What a week

Mission accomplished : Conquert the heart of Beijing Chapter.... I managed to deliver 3 differenct Forum training in a less-organized circumestance and it felt so great.
1. First night : The taste of " YPO ", " Taste of " Forum ", is an unexpected success, the perepectives stayed longer than everyone's image, I use 12 slides and one update form to open many new Chinese's heart.
2. Second day : the full day " Forum Fundementals Workshop ", a session conducted in English and I have overcome the hurdle of deliver YPO training in English, yes, I am, I know it very clear and the value I deliver is beyond expectation : a East meet West way of elobrate the theme, vision of YPO and make belive there is a common / universal language between east and west, that it the ultimate goal of pursuing good in life. I called is " Stop at the ultimate Good " - a use " Better Leader " as a BETA always concept for the entire workshop, Lucy Wang is my fan right now, Lucy Lee who had a jet leg and slep less than 2 hours but she found it value to be in the training, David opened his mind, Micha is astonished about my overly preparation, Remco take a hold back in the beging but give me a big hug at the end. Colm is so welcome about my view point and we had a great session together.
3. Dinner annual party at People's Hall : the gala in another session, full a very exhaused body, I gear up for the social event, met Way - the Malaysis member I tried before, Scott - The chapter chair from Shanghai and many other members, it means a lot - especially those who were trained earlier show me their take home ane respect, I am so proud to deliverd it in English and win trust / friendship afterward.
4. Forum Moderator Development : in the morning session, Russul / Shannon / Water were with us, I have to use English again, but it works perfectly, an opening for gift to my wife really make the entire session smoothly. the health check session is a great take home for everyone , especially Lucy from Santa Monica chapter who will be the incoming moderate to her Forum in the State, I know she wasn't disappointed. in the afternoon, 3 left but we did a great deepening connectiong exercise, it is a home run again.
Monday with QUISHAN is another learning, he is something differenct , I am lucky to contiune my trip without Eric's accompany, deal with the Executive Team Building session with VP and HR head, we have a great session and consensus, and I follow a good dinner with Qiuishena, his viewpoint in regard to SEE and YPO in China give me a totally new aspect of this person. I am learning and I know I am conitunely growing.
yesterday, before my very last flight back to Taipei, thanks for Robert's courtersey who offer a free driver and car for the day, I visit Mark's office, as courier to send the health food and then go to Synergy group beijing branch office and greet to 2 office staff, as the day still young, I came out with an idea of visiting the " Fa Yuan temple " one of the oldest temple in Beijing and in which Lee Or - the controvirsal historian and author from Taiwan who wrote an novel about the temple. it's in the Cow street - wheree Islam cluster in Beijing, a nice and quiet place, not much tourist and I found certain peace there before heading to airport.
return home 1 in the morning, a good night and a good day begins.
