Too many update and no blogging

I am not sure what make a difference between update exchange with my coachee and my personal Update ?
If I may - to segment the 3 lives we live : public life is what you can or don't record as it's a normal life ; Private life is where you exchange Update mainly and sometimes to touch with emotion and feeling part . Personal blogs can be seen as a " secret life " free range for you and it's up to you what you wish to plants.
I liked it " science is to discover what's been there , artists is to create what's not existing. They both try to integrated the law of order / scientists do it externally, artist do it internally "
