no matter how hard I share with coachee what James Cameron inspired me with the quote " Fail is an option, but Fear Not ". when is comes, it will test how strong you are facing new challenge. Chung Hwa's wedding song become a messy disastar, Antonio make his point and cleary education me how he grew in China, Now I am in the middle of handling all the dirty jobs, a good intention turn to a bad result, this is a lesson to learn, if you are only help, bridge it and leave the party go their own way, if you want to stick on any party, make yourself clear before any good intention probe. Monita is coming to Taipei again, on her own this time and will meet 2 of my introuduced company, do I feel that I am used? I don't know, since I didn't make any statement about what I want to be, it's hard to convince any party my role in the game. this is why Meiling said about me all the time. Caculate the money I need for family and business, come up with a 3 senerios and beging to collect money you need by : your own insuranct loan, borrowing from friend, take project for investment. 2. Do an incomes stream projection in next 6 months 3. Set the business goal and client list and schedule your visit 4. Prepare yourself for living in China. 5. Keep Body / Mind and Soul in a balance situation. I should write an article for Yung Chin, this happen once in my life, I should not hide away from it.

New science about enbeded a habit

the book : science of influence taught me that 5 days is all we need to fabric the new route for a habit. it's not the magic nubmer 21, which have been spread for many years. however, 5 days to layout is the only beginning, how to anchor the change and keep the behavior sustain is a life long effers. so change is a life long learning for everyone. the other insight I got from this book is : this is due we we don't really know what we want make us the person who can change. what a great fining. to decreas the blind spot by asking someone else's help - even stranger is much better to corrent by your own imaganination. the other book was a gift : With Purpose ", it explained the years 50 -60 a golden 10 years for nowaday people - those we call baby boomer who were consider to go the down hill in life,

Beijing in process of questions

Yes, no one will know what happen next, this is why whenever I conduct training, people always see me like a prophet - to lead them somewhere, but if I have the same problem, what experience counts?
a weeks with Monita and spend 2 days in Yilan together with Tony and Meiling, we are playing a host YPOer and to get to know each other better, the conclusion below:
1. I will have a free place to stay whenever in Beijing
2. Can use her office if needed
3. Sarah - the executive coach in China might be a resouce for me
4. Tech Art investment project
Monita advise me not to count on anyone but to keep faith with myself, follow the law but not the talk of the people, she even said talk to Annie Ma, she might be more efficient than Randy, for this, I don't know, but I am a little bit concern about her big mouth and look down to people, such as why Lucy Wang want to joint YPO? if people have the will to grow, we should support them.. this is my believe
I didn't let Monita know I am having breakfast with Jean - her old friend and not to be itimancy anymore.
Jean and I had a good breakfast at Paul - the French break restaurant, Jean will be my agent for the coming " Forum " book, see how the project kick off.
taking HRS to Tainan and connect to the city free shuttle bus, I take off at the Confusion Culture Park, a great place, on the opsitie side is the famous Li Li fruit vendor, I am taking the port tender rice at one little old shop and yes, learn a few things about our coming Forum Retreat.
Far Eastern Shangeri-La Tainan upgrade me to the suite. I enjoy it and to do my Golden Meloday Award listening judgement.

Meiling is not happy about my not able to secure my interest

After the movie " wraths of titian " with sound and Meiling , we went home , wife keep working on her fire rice . This is for prepare sound's coming weekend at home. We are engaged to go to Yilan with Monita and tony - the couple retreat which were set earlier at RMF 3 training ! The meeting arrangement for Monita went quite well, much better than everybody's expectation , tech art contact with genetic tech farm seems to be a ok deal , Simon refer rose to work with Monita as farm manager seems went pretty well, far Easter university had a great chance to co-develop with the inner Mongolia government ! But it seems to me I done everything for friendship , a friendship develop from my facilitation , when share it with Meiling, she is so unhappy, unhappy about my lack of business sense and not able to carry or secure my own interest , but only to give my relationship to others , spending time and money , win nothing and peobsvley I will end up at a retire solider house when getting really old.
I am not saying what Meiling mentioned is wrong , but how to create value and secure my value in exchange of long term benefit is a lesson, the strong message Meiling sent is kind of hurt my feelings and my confidence in carry out my works . Yes relations should be exchanged for something , but I dont know how to process and to safe guards what I values , this is confuse me , really , from Meiling's view point , Monita is too selfish and taking advantage of my relationship but in return with nothing , now, I don't really know how should I face all the relationship build and don't know If relaxation to china is a smart move, even through I understands I should invest in china, but if there is no customer , no business, no income, what's the point to risk myself further , I should be more focus on developing my coaching expertise and earn from what I master , this is puzzl me , really
