With full heart, I begin my first Coaching business development trip on Monday morning the 15th. the night before, spending 2 hours with James Sun - my formal class president at college. a nice person who share with me some of our classmate's situation and how he see life these days, James is not actively involved in church thing, same as Bully who convert himself to vegetarian by the influence of budda religion , but after the deterioration of business, he ate meat again.. the dramatic change taught me I should be take any purpose or expect result when convert to any religion.
taking the shuttle bus to airport, Bi Yong sit next to me who is consider the oldest member in our Round Circle family raise 2 Medical Doctor in the States, a great achievement to me.. and person sit before me join the conversion - Larry Wen, a very interesting person who we spend 2 and half hours on the plane to Shanghai. Larry share with me and update me his single life in 16 years, how he climb to the City Group head and join family business, relocate himself to Shanghai and live his life since, if without the program, I don't see a chance to know this person so deep. I will contact him when in Shanghai next time.
First appointment with Quei Shen at GENUIUS office, see his new material and knowing a very basic business model he is undergoing : identify one new material application industry and use patent as the entry barrier for others , then a conclusive contract to sell him raw material as exclusive supplier for certain years. I was asked for the 3C industry from Taiwan and have Eric Tseng for this initiative..when talk about my executive development, he asked me to deliver a 2 days Executive Team Building Workshop.. well, this is kind of too fast, but I have quote a premium - 160,000 RMB , see what happens.
Following Day, morning visit to CID office in Shanghai, Su Cha Chie -Line 1 at Cio Ho Bei Road Exit 4. a very convenience place and met with 3 person, a great result, can use the facility and the office for meeting and even coaching.. a bless from CID group.
Lunch with Andy Lin - my 6677 Forum brother who invite me to a private club, share and update me what bothering him the most these days and offer me another business opportunity to conduct Executive Team Building.. I thank Andy very much , he call a friend to join our lunch at late stage - Jeffrey William, formal President of AE Taiwan and now Chair the Harvard Center in Shanghai. his son . a potential David Foster and Friend candidate in Greater China if under our management.- the new company co-established by Michael, a Peer, Issac and me.. it's getting more and more interested now.
I save the whole afternoon for Tony Chen when learn what happened the day before, Tony - the operation manager in Spirox China was call back to HQ , they use a fake execute and ask him to leave - with an ugly manner, this gentleman - Tony call the local police for the " Constrain of body freedom " and now his is getting the full attention now, as I want to return the 450 RMB he paid for my China mobile first, but can't find him in Shanghai, so, on the 16th, when he return from Taiwan, I wait for him at the Starbuck and be a listener, Tony brought his girl friend with him. yes, the lady who caught him trouble in the first place, what can we say. love is blind, and blind is the beauty of love.
Talking to Mary the second time at her office - this is for a private coach from her, Mary give me great finding such as:

Early morning breakfast with James Wei before heading for Shanghai Airport. again, intimacy growth and James's update help me to know I am in need always. a great finding to deliver what I have.
Cancel my UK coaching learning trip as I have to deliver my service at the same period of time, I cancel it before the cast approach. yes. instinct told me to focus on product delivery now. don't screw your reputation and hurt the friendships.
encounting scary turbulence when taking the flight from Shanghai to Beijing. it's a very strange feeling really. and landing safe... lunch with rober qui and Water - 2 forum officers , we have a great time there and very briefly go over what to do on next training in Beijing.
Eric join the rest of my Beijing trip, i visit the communication firm who he refer seriously, 2 young girl thinking of using social marketing as the key strategy for the company, young and a little bit naive, I candid share what I learn for the past 6 years and of course..hurt someone's feeling I guest.
Mark give me a quick test about the executive team building at his office , after the quick test coaching me on the " English pronouncation " feedback, I appreciated his honest. dinner at Ding Tai Fenh, mark invite Kari - a genius in marketing to join me... yes..a genius. why mark can't stand to be alone? why. Eric is pushing too hard, on his product and the aggressively sometime let me feel uncomfortable, is it the same when I deliver the message to Danny, I don't know, this is my blind spot, really is. remember to " Love, Care, Forgive and Appreciate "
morning of 18th, my last appointment is with Jeff Chang again, to see him for breakfast and visit his office, it is so generous of him to offer the billing and collection service to me, really, a good friend in need is a good friend indeed. yes.
A very busy Friday
-- Ryan's reaction to the LOI Steve draft in regard to Esoterism investment . I have to sit and talk with Ryan for 2 hours in early morning
-- Hanes finalize the program for me in the morning, I should be able to deliver the proposal
-- Steve. Victor receive the message I carry from Ryan and will come out with a win win revise proposal
-- I signed the new business model for returning entertainment and yes, a good chance to reconet to my old friend.
-- Martin for dinner and he brought Chris / Greg couple. Chris is so enthusiastic and agree to introduce Cathy pacific head for the sky shop sales
I had a great recharge day yesterday and spending time with Sound and Meiling for the second run film : Pirate of Carebin 3 and Priest.
