Overheard sound have a money shortage: I hand him 5000 on his bed , he wasn't quite awake and take it . After all , he hand the 5000 back to me .
Ask fruit to do her laundry - it's a month long battle between her mom , she know I am going abroad , so do it this evening , after she hang those machine wash clothes, I decide to give her 10.000 and mentions this is for her coming Birthday. She didn't response, she is so money driven but not willing to make effort to earn it .
It's not a test. I am only to satisfy kids need while I can and to witness the different reactions.

Knock knock and tap tap
I wasn't sleep well last night , it's a coming back of nightmare . He tapped my left shoulder and whisper something with my ear , I can't remember any word , but it annoyed me all night.
I have to pretend someone love me is by my side and protect me - it's not a daydream but a night dream ...

Crystal in HK chapter 2
Enjoy my lunch alone at " jade & maxim " restaurant location inside HK airport .. i order one tasty HK style stew and roast pork to go with their signature fries rice .. it's a full content meal .
Crystal arrived earlier so we begin session by 13:20 at the cafe she choose . The ice breaker I design is :
1. What place or place make you feel comfortable when alone ? As I check her update again. I am resonate with 3 place : airport lounge , on the flight , breakfast out of town .
2. Process :
- conclude how many P/F/B as du she sent and to extract feelings as a monthly reflection before we start
- identify words I associate with in the monthly update which I can trigger to 1) deep dive 2) clearly my question 3) lead or be the change driver for WWH 4) provide me experience or resonate.
- taken and identify some Issues to share and exchange ideas

Taking 10:15 flight to HK for the first in person session with crystal .
It's a 8 business seat small aircraft, the gentleman sit next to me wearing a suit and put on smile , I nod my head as a courtesy when taking me window seats .
Seated for a while , he kindly hand me local newspaper and ask if I want to read : the greeting is " I take extra copy of today's newspaper, would you like to read ? " since I am about to prepare those monthly Update which I just compline and print at Eva air lounge , I kindly declined his good will .. as a return to his good Gesture. I stared the conversation and ask " what kind of newspaper you read normally " this is to openly invite him to talk about his understanding of Taiwan political environment, every newspaper have their prefer party to support and will bias to the news they covers . Then we exchange basic topic such as " Why going to HK? "" what you do in HK ? " my profession as coach cause many interest , he is no exception . His job is even interesting to me : This is his first day duty report to work in HK as " non official foreign representative " trading & culture center in HK "
We exchange a few common dialogue and I return to work and took a nap before landing . Walking out of the airplane cabinet , he shake hand hard and thanks for my congrats and wish him a successful tenure in HK ..it's a talking to stranger story

Moonlighting boy
Little , chimon and black is one person in 3 different personality and it's a struggle between ego & self ...

7 millions and the fear
Suddenly I realized my personal cash saving up to 7 millions now , not to include the insurance which can accumulate another 3 millions NT : this is by far my cash richest moment in life and I am blessed to save them as my safety net .
Fear about the dream. Dream about lost my sights and those cash can do little to make me happy .

US reflection
Less spending on the trip if not counting the air tickets ( actually it's mileage redeem for upgrade ) and YPO package ( it's a coaching expense so to speak ) . I don't eat at any decent restaurant ( if you want to count Robert at New York design and art museum) and buy almost nothing ( the most expensive one is Motorola wifi earphone ) for transposition , use taxi 3 times between airport to hotel , the rest is walking in New York and Uber at LA.
Costume cost me a few and this is purchase in taipei ..
no recreational spending is so exceptional , even the massage.... movie is the only entertainment I did in The States and not much as well .
Grammy ? Good event but I use 1/4 of the time coaching client so it doesn't count a full experience.
And the rest ? I should
1. Finish 4 workshop material ( done )
2. Finish reading the book ( black dog - I am working in on the flight - now it's so bumping )

Hanes morning , Hanes told me it's a one and half month window since late Dec. my opening is pretty long : from my reflection to Grammy and the life I live with coachee , what transcend me is the connection with differing people in there pinnacle life and to stimulate and spark each other's life : as the word inspiring : In Spirit with someone .
Working my Eden file to print at Ambassador hotel , having been kick out yet ... it's a blur situation here and it's fine with me.
Done con-call with Mei Yang in regard to Yu Ping and foundations development / co-work with director... short and sweet ... conversation is communication- tango is dialogue .

And her staffs working not only in the office but in the house .. the girls power do everything: deco the house , doing the cook and serve the table - they are all Chinese
It's a simply yet interesting dinner - 7 ( the one come the last : young gentlemen who I don't know) and the rest are Grammy delegation .
And the side dish is : a professional massage master come to the house perform his expertise to each one of us : I am the first to call -- as coach and it's a benefit.

What linda asked for ?
It's positive or negative, to me it should all be possible... I know it's trigger by Sean when I send Sean and do a kick off with him the other day .. those standard process never happen to Linda and we are guessing on how to better our experience.
I am the change agency but not the change driver - to linda , everything is important which means she don't have a mindset about " what's important in life and now ?" And to prioritize them and focus on those .
She need someone to monitor but at the same time she must know coach is not here to teach but to " ask and to support on her intention to change "

5. No in town taxi - only airport transpiration

I am not sure what make a difference between update exchange with my coachee and my personal Update ?
If I may - to segment the 3 lives we live : public life is what you can or don't record as it's a normal life ; Private life is where you exchange Update mainly and sometimes to touch with emotion and feeling part . Personal blogs can be seen as a " secret life " free range for you and it's up to you what you wish to plants.
I liked it " science is to discover what's been there , artists is to create what's not existing. They both try to integrated the law of order / scientists do it externally, artist do it internally "

It's a big data - cloud computing company linda invest 2 millions usd and tried to utilized it's technology for her other investment: Jobs Tank - a high level advance search / recruiting platform she heavily believed.
I am invited to join the 3 months after presentation- demo session this morning .
I am not quite how this tech leverage can help jobs DB and my personal learning are :
1. When candidate sigh up for the services , he / she must uploaded and detailed in providing data & the client ( recruiter ) need to perform the same efforts too , to me it's an " non value added " action to both once reciting fails , how the so call " business intelligence " can be realized to revenue / profit .
2. On the job Search for job opportunities not really decided to leave current job ( what's the percentage " the mapping success rate is hard to justified its function.
3. Between the jobs : do they wish to honestly uploaded everything ( good and not so great ) personal information to the third party ?
4. Job fit is only one part in marriage the search : org fit and culture fit can't be identified here - how can this big plan have company such as gallop to support its cloud in " strength finder 2.0 " ?
5. Follow up and execution : who to lead / monitor and measure the project with good knowledge about : start up / investment/ data clouding / service offers

Reflection on Steve Hawkins
Steve can't move , so he don't need to do anything but to think -
Steve is slow , so he take time to think , think is round and think is well .
Steve can't mobile to lab as normal professors , so he create everything in his brains and produce the result based on his imagination before other proof .
Steve seldom disclosed his inner feeling to others , even to his wife : so you can't really know how his physic constrains and pain influence on him .
Steve love plays / classical music / opera / dramas and he goes to concerts - for a man on wheel , how he appreciate art is amazing .
We think Steve is normal because he act normal and didn't disclose how the disability impact his life .

Time to boarding
It's 7:30 am Feb. 1 I am about to boarding BR30 bound for New York .. it's 15 years since I visit big apply , and that's 2001 . So after World Trade Center vanish , I never see it for 15 years and I do develop a nostalgic emotion .
Seating is good : 2 A a stand alone seat refrain me from bothering neighboring passenger .
What I plan to do during the fly ?
