It's Oct. 28, our original plan is to eat at the restaurant where our wedding banquest took place, however, when checking the menu, there's no dish like " Stew Turtle fish ", so I send message to Meiling and suggest change to the " One Dragon " restaurant located at Shemengting, and may go to the movie after the dinner.
One Dragon's food was OK on 28th, but the movie " Nora gone for 5 days " ( This is my straight translation from the Chinese translation ) is a touch one, Meiling didn't get the picture after the show, I told her that the separate couple loved each other still, why?
1. wife use the telescope to check his husband cross the street every day, even on the day she committee suicide
2. the family doctor who even have a short affair with her wife ( the movie didn't touch on the detail ), but doctor told the husband at the funnel that Nora love one person only.
3. the sex toy grandchild discovered at the locked closet indicate the separate wife didn't have sex life with others.

morning of 28th, i am preparing the Oct. 1st speech slide and the afternoon meeting with i-peer, I finally hear how Tom asked for the price - yes, at least 1 dollar per share for a start up - if they hardly can raised fund in the States, how to convince people in Greater China? I don't know but the passion for the fund raising is slowing down on my side, it's too complicate and too much effort to be taken care with no pay ( I am sorry for being so honest about it ), the GIO bid project is rolling up, it will also create an ambiguity of conflict of interest, even extend to integrity issue, I have to be very careful about every step with them now.
yesterday morning with old friend Hochen - always a great update with him, we spend 90 minutes more together and yes, a wonderful time with old friend.
Vicky called on 28th and asked if time to see me these days, Meiling was with me when she calls, so, yes bingo, Vicky join a PR firm from Taiwan to Shanghai and do encounter with many CSR request, she is seeking support and the side kick is : Package a good speaker - trainer in China market, we will talk more next Monday.
Alan Sung from EO had a great session with me yesterday afternoon, we spent 1 hours to go over how to make EO embrace the soul of Forum and how I am able to bring the value to them, we agree on doing one Forum Fundamental on Oct. 22. a chance to co-work with a new window.
went to second run movie with Meiling last night again, to the happiness cinema at San Chung - I want to see the ' BARRIA " An Italian film, and epic to me and a great dream also. we follow with the Japanese movie : SP, a good one also. return home around 11:20, we were so tired.

my way for communication
The more I dig the topic, the more I realized the awareness inside it much important than external environment check. that's why the motivation inspired me to do a " Why we can't listen " slide to deliver how I detect such a finding and how it can be changed for a better / effective communication : in the western dogtrim , effective communication is the only reason why we train ourselves to become a better communicator but seldom touch upon the inner part of " Why ", my slide is : our heart have been covered with lit, so, we hardly listen, and we use our brain too much, focus on right or wrong but not to the person who deliver the message and to take empathy in listening. and why our hearts' been covered? 2 reasons :
1. We are not modesty / humble to listen to what we think we already know.
2. We are not honest enough to listen to the " candid " words , cause it hurts most of the time.
so we either ignore or defend, it keep our ear close and our heart sealed, how come we can really listen?
I did almost all the slides again and to make assumption, take notes and create tips and jokes to each page, as I learned before, there is not such thing like over-preparing, I am aiming a anchor after the speech, this is the goal I am going to achieve on Saturday.

Wu Shia
Indeed this is not as bad and critic mentioned, I went for this second run movie late last afternoon at " Happiness Theater " - a second run cinema complex after the long discussions with Hanes / Tim for the coming training.d
Arrived by 5:10 pm, the clerk at door told me due to the electric shut down, the only screen remain function is theater 4, this is where Wu Shia is showing now, so, without any doubt, I grab my 7-11 coffee and the sweet potato I bought from an Social Enterprise " Genesis Foundation support single parent to sell baked sweet potato on the street " and find my seat inside. the marshal art design pretty good, the story is OK, thanks God Dong Lung's father was killed by the thunder instead him, otherwise, it will be put in " R " I think. as a matter of fact, I am thinking of continue my next movie, however, it's pretty late and I am willing to do the house keeping before Meiling return home today, so, wait for next time.
Accidentally met Tony Huang - Group Chairman of New Wide at the elevator when going down for the meeting at 6 floor, Tony with me with a smile and welcome me in person, without notification, he interrupt to our meeting and asked if he can relay some " Classic Jokes ", sure, why not, he share 3 color jokes , yes, we are all man so beat it, but he also point out a few philosophy of his own:
1. People who can deliver joke in public is tend to be man with passion
2. Sharing is the culture of New Wide, there is no almighty in New Wide, we invited the best to speech, so, we want to be sure they are among the best
3. On every encounter, people must leave benefit or product value to other and make they want to see him again
4. People always remember him - man with great joke always - the remarks
5. Training and Development is the key to New Wide, a group subscriber for decade on EMBA magazine...
I felt lucky to meet him in advance without notice, it gave me an added value in prepare my coming speech, at least, I know I should prepare some jokes - good jokes and practice my speech in order to make it pay off - the meeting set up with Hanes and Tim were good, the more you prepared, the less you worried.
Lunch at down stair Japanese restaurant, I order an ell rice but didn't know it's jumbo size...

Past week
I was invited join GIO delegation to Shanghai for the " Cross-Strait " Music Industry Development. as a consultant to a - peer and a regular panel chair to GIO sponsor and subsidies project, my join the delegation is a plus to them. the one week in Shanghai is intense and busy, what's the take home? well, to conduct meetings at different historical location is a good experience to me. such as : Dinner at Sun Chin Ling Charity Club house - where Chiang and Sung get married. and use a 80 years old English house for meetings with government officer in Su Hui District - the richest district in Shanghai, and to visit the semi-official association to their office - once an Italian commerce house and now convert to a 12 associations' join office.
Bing Chinag / Su Hui development project is a huge project, they design it on a 15 years timeline and hoping to bring the value of the land by it's culture flavor - software instead of hardware, Synergy Group was among the target collaborator for building the " National Musical Base " at this Hu Bu Riverside - where they names it " West Bank "
Golden Melody Awards Ceremony bid together with TBVS was not my preferred plan - under the project base and use the " Great Capital " as the paper company for this, I don't know why Qui / Michael or even Ed so keen in bringing this difficult project, to produce " Golden Melody Awards " was never be the strength for anyone, not to mentioned this rookie team. the basic discussion of how we should work together is scheduled on Wednesday - Sep. 28th, I am not sure who will finally in the picture. to me, it's a half and half thing.
Return to Taipei taking Air China, and manage to join the introduction for Bengo and Matthew, we met at Space first and then move to the good cafe - 25 degree for the idea exchange, Bengo is thinking to use the resort brand - FuChun Sen Chu for the " Space " to grow on, in the resort and at Hung Chu city. Matthew is eager - yes eager to present his " Wellness Center " plan with land developing idea. it's no easy, after almost 2 years, his idea is not yet move anywhere, this is interesting to me, really, Bengo inviting us to the resort and I am working on the schedule with Matthew.
Take Sound to 2nd floor for the jumbo breakfast on Sat. and after the breakfast, we went for the movie " Johnny English - reborn " this is my second time to the first run, as I knew Sound will enjoy it, so... after the movie, I had an idea to take a venture to Treasure Hill, located next to the theater but we hardly consider to check it up. so, Sound and I did it on Saturday, it's not bad, some residential artist present and showcase their work and 3 little interesting cafe make the hill very unique, I may find time to bring Meiling here.
Life Academy volunteer's welcome party scheduled on Sunday - I accompany Meiling to Taipei Railroad Station, she is taking Step 1 - Power of Change on 25th to I-Lan, yes, she is reluctant to join and send me so many message about how she is not comfortable about it. yes, this is the process and some take home will left once she complete the whole session. Life Academy volunteer have no training program, the magic word is " Just Do It ", the welcome party begin with sharing and ending with sharing. this is the emotional river Life Academy bring to everyone.
I took Sound to the bus and then bring Sep. 7th back to yesterday.

I manager to finish writing the memo after talking with Ryan and sent it over to Victor and Steve, and Victor call for a meeting in late evening, I am fine , waiting for Meiling at the sports club and get ourselves a comedy movie “ Johnny English – Reborn “ before coffee with Victor, I spend 1 and half hours with Victor at Union Café – the good brewer at Chin May. Where he share his uncomfortable to me and feeling they have been squeezed, well, I have no further comment as I am act as the “ Communicator “ or “ Facilitator “ to the project, they don’t even understand why Ryan call on the last moment that “ Will you want to invest some? “ the statement I make is clear : What do you want from the deal ? Money ? Ryan as a good mentor or leverage the network both Ryan and Roger have? I subtly advise Victor how I see people with commitment to build there dream or brand – such as Liuliquifan Director Chang Yi and Hui Shan – how they spend every dollar they have to tell people they are doing what they say—yes, if I am a coach to 3 of them, I wish I deliver something and yes, I learn a great deal from the process – from each of them and from Ryan.

How I spend my Saturday : well , a good mountain climbing with Meiling in the morning and take the local breakfast with a shopping at local market, this is how couple did on Weekend. After the session, I went to library and stayed there for 4 hours, I need to feed myself with decent English reading, so, I read new week and yes, this is a good learning process., Meiling called earlier than I expected, so I decided to take a venture to a newly identified second run movie theater – The Happiness Theater located in Sang Chung – we take the MRT to Shang Ho school stop and walked to the cinema- 10 screen all you can see for 130 NT each, what amaze me is they broadcast the indie film as second run movie also, this is a rare finding for us, we only take 2 films this time, but I am happy to see the “ Bottle Shock “ – the Napa Valley white wine story – 1976 Jim’s legend and I learn it from the heart.
Sunny response with my call and told me the half million training consulting project is OK with them, at least I manager to get one, but GENIUS is now pain in the ass, spend decent time and effort and the change of time and negotiate again and again make me lose my patient, I have to throw out my ultimate letter : do it by myself and cut the program to one day only, yes, this is a China experience, no mercy, but to insist on your value – if they can accommodate a Nobel Laurent as honorable director, why can’t try me once, so, stick on it.
Jurgen came for the program discussion when I return from China – the Forum meeting, he is great about detect people , hold different view with me and Celine, I am very interested to see if Celine can work with Jurgen. I don’t know.
Ryan call for a noodle lunch on Thursday, it broke my promise to bring Jurgen for lunch, as Ma La – a great little noodle shop, who we see there ? Danny, he just came back from the regional mandarin forum and I know the good word about me is spreading, yes, I should do more and o better, every time.

It rains in the morning and kind of chilly since the night before, after mid autumn festival , in China, you can tell the 4 seasons. Clear and with changes you can see.
I thought the gathering time is 9:00 am, without hesitation, doing my quick breakfast but learnt it postpone to 9:15 am, to make this window a valuable time, I walked out of the hotel – Green land hotel and visit the door next – the first culture and creative zone developed in Shanghai – the 1933 building, 1933 was first used as the cow slaughter field, according to the locals, it was then the largest cow slaughtering place in South East Asia, and now it convert to boutique shops, trending store and glorious restaurant., I didn’t know we were return for lunch, but, it worth take a look.
The itinerary is not intensive but heavy, we had a morning meeting at the headquarter of Synergy culture group – the jv partner with i-peer music, since we accompany with GIO high ranking officers, so the visit were treated semi-officially, from the presentation, I took the picture of how the group company is going to plan. A company under the City Government should carry certain mission – not 100% commercial, but with goal and purpose, they don’t clearly address the purpose, but I can tell the “ Culture exchange and export “ will be feature in the little red book , Synergy tried to build a platform for all the music related ( or be more specificly, content related ) value chain, from performance, management, publication and distribution, in all forms and rights. Yes, a great dream. Chairwoman Mrs. Guo is an interest person, I don’t see big role on her, but seems a controller – financial mainly in the group. SVP Mr. Chu is an artist. EVP Bill Chang is our true window and a person we know for decade.
During our lunch at 1933 – the famous Shu Zen Hui , Bill disclose one of my forgetting memories, that’s the time I host a dinner for him and other important officers from China in my Sony Music Days, according to Bill, this is the first time they appreciate a “ Thick Sharks Fin Soup “ and he saw me getting drunk and take off my shirt – singing in front of my guest.. yes.. I didn’t know that , or I can’t recall It anymore.
After lunch, we went for the Shanghai Epic Music – this is the first Joint Venture between Sony and Synergy group back in 2001, that’s the year I join So-net and that’s the year Bob Bowlin and Richard Denekamp team up music jv with China and build the CD manufacture in Shanghai. When arrived there and saw the inauguration picture on the wall, it .all gone and that’s an old time story
Dinner is very good, we were welcome at Sung’s Garden House, now use as the Sung Chi Ling Charity Club House, and this is the house where Chiang Kei Sheng married Sung Meil Ling. A UK style house built in 1908, old furniture and old pictures, yes, across strait, all the peoples are interested in Sung and Chaig family and the tales. The dinner is mainly introduce the music group company under Synergy – Ko Chen Musical Theater Company and the coming music “ Xin Hai “, the 4 major cast sing some tune before the dinner, Master Chin and Director Yu with Script writer together tell a story – virture mix with the history.
Retune to hotel by 9:00 pm and we –Qui / Michael / Ed / Eric and I had a consensus meeting in regard to the future of the task force, I suggest to really check the current structure and to re-design the board / management team., reshape the business model and to invite new investors, the basis consensus were built and next week, we should kick off the project of internal DD – Another build up of new future.

It rains in the morning and kind of chilly since the night before, after mid autumn festival , in China, you can tell the 4 seasons. Clear and with changes you can see.
I thought the gathering time is 9:00 am, without hesitation, doing my quick breakfast but learnt it postpone to 9:15 am, to make this window a valuable time, I walked out of the hotel – Green land hotel and visit the door next – the first culture and creative zone developed in Shanghai – the 1933 building, 1933 was first used as the cow slaughter field, according to the locals, it was then the largest cow slaughtering place in South East Asia, and now it convert to boutique shops, trending store and glorious restaurant., I didn’t know we were return for lunch, but, it worth take a look.
The itinerary is not intensive but heavy, we had a morning meeting at the headquarter of Synergy culture group – the jv partner with i-peer music, since we accompany with GIO high ranking officers, so the visit were treated semi-officially, from the presentation, I took the picture of how the group company is going to plan. A company under the City Government should carry certain mission – not 100% commercial, but with goal and purpose, they don’t clearly address the purpose, but I can tell the “ Culture exchange and export “ will be feature in the little red book , Synergy tried to build a platform for all the music related ( or be more specificly, content related ) value chain, from performance, management, publication and distribution, in all forms and rights. Yes, a great dream. Chairwoman Mrs. Guo is an interest person, I don’t see big role on her, but seems a controller – financial mainly in the group. SVP Mr. Chu is an artist. EVP Bill Chang is our true window and a person we know for decade.
During our lunch at 1933 – the famous Shu Zen Hui , Bill disclose one of my forgetting memories, that’s the time I host a dinner for him and other important officers from China in my Sony Music Days, according to Bill, this is the first time they appreciate a “ Thick Sharks Fin Soup “ and he saw me getting drunk and take off my shirt – singing in front of my guest.. yes.. I didn’t know that , or I can’t recall It anymore.
After lunch, we went for the Shanghai Epic Music – this is the first Joint Venture between Sony and Synergy group back in 2001, that’s the year I join So-net and that’s the year Bob Bowlin and Richard Denekamp team up music jv with China and build the CD manufacture in Shanghai. When arrived there and saw the inauguration picture on the wall, it .all gone and that’s an old time story
Dinner is very good, we were welcome at Sung’s Garden House, now use as the Sung Chi Ling Charity Club House, and this is the house where Chiang Kei Sheng married Sung Meil Ling. A UK style house built in 1908, old furniture and old pictures, yes, across strait, all the peoples are interested in Sung and Chaig family and the tales. The dinner is mainly introduce the music group company under Synergy – Ko Chen Musical Theater Company and the coming music “ Xin Hai “, the 4 major cast sing some tune before the dinner, Master Chin and Director Yu with Script writer together tell a story – virture mix with the history.
Retune to hotel by 9:00 pm and we –Qui / Michael / Ed / Eric and I had a consensus meeting in regard to the future of the task force, I suggest to really check the current structure and to re-design the board / management team., reshape the business model and to invite new investors, the basis consensus were built and next week, we should kick off the project of internal DD – Another build up of new future.

The sales pitch to CKC wasn't on my priority agenda, but to fillful my obligation as founder of CSR and to support Kim / Celine, I nurge myself to this conversation and be there by 4:00 pm, for this, I have to cut the " Life Academey " sharing session, you know, the unexpected bump into Patrick was a good surprise, but I don't have time to chat with him. and another nurge is : Accompany Feng Ying to the sharing session - as no one from our family response a " OK ", SO, I have to push the buttom . to cluster the time we invested, I set the lunch appointment with Luis / Fen and Kevin, Kevin was stock at the Ko Yi Hui meeting and not able to join the meaningful lunch - this is the brief from lunch:
1. Fung point out the sustainable way for Himalaya Foundation is to carry on it's mission since day one of establishment : Intermediary for Foundations in Taiwan : information / international / intellgent development, it can easily cope with the new thems Mr. Han and Luis address : Woman leader / INGO development and leaders incubation.

I hardly remember what's going on last week, let's me think for a while, yes, on Saturaday, we accompany Fruit to Ta Tung Colleage of Institution, stay for a whole day, she apply the Wedding Planner Major, a very new major in Taiwan and in the school as well, Dean and her teacher are quite nice, our first impression.
leave Fruit alone in Cha Yi for the Mid Autumn Festival wasn't a good plan, however, she is easy in making new friend and we were right about it, she wasn't alone there.
Sunday to the Cluture and Creative Industry Expose at Nangand Exzibitation Center, I bought a few interesting staff and luckiely identify " The 8/23 Peace Coin " for the token to our forum in Shanghai - the 6677 Forum. taking time to chat with Kevin Peng, he is someone I should devleop relationship further and a good aide to me. hopefully is Himalaya Foundation revise plan works and he can be the deputy CEO at the post to support our future goals.

A great venue to spending time and to enjoy life. The meeting ended by 7:30 pm, a full 4 hours meeting with 2 great presentation.. all of us move to the next block for a good dinner “ Dien She Kitchen “ well, this is new life style in Shanghai.
Eric check in the hotel by 1:30 am on the 14th, I check the logistic before hand so get on the bed by 12:30, the morning session with Quisan is great, it depend on how Eric will develop the new material to a new horizon, I am not challenge, but with observation, Eric don’t take note and don’t read, he can’t stand be alone and peace with himself.. so… this is my observation.
Genius team building come to an conclusion, the deal will sign and it will take place on Oct 12 – 15 at Kwang Chew, Annie Ma called for the young talent campaign, I have a doubt but check with Quishen first.. well, it all depend.

Cha Yi Ta Tong Vocational 4 years college
I am using the PC setting at the welcome lobby , hosted by the sopermore / elder student at Ta Tong, today is the entrace day for Fruit, a big day for her , so to speak, I committe to accompany her all the way down to Cha Yi TaiBo, a place I never been before.
to avoid the foreseeable traffic jam, we decided to hit the road by 6:00 am, and luckyly we did it, so check in the campus by 10:10 am, taking Free Way 3 down south and follow the exit to speed way 82 at the 300 KM mark, it's easy to get there, the final exit to Ta Tong is Cha Yi County Government Office, Fruit was placed at room 712, bed C : Well, it's a OK domitory, I tried to inform her the first impression we give is how we were " Clean " when live with others in one room, well, my points is not friedly taken, her response is : I know how to " Hide " and I have the 3 years domitary experience before, what can I said, told Meiling, I better wait them at the welcome lobby, not to cause too much trouble for the tied family relation.
Last night, when going home, we managed to find a Home for the rabbit - the pet Fruit keep for years may end up in misteray is we are not lucky to identity the " Recycle ' pet shop, initatly, we are going to bring the rabbit to Dao Liu mountain where my father temperator stay, as we know this is a let go and see how you can survive senario, we are not so " Happy " with the solution, since my father is not in town, we can only free the rabbit in the wild land - a pet rabbit in wild land no one care,, you may image how the story will go....., recycle fee for the rabbit is 800 NT, Fruit is never taking any responsibility for life - we don't know the way we handle the rabbit will let her know any lesson. as she is not with us last night, we did it for the sake of the rabbit, a living creature...

Celine run into the meeting accidently and we have a revolutionary result - why not have Jasmine stick on her dream and specility - Demin consultant and to buid a Personal Shopper buisness ( yes, personalization is the future for next service biz - personal trainer, coach, wedding planner etc.. ), and she can be the expert and dominater player, well, I am not sure if she will trun this into action, but it seems Celine and Sasha willing to be the target customer.. a PAIGE business for jeans.. why not.
Joint the Compensatin committe discussion lunch organized by Louis Chen - May and Kevin were expert from Town Waston, Lily - Luis's sister were brought to the meeting, I recall her previous mission about " Avatar " she is relunctant to be connected anymore, what a dramatic change. the meeting reuslt is fresh - a 3 tiers plan ( provoking - consulting - training or tea break ) with varies of resouce allocate to the need of each lier, I thinks Luis is a great facilitotor, always bring result and next action to discussion table.
in regard to Himalaya Foundation revamp plan, as Louis mentioned - to bring an impact change ( to my understanding , it's equivelent to Meaniningful ), he is prudent to any change and devleopment. I am againt the egg and chicken game, but I agree to do it first with Fen Yeng and check if the " Theme " match what we need.

End of a relationiship - memory in Sep. 7
Place : Bitan lake side walk, time : pm 7:00, people : C&R. how come : as I know the relationship couldn't last forever and the consequnce or impace is getter larger and larger, it must be ended as soon as possible.
yes, it hurt, if not for the real feeling, I won't disclosed on my blog, it's been almost 100 days, just about the time I decided to go my own way, to find my way to the ultimate good - yes, love or caring give me strength, but at the same time, it distract me from many aspect, my belive in telling people I coached - especially those top elite and leaders that how we should " Walk the talk ", and to probe what I mentioned to C as the main reason : when identify myself as the Master / Teacher to others, I should do it right, do it good, the unbalance mind tremble my heart for quite sometimes, the last stawb to trigger my " Let's call it an end " messsage was from the " Responsiblity " - who should take the responsibilty afterall, I am not in the position and will not be the position to response for another life who can't leaglly claim her rights-- it hurt, as this is real.
First 24 hours after the so call - breaking up relationship, I am a little bit confused, but I keep in a restricted rule, never ever making any initial contact. yest, time fly and time is the best remedy, we know it, she knew it, I knew it. let it go and let it flow.
I will keep the memory in my heart and take it as a strengh of blessing all the time, as I told her on last good bye : ( yes, this is not a see you later ) , to best way to love each other is to keep a good shape of oneself. this is the turth and lie I am going to follow all the way.
doing 2 training agreement and sen it over yesterday : GENIUS and New Wide, don't know what will follow after, but I am confortable with the quotation sent, not to compare with market price as I am not in the game of pricing war and will not trap myself to this uncomfortable situation, what I will do is to make believe the value I bring to the corporation will be higher then anyone's expectaion and hopefully to bring the sustainable change for executives.. yes, this is the goal and the cost I know they are willing to pay.

Celine is so good about compelte my role and to complementary fullfill the missing link between my one way thinking, I am glad to have her with us. as for Juregue, my advise to him is not to invest too much time on the pass, or to put himself in the enviroment where he won't grow and learn diary. he is a smart young man, should understand what I said. I will wait for the final call from GENIUS before asked his final decision.
CKC team building won't be a easy task, 20-30 of their senior management have participate on Life Academay training / developing before, they know and familar with all the process and gimmick a best trainer can do - so, on the reverst side, never ever think you can out perform 2 master at Life Academay class, but to be a best-fit facilitators at the 6 hours campaigan. not so easy.
going to Horrible Bosses the second time, you see, this is the job a beloved have to perform- twice for a good manner, sometimes the excitement will gone and you lost the momentum of " wait to be surprised ", yes, I am doing the right thing, not easy.
Movie on Sunday with meiling - that's Lars Von Teer's new film - dealing about the Amanganda - a totally new view to the end of the world. I enjoy it very much, yes, I did.

I was so touched to receive Lucy's reply mail after the Beijing Training. I thinks it means a lot to me, every word she said on the mail is like carving on my heart, if the 2 days training I did bring the dramatic change in her life, I think I am doing a great work in the work, helping leaders become better leader and indriectly create a better world. the calling is there and I know all the hard working I did is a pay off. After the meeting, we reach an agreement that I am the " Facilitator role " to connect with owner of the enterprise, facilitating on the process in the meeting and to wrap up the game in any project, csr Community will identify any activity / event / campaing to be insert in the program as resource idetification and sourcing partner. this is a good model.and we build the pilepine now - it apply to all the Corporate Executive Team building works. - even conduct some physicall challenge such as crossing fire with bear foot.

Horrible bosses
I enjoyed this comedy movie very much, yes, it's not easy to bring people the tear of joy.. but the film made it. a good casting and good performance for those who pick the difficult role to act - such as Animosih and Farrel Collins. but the relationship is not as strong as before, it's too tired to keep relationship at the same time and to perform my regular duties. I need to think how to corret it, not mean to end it , but to make it a side-kick for me.

Fast Five indeed is a good action film in summer of 2011, the car chasing, mucho fight , hunson man and hot girls, all the element for a eye-poping entertainment film, but I falling asleep, you know, my body told me that not to fake your are OK still, the training preparation and conduct a concentrate one is really bring you burn out feeling. and the second one : Green Latern, another animation convert movie, from DC, good in the begining, but the development is not as good as I expected, so, I falling asleep again. good sign thought.

What a week
Mission accomplished : Conquert the heart of Beijing Chapter.... I managed to deliver 3 differenct Forum training in a less-organized circumestance and it felt so great.
1. First night : The taste of " YPO ", " Taste of " Forum ", is an unexpected success, the perepectives stayed longer than everyone's image, I use 12 slides and one update form to open many new Chinese's heart.
2. Second day : the full day " Forum Fundementals Workshop ", a session conducted in English and I have overcome the hurdle of deliver YPO training in English, yes, I am, I know it very clear and the value I deliver is beyond expectation : a East meet West way of elobrate the theme, vision of YPO and make belive there is a common / universal language between east and west, that it the ultimate goal of pursuing good in life. I called is " Stop at the ultimate Good " - a use " Better Leader " as a BETA always concept for the entire workshop, Lucy Wang is my fan right now, Lucy Lee who had a jet leg and slep less than 2 hours but she found it value to be in the training, David opened his mind, Micha is astonished about my overly preparation, Remco take a hold back in the beging but give me a big hug at the end. Colm is so welcome about my view point and we had a great session together.
3. Dinner annual party at People's Hall : the gala in another session, full a very exhaused body, I gear up for the social event, met Way - the Malaysis member I tried before, Scott - The chapter chair from Shanghai and many other members, it means a lot - especially those who were trained earlier show me their take home ane respect, I am so proud to deliverd it in English and win trust / friendship afterward.
4. Forum Moderator Development : in the morning session, Russul / Shannon / Water were with us, I have to use English again, but it works perfectly, an opening for gift to my wife really make the entire session smoothly. the health check session is a great take home for everyone , especially Lucy from Santa Monica chapter who will be the incoming moderate to her Forum in the State, I know she wasn't disappointed. in the afternoon, 3 left but we did a great deepening connectiong exercise, it is a home run again.
Monday with QUISHAN is another learning, he is something differenct , I am lucky to contiune my trip without Eric's accompany, deal with the Executive Team Building session with VP and HR head, we have a great session and consensus, and I follow a good dinner with Qiuishena, his viewpoint in regard to SEE and YPO in China give me a totally new aspect of this person. I am learning and I know I am conitunely growing.
yesterday, before my very last flight back to Taipei, thanks for Robert's courtersey who offer a free driver and car for the day, I visit Mark's office, as courier to send the health food and then go to Synergy group beijing branch office and greet to 2 office staff, as the day still young, I came out with an idea of visiting the " Fa Yuan temple " one of the oldest temple in Beijing and in which Lee Or - the controvirsal historian and author from Taiwan who wrote an novel about the temple. it's in the Cow street - wheree Islam cluster in Beijing, a nice and quiet place, not much tourist and I found certain peace there before heading to airport.
return home 1 in the morning, a good night and a good day begins.
