I did it, not perfect but achieve in certain level

To conduct Taipei forum chapter retreat training is challenging, why? I am not going to use bulletin point to load the impression of how I did it, but to tell you something : one of the forum members process my facilitation 3 times, the surprise and expectation level is different , two is I did charge premium for a user pay mechanism , and 3 of them are current forum officers, if the take home wasn't there or my efforts mean less than any one of their expectation , my reputation will be ruined , how I score my performance ? First day : 70 points out of 100, second day : 85, I see how they willing to commit, openly share and be vaunurable !
Nature of this forum? All second and 3rd generation from big family biz in Taiwan , all peruse academic education aboard and all under tremendous pressure in handlling family biz and relationship !
Build up is the key for bringing forum to next level , spend decent interupt-free time and space together is a luxury to them, it the take home is less then what they want, all the effort and preparation will be in vain, a getting deeper communication starter , a checkin ritual and a group health check reveal how people perceive differently ," Deepening Connection " is my killer app, with word, sound, music and feelings ,the 5 sense combination lead the team to a deeper and inner self, yes, if someone lead the way, all the team will trenchant , I thanks Sam, Michael and Alex who are willing to demonstrate how to be there and shearing with open mind .
