Money and kids

Overheard sound have a money shortage: I hand him 5000 on his bed , he wasn't quite awake and take it . After all , he hand the 5000 back to me .
Ask fruit to do her laundry - it's a month long battle between her mom , she know I am going abroad , so do it this evening , after she hang those machine wash clothes, I decide to give her 10.000 and mentions this is for her coming Birthday. She didn't response, she is so money driven but not willing to make effort to earn it .
It's not a test. I am only to satisfy kids need while I can and to witness the different reactions.
