Lunch with Brian

I didn't expect to see his girlfriend again ! And not expect to have sandwich lunch at the jewel box bakery as well ! But it turn out great !
Brian resign from CID group Beijing : with focus and management issue , he decided to join operation side - mainly media company such as movie and to incorporate with his VC experience - not rich enough but smart !
I didn't provide too much advise and explain why ! Using experience share cause a challenge from his girl froend ! To her. Experience is another format of advise ! She is right , maybe the difference is not to create a herachy nor to build defense mood ! A nice way to let the receiver choose what works best for him! Yes. It's not cope with blind spot. So to learn the right way for feed back might compensate this gap ! A good listener she is !
