I received the pay evelop yesterday and torn it up in late evening when had the phone conversation with Meiling. she was so curious about how I will be compensated. the answers is just like what I know : deduct the tax, the total amount is around 1.28 millions NT, far less than David H's promise for 2 millions. he is a very ugly leader and very selfish. to recall a few things and track his behavior:
1. the day before I signed the employeement agreement, the total package is not as what I asked for, he mentions that he will give me a 500.000 deposit to prove I will earn what I wishing for, but he didn't make it.
2. A welcome new China GM meal, he didn't even willing to pay the bill and I am the person who pay the check after the meal.
3. Forum panelty, for the minor fine, he check over and over but relectant to pay.
4. He earn much more than average executive in Spirox, but not satified and try to do some tax saving using overseas and sperate acoount..
5. promise to make up the diffience for my leave, and fail to perform again.
for above, I should know very well what person David H is and as Meiling said, not to contact after tomorrow. not worth of spending time with and exchange idea.. how come David H have the face talk to me over the phone and ask me to register Sidney's clinic time? a compensation of his bad behavior, just like when I touch upone Vivian and his face turn reddish? a very untrusthful person and I won't need to treat him like a brother, even friend. period... this is my last complain about Spirox.
For growing of biz, it's one a bright side. I am too busy to record it on my blog, but to briefing do it here for a good memory after:
1. Vicent Liew call from Malaysia, he will have a Mandarin Chapter ( Virture Chapter ) meeting with YPO / WPO and I am in his kitchen cabinet and support for this initative. the meeting is one Aug. 10th. if this is on right track, I should leverage CID and YPO resource in TW / Beijing / Shanghai / Chendu for my YPO coaching / facilitation career.
2. Eric Tseng seems so happy about the 3rd Regional Mandarin Forum, I will sign up for him.
3. AMBA - meeting and discussion with Vivian and Nick is a great achievement, becoming parner with Vivian save half my energe to bridge the executive / leadership development in AMBA
4. New Wide - it comes much faster than I thought, 6 section commitment, I should be very careful about what to deliver and how to deliver it and leave an anchor there. Sunny is so supportive, I should perform even better.
5. YPO Beijing - Rober is going to lauch the 2 days training and I am in the preparing mood..
6. Mary's alignment : thanks for her uncondition love to my work, she is my mentor now in the coaching biz.
7. TaYa : Ryne is so supportive and the contract between csr Community should have my previlidge as well ( 20 percent on the overall contract ? )and become his Compensation committe member is great
8. Luis Chen offer 3 opportuniy for real income- I will see him on the 9th and thanks for his support and belive.
9. James wang will set up appointment with me on the week of 15th - a for sure client in the future.( Les Enphant )
10. CKC - Client refer from CID /csr confirmed to do it in Nov. thanks for Celine's ( and Kim ) effort, it build the customer pipeline which strength my financial stand.
