I pick regent hotel as the launch venue with Hubert on coming Thursday, it's a risk as competitor and sit in another hotel will pose 2 uncomfortable ambient ! I would give it a try , as I manage to secure the place no one access before ( except HK forum retreat ) and consider the impact of typhoon , this is a place guaranty open 365 days a year !

Make a difference today

I microwave Chinese herb medicine for Meijing this morning , in order not to have her do it again, I heated 2 portion at the same time ! When separate into 2 plate and take it up to bedroom, she is not happy: as usual , the communication issue between us is : who should be response for clear message , I hardly catch the meaning from her wording and she don't aware of it for so long ! I didn't expect to see his girlfriend again ! And not expect to have sandwich lunch at the jewel box bakery as well ! But it turn out great !

I receive contract from Ambassodor Hotel

It reach my mail box this afternoon and with no revise on the price I quote : for moderate a forum , they pay me 4 times what Robert pay in Beijing and its almost triple the price for YPO training ! If anyone pay such a high fee for single coach , they must expect a high return I assume ! It's a strange felling as I know the result is heavily. Counting on participant, I am the person who build platform / set the protocol / safeguard the space / kep the positive emerge , it take great deal to accomplish all and this is the value I will bring to the corporate and each individual ! I thanks Hubert and will take it serious for develop module for future need and build a case for coach industry !

The " Sound " of silence

Meiling and Sound not talking for 4 days already , sound had a bad temper and perform terrible attitude when quarrel with his mother , it's like away from home too long. The closer relationship really rest the level of endurance for parent and child !
The result from terminate communication is the upside down of sound's living pattern , he sleep I'm tj day time and walk around at night Never eat in order and don't go out ! The cocoon life is not good for him , in 2 weeks. He will admit to high school , and a much intensive study will grove him hard ! I am not planning to cfoey him now as I didn't want to bias the issue ! This is the family now !

Sorry ! No coin inside

Post office use to be the most convenient ( or the only ) bank system in Taiwan supporting ordinary people like us . Time pass and the liberation of financial sector combine market competition bring post office to a less favorable bank ! But you have to use it once the service item only available here , such as the pain I experience for last few days mail cash to sound school for high school admission application fees !
First they don't allow you to mail cash if not use cash envelop , so I take their advise to buy transfer ticket ! Guess what ? School don't accept it? Today. I have to buy cash envelop again forail the exact amount of application fees : 230 nt ! Now comes another problem , you can put the coin inside the envelop There must be way to handle it But I am really tired , put in 300 instead , now I need to explain to school why not 230? It cost me than 300 NT to handle this 230 fees and not counting the time I spend in such a painful process !
There must be a way!

The high school application

I did it for sound and I am afraid I am over doing what a role father should perform!
Try my best to lists 15 school among all the schools, my best guess is he will landing in shu hei high school , if it dose happen , sound will experience the varies values deliver by religions, from his primary school , no religion binding , pu tai with strong Buddhism attachment and follow by shu hai high school , a Christian school， I hope it's good for him, not for any academic learning , but for a rich human context ! Same as my sharing with Matthew over the lunch ! The more we grow, the more we appreciate psychology and philosophy , these 2 schools teach us how to embrace and handle life issues ! Hope my decision this time work for sound and not to end up as what he said to me over the drink when I mention the rationale I choose school priority for him and what come back to me is: it's like comfort me with " hey it's fine to be importent since I am not ", sound is a hardcore in communication , people suffer and the backlash will hurt him some day!
Remember the word said to Matthew "vulnalbility is the currency of trust", I need to build my credit with family member also.

It's been a long while since we met last time and it took us months to get here ! As a Japanese sushi restaurant where we have not been before and share things we have not disclose before ! Matthew had a Hoffman experience just similar to my forum experience , So we know how to open deep:

The first impression is : Meiling can't accommodate life in Beijing nor feel happy when return home ! It's the syndrome of what I said " living the co-existence " life ! Sound's jerk off cause the mother and son tension ; fruit enjoy life in Beijing , however she spend money like water ! Me , I am ok with all the change ! It give me a good space to talk with my mother in a better manner , she began to wash my cloth and the conversation turn to more soft and nature ! This is the alternation I am hope for!

The doctor who treat my body , now I am healing his mind

It's a Sunday story, Chi-Hon sent a message to me, with very brief message " I am not doing OK, in the marriage crisis ", as I can't response to him immediately, this really make me worry, for a man who send such a " Help " message means:
1. He is in deep trouble
2. He have no one to consult or support with
3. He badly need someone
Call him up at 9:30 pm, he can't reach the phone but the message said that he is fixing the issue. I know him , if not for the affair issue, it won't be any big issue. well, I was wrong, when see him at the hospital after her clinic the following night around 9:00 pm, I walked him home and listening to the background and learn the history of the marriage. this is a tough situation, thanks to the training I just done in London. and my learning these days for " Not Giving Advise ", it help me to clear my mind and seeking  a better way to provide my support. with " I feel " " My experience " really helps. my follow up message this morning win a " getting better " resolution.
then call up wife at Beijing, I changed the flight for them and they will be back today - as I am waiting them at Taoyuan international airport --- but it seems Meijing is in deep depress also. so. I wait for her to initiative the conversation close to one AM and finish our late night conversation around 2 am. thanks for the Feedback skill I learned in London, I can really calm my mind and to perform a better listener role.
Preparing my Trainer / Trainee Photo journey this 2 days, it's a good looking back and reflection exercise.a lot to do and not able to do what I should.. it take time really.

Back to Work

Heart work is the precise tag I want to put to recall my 3 days Transformational  Forum Training in London. if there's any regret, that will be my absent from the musical " Wicked ".. in order to create my memory in London, and happen to see Victoria Theater is next to the hotel I stayed. I try my luck to purchase ticket on the lunch break - it's July 12. I thought I am so lucky to buy myself a Q 20 tickets, yes, although it cost me 62.5 pond. but this is a rare chance to build my memory.
this is what happened at the musical. in order not to drift away from the musical, I drink a double expreso right before the show and guest what, my body just don't listen, I fallen asleep in about 30 minutes since the certain unvails and finish my sleeping like 5 minutes before the interim -- this is so impolite to the talent and to the audience who sit next to me, so I have to excuse myself during the interim and not returning to the second part of the show. this is my Wicked experience in London and I have to response to almost all the facilitators the following morning, as everyone knows I was going to the musical and won't join the group dinner with them.
 On day 3, I witness the power of transformational forum - if anyone really open and be vulnerable, the journey begins. it contiguous and the space creates in the room is full of energy and love, it's more like the shining of human nature than a training.From bottom of my heart, I thank Shariz who brought us this gift which buried deep inside every human being and Roni- the best facilitator I ever encoutered. it takes 2 to know 1. what a great finding in feedback ...
 I done my first movie watching job on the way back to Taiwan - Salmon Fishing in Yemen . It's an OK movie, I didn't catch what inspired Daniel to urge me for this.. I wrote down a few point, but you know, it's shallow to me.
  Back to Taipei and take one day off - a private day. managed to done the flip chart photo I promise to do for everyone at the TF training. I done it after midnight. and now I am pick up the " Working " mood. you can't really freeze the time, you go with the flow.. this is the true water which run still and wait for no one.
 What's my feeling right now? tired and want to take another hours for napping

Transformational Forum training in London

It's 5 in the morning London Time, I woke up same as yesterday, jet leg is the key, bought myself one " Wicked " musical last night and went for the first session. at Victory Theather, I falling asleep for about half of the show, it don't matter, to indulgent for a 65 pond of ticket on my training in London, take it as the only expense other than coffee and book, it's not a crazy thing to do .
Flying out from Taiwan on Tuesday morning, taking Elite class to London this time, to avoid the bad experience when going to Oslo in May. managed to see 4 movies on the plane, finish the half review " The Erotic Marigold Hotel " and other films. stop over at Bangkok, buy the book " Fast thinking and Slow " a good one.
Met Manju at the check-in reception counter at the hotel we stayed - The Grosvenor Hotel connect to Victory Station.
The training itself is a Labotorary experience, we were asked to participate as forum and to trust the structure and to learn from the designed steps. Shariz and Roni makes great trainer for us. Roni is really someone special, I can see how she can develop the sophistical skill which is a gift to become great facilitator, Shariz with rich coaching and research background prove that " Transformational Forum " have such a power to make self-awareness a great finding to enrich the " Unknown Window " for Johari Window.
First day, we build the block by learning and experience the " Emotional " " Vulnavaliby " and " Feedback model " session :
-- For Emotional module : down the river follow the strongest current is the key
-- For Vulnerabilitiy : 3 cards for fully sharingy ( set the tone ), The How ( exercise and practice ), The Debrief ( Sharing and insight ), I see ourselves an experimental expert to correct the process with Roni and Sheriz.

Second day we follow a great sharing in the morning, it begin with Manju's note taking and honestly sharing in public and follow with Marryann's vulnerable disclosure, it turn the group to a deep connection and set the day.
" Curiosity " exercise is a great one, I pair up with Andro and the river - boat and common ground build was so exciting. her feedback on our last encounter in Warsaw warm my day and it also brought me the deep connection with Judith when having the feedback session - 5 write ups and the last word she share with me before I went for bad the day before  " Stay Real "
" Presentation " is a difficult one, we do 2 presentation with the support of Judith an Amir, the non-structure presentation format really take time to practice and how to be a moderator or guardian is a key issue when doing the debrief, everyone agree to do another 2 presentation on day 3 - we need to be confidence about it before we are invited to conduct the training session.
 I don't know how to incorporate what we learn to the  existing forum meeting. it take time and I am expect to learn more on day 3.

power of reading

I did my in door bicycling this morning, it's like I stop exercise for more than 3 weeks. I spend 25 minutes and sweat up. this is good. to keep the good routine again and to abide the " Change from inside " discipline, I was lazy to do my power point for the coming Forum Moderator Development workshop , don't know why, this is a record for yesterday.
 The little pet Qubie is in fond of playing with human, Meiling didn't know that. I suppose to go to library in the morning, but it fails. buying lunch box for Fruit and Sound and then decided to go to movie with Sound - another lazy boy . we went for 2 shows : Let's Dance 2 and " Vampire Hunter - Arab Linchone , during the break, I bought 2 books - 4 secrets in life and the excellent Psychology application essay - 70 way to deal with your anxiety apply to psychology. almost every book deal with the behavior change and promote their unique way of changing behavior.. ultimately, we learn that every change begin with the Willing to change. just like the lose-weight program I saw on TV last night. if you don't have the heart to change, no one can really help you.
  Fruit came home around 10 pm with tear in her eyes, the answer is the broke up with her boy friend. it finally happen. I asked her mother to get her comfort, but she reluctant to do it. I walked up to her room - with her door close, I can only say : would you like to switch on the air conditioner ? or do you want to talk.. no, she don't want to and the trouble lead to the pet - the poor dog, Fruit bought the dog together with her boy friend, now the dog become the innocent pet - Fruit is anger at he as the reflection to her anger to her boy friend. this is not good.
 Reading is power, if you turn it to action, I manged to get up and bicycling this morning, pick up the long lost habit. keep it up - Victor Chu quit smoking as well. started from July 1st- I went to Esoterism and learn the good news. 3 things come up from the meeting this morning:
1. Next Fund raising, we should position a premium for new investor - strategy wide we should:
-- Do what we can do
-- Build the brand equity by sign of 2 key contract with Japan / Korea distributor
2. Next Fund will further dilute founders' share, in lure of the sense of ownership, we should prepare a new incentive scheme for recognize founders' contribution base on agreeable milestones , and to include Ryan in the incentive program
3. Bobby's role and how the fashion / trendy tie up can be build-in
4. Product and Sales forecast practice - gradually we will learn how to be better precise and perfect it.

2012_06_18 blog – authentic vs doing business in China

  This is what I want to address first : if honesty is the best policy, it won’t work in China now, and I don’t know how long will it take to make such an old saying prove in China.

 Now, I am going to share with you my story:

Case 1 : A.M : A training company

  A’s company was backed up by VC – this is what she told me, We met at one business association party, she was the prospective member there to participate on my training – a program I deliver to introduce what the association is about and how it diffiereiciate among other social club. A was there for 60 minutes and she told me I am the person she is looking for – to deliver the high level leaders’ training in China and this is to complement her training road map – from entry to middle-class manager and to the executive arena. Then we develop our communication and conversation for so many times until the day she told me the fund is ready and now she need me to design the product – program for them and seduce me that I am the future partner to share the profit the company will ultimately enjoy – she had a goal to IPO in 3 years.

  I was introduced to the education division head. R. who claimed to be the executive coach in China and manager to licensing one executive assessment tool into China – selling the analytacl tool before convince on deliver the coaching business, he asked if I am able to be the agent in Taiwan – well, I might be a power user but won’t act at the sale rep for them. The other guy – G. is the education program and product developer who had the HR background but never really see the world of executive. They are interested in my leadership retreat program and yes, asked me to come up with a demo program for the target group they are approaching now – an association of agriculture industry top management, according to them, they are keen in relocation training in Taiwan and would appreciate if I can custom made the program for them.. well, it’s getting more and more interesting.

  I sent the demo program base on the Yilan retreat I did for YPO 3 weeks ago, there’s no response and suddenly a guy call L. come up – via the mail introduction of A. he is a foreigner , with a drunken accent , eager to meet me for the program detail and content, we had a tele-communication back to June 11, I was in Taipei while he is in Beijing, he called my Taiwan number and hang up immediately – leaving something like its disconnected or I can’t hear you – you know what? I guess he don’t want to spend his own money and set me up for calling him back, I did , as I promise to conduct this conference call. By the ending of the call, L. learned that I will be in Beijing in 18 and 19^th so, asked an in person meeting on the 19^th, according to our dialogue over the phone, he will be busy on 18^th.

  Since A. office is far away from my resident in Beijing and the office is not a good place to meet, I decided to move around the meeting venue with L. Before I sent out the new venue notice, L send me a mail in regard to change the meeting time, it give me good chance to response with a “ Why not do it over the phone ? “ and I told him I am return to Taiwan on the 19^th, so.. The reply from L. is: I am free on the 18^th all day “

 I call him with no response so leave him a message, he called back and insist to meet in person – we met, and he was late for 15 minutes. And now please allow me to describe this person:

 L. came with his coffee mug, asked to find a place to sit. With a drunken voice , when the café service person asked what to drink, he reply with “ I have my coffee with me “, I ordered a latte and asked him : would the hotel upset about guest not order any drink and take up their space ? “ L replies with “unless they told me that they made better coffee than mine? I am like speechless. During our conversation , he almost falling asleep – it’s 11 in the morning, my observation told me he is either hang over until now or doing the drug still, how come this kind of person will be partner with A. should I trust these guy?

 When we come to question about the value for the attendee, the need and take homes, he don’t even care, insist on doing this for the group, make up any company to visit without any preparation.. why should I ruin my reputation by connection my resource for this uncertified group of people? I put a big question mark in my heart. Then L. leave, without paying the drink bill – well maybe I am too naïve again, assume the one who call the meeting should at least pay the drink as courtesy.

 The more they ignore the customer or client, the more I hesitate to deliver my service, it’s not like what I did before, YPOer raise so many questions before any training, they only wish to trensent and improve every time. I waste months of talking to these people and now I know all will in vain. So I sent out a mail with the message of in order to make sure we will do the thing right in Taiwan, let’s work on a pilot project in China and be sure we are doing the right thing. No other point, simply to check who their customer are, will they pay me and what’s outcome looks like? This is a very trivial project in China and this is how I call it the first case of doing biz in China.

  My conclusion : A. is a financial girl who’s goal is get big fast and won’t share you profit in the first place. R. had his agenda for selling his licensed product. L. is a terrible guy who is uglier than Chinese biz man. So all of them survive in China – a world who prefer law and order won’t enjoy. So, what will you do?

PS. When have lunch with R. at Old Beijing Restaurant, once you place order from menu, the waiter will ask you to pay first ; I asked R. why in the cash biz, we were asked to pay first , R told me they are afraid the customer might slip away, my next question to R is why in doing biz, the customer won’t pay until you deliver your service – and sometimes they discounted or delay payment? R told me because in biz world, it’s so competitive, so.. you better make sure your client do have money to pay before deliver any service and be sure all the preparation aim for long term business development, otherwise you will suffer from losing time , energy and money.

Case 2 : M and her new venture

 In the very beginning, she act like sister to me and we build intimacy so rapidly. And she called me up before the training I am going to offer in Taiwan – Yilan, she asked if I consider moving to China, she talked with few friend in China and willing to offer me a partnership in leadership training and she will first have her 3 companied under my consultation service as base client. I am so touch by her sincerely and willing to build partnership.

 The I realize we had a mutual friend J.L. who share me the story about their friendship, hoe she suffer from the friendship. I can picture a lady who left husband and child and develop career alone in China much bear a lot of unimaginable situation, I respect her success and wish to learn the from her, and yes, I do learn the lessons.

 When introduce her the resource I had on hand in order to support her new business, she was so exciting about it, when getting deeper and she learn my resource can really sharp or alter her business, she become nervous, and put me aside then develop direct business relationship with the connection I linked for her, I don’t really care about it. But when it come to the issue about relocation to Beijing, everything change so dramatically, no business, no contact, no nothing, it’s like you are taking care of yourself now – a typical HK business lady – cruel and practical or you can say pragmatic. I am lost somewhere and tried very hard to check what went wrong or where did I do wrong ? I don’t have the answer but to get the lessons from her – never trust people who only deliver lip service or people will ultimately taking care of their own business.

 The dormitory she mentioned during our family retreat in Yi Lan was a disaster to me, I check in and find strangers in the apartment, I don’t think she even visit the place before. And how can I take it for accommodate my kid and wife? No empathy at all or this is another lesson to learn: you should accommodate all the rules in China, do the Chinese way..

  I know the 2 referring project is moving fast, yes, I was fully ignore from the parties, yes, I don’t have a value in the deal or I can’t create a need from either party, this is why brokerage business in China won’t work.

 Conclusion : don’t make significant decision based on others’ lip service, if they tell you to be patient, you better check your bank account before putting smile to them.

2 days to remember

Today, June 25^th,2012, marks the 25^th anniversary of my marriage with Meiling – from the day we don’t have a why married, but walked hand in hand to the public accreditation house for announcing husband and wife – for 4 people on the scene, James Chang and Tom Chang were no longer good friend of mine. And we keep our marriage still, even through we were having a family difficulty to overcome together – well, I put Together aside as this is a one way thinking, not a consensus yet. It’s been 25 years since we married. No vows and no promise, I don’t know what keep our marriage still – Love, I really doubt it these days, appreciation and gratitude? Maybe, but I am not 100% sure.

Toda, June 25, 2012, 4 years after I conduct my first invade surgery, place a stent on my left artery exactly 4 years ago. On 2008, I was lucky detected the artery problem founded by Dr. Chen and urgently perform this surgery. It’s like a re-born to me and I have no idea how it impact me until now. It gave me a good reason to resign from LCPC – a place I am not passion with nor happy to work with. Since then, I am more approach to identify who I am instead of What I do. It pave the road to be coach and facilitator , it’s hard to keep the living standard, but it give me a new skill to develop and become an independent service provider – coach after professional manager lead to a door more open.

  Today, I received text message from Daniel Y. who in China support me in identify my next venture and urge me to think what’s crisis ahead and kindly enough to ask my bank account – lending me money for the transition struggle I am facing. But I hav’t heard from him since forward my bank account and it pass the deadline of needed, I checked with a follow up message, not response still, I am a little bit disappointed but there’s nothing to complain with, Daniel flew to Taipei, drove all the way to Tainan and support me to defend my rights in front of M. and willing to discuss my business plan with me… what you can asked more? If no financial aide at this point, should not be the break-up point unless Daniel take his position this way. All the questions in mind come to an end since received his message today, he was sick and he asked my bank account again – the swift code – I am so touched again.. what can we asked more?

 Today in the morning, I receive mail from Matthew, when sent the friendship is greater than anything mail to him, he solve his own problem and I feel relax also. Matthew update me Mr. Allison’s health condition. When learn some of his difficulty from Mark Chen, I decided to make the call and not to let the friendship sours.. we wish to talk and we will find a good space to reconnect.

 I review Martin’s work from FB – He is actually a facilitator – via music to connect with audience and with God – he must be a great facilitator I believe.

 Today, I made love with Meiling in the early morning, I havn’t have sex for a period of time, after the love making, I realize today is our 25^th anniversary in marriage and my 4^th years after surgery.

 I have another relax afternoon to perform a “ I am alive “ session and I deliver what I will do with Ambassador Hotel Group with full confidence – I am ultimately get the coaching deal – and according to Angeli – a short and sweet session.

 2 days before… the day I managed to perform a qualified facilitator during the final judging panel at 23^rd Golden Melody Award – among 20 professionals, I don’t have chance to use my golden vote , not even once. All the consensus were built within 3 rounds of voting – what I did:

1. re-state the etheric and honest protocol

2. promote the full discussion before voting:

- if anyone volunteering to begin, let the ball roll

- if none of the panel willing to speak out . pick the person to open sharing or guiding first

- manage time and emotion

- Keep the long meeting a fun and interested session

- show my appreciation all the time

- on the latter and critical moment – remind how our decision impact on Key Stakeholders at large

By 6:00 pm, we were line up outside Little Dome – the stadium held the award ceremony, I am the Panel in General, so, I am obliged or honored to walk the red carpet with Minister of Culture – Miss Long Yi Tai – a new minister and new dept since May 20^th. Yes, there are spot lights on my almost bold head. Long have one wish – don’t let me fall, she asked if I have the experience – my answer is , yes, once in my wedding. It rains hard, but all the camera capture us..

 It’s a good show on the ceremony event. Excellent production and great outcome – I don’t really mind how others see the finalist of the best male / female vocal, best album and best new talent. The consensus were built already and the judging system improve year by year. There is a break during the live broadcasting and I have my another 90 seconds of famous. MC Tain Shin asked my how was the panel session going.. I came out with only 3 sentence :

n  Judges were fully discussion before voting

n  The consensus for the final result is very high

n  Judges have high comment on all the participant and the music they deliver last year.

I am not sure how it goes with the media collective interview – by 10:00 pm, I am escort to deliver the final outcome before end of the ceremony, yes, since I am the only one ( other than GIO staff ) who obtain the result, I am responsible to answer question from the media.. I think I have done a better way to explain how the process goes and what goes right and nothing related to personal or bias – if there’s bias, it’s a group bias and it’s based on the rule / regulation and the works which apply for the award challenge.

 Some said I look handsome from TV , some said I am great from Newspaper, I am not care about any critic about panel or result, and it’s a gone thing.

 2 days to remembers, My re-born day and 25^th anniversary ; The 23^rd GMA and the reclaim under spot light

For today:

I spend 6 hours at City Library yesterday, this is a good record to maintain, there are many periodical and good book to read - it's free and air-conditioned. I done one Bloomberg business week and finish reading 3 interesting books - one book who take the title of : Mind leadership , a good title yet not a very good writing, but I managed to read some chapter - get to know a few people's story who I am not familiar before, such as : Milea - the female anthropologist , Oppreheim who lead the Manhatton project and ended WW2 - with the atomic bomb , the young Chicago University President and John Pole 23. from the book : True Believer - about mass movement - Eric is a genius to introduce how the mass movement take place and the basic rule for such a movement - from religion / nationalism and social-political perspective, what Eric said touch me are:

1. If what you don is least important, you will do others

2. If you are not good at what you do, you are kind of helping others do their job, in this fashion, people won't laugh at you.

3. Most of the time, True Believer come from the pool of Frustrate r  

call Sound by 6 pm and asked his where about, he was at home after the short bicycle ride. we have a plan to go to movie, but he wish to eat the Eggplant Curry before going to movie. why not? bring him for his dream dinner - deep fly pork rib with curry source, since the restaurant offers all you can eat steam rice , my Sound take 3 and third / quarter rice plate, what a big stomach, no wonder he can't fit the new pant his mom bought for him.

  we went for " The Amazing Spider man ", this is not on our viewing list, however, due to the showing time constrain, we give up the Lincoln - Vampire Hunter , to our surprise, this is a good film, pretty much like a pre-story of Spider Man.

 Fruit went for temp job yesterday, at a breakfast cafe, she brought home a little dog - name Cubie , a 45 days Marchess , as we will be away for month, she will independently work and accompany her new pet.

 James wire the 100.000 RMB - I don't know when but find it out yesterday, sent him a thank you note , his response were so touch: we all love you... I should make the best of the fund my Forum brothers support. and Daniel wire his first 1 millions NT as well, found it on Friday 29th. another favor I can't get over with. Daniel said another 1 millions will arrive shortly.

 EMBA dinner at 4-Known Hall - a city hideaway restaurant, only 4 shows up, 2 Vincent , 1 Kevin and 1 Veneassa , the talk is endless, I don't even need to create any ice breaker. Superman Chen over order our food and over-charge us. this is not the way to treat friend, right? I will less recommend this restaurant.

 Friday morning, spending all morning with csr team in regard to the " Forum Style " peer group set up. I still don't know what's on Celine's mind: to use some of the allocation time and space from the lady boss, or to use up some of my talent? get rid of Kim and have her to join my team? what? I hardly can describe, however, I don't mind. I should focus on now and future - as Marshall Goldsmith said : Creating the Future you, not the remembered you nor the stereotype you.
