New science about enbeded a habit
the book : science of influence taught me that 5 days is all we need to fabric the new route for a habit. it's not the magic nubmer 21, which have been spread for many years. however, 5 days to layout is the only beginning, how to anchor the change and keep the behavior sustain is a life long effers. so change is a life long learning for everyone. the other insight I got from this book is : this is due we we don't really know what we want make us the person who can change. what a great fining. to decreas the blind spot by asking someone else's help - even stranger is much better to corrent by your own imaganination.
the other book was a gift : With Purpose ", it explained the years 50 -60 a golden 10 years for nowaday people - those we call baby boomer who were consider to go the down hill in life,
