At Shanghai, I sat at Le Maridein breakfast table, quietly craft my thoughts about Yuang Chi , this is is words surface :
說過每年今天，會寫封信給你。我知道這中間落了幾年，有時忘了，有時慢了；不會變的是雲淡風輕的思與念。和你說說話，好像回到你生前的「簡訊支持、問安」的情境，那已經是十多年前的往事了。「未來」可能不會來，「往事」卻是點滴在心頭！「抗癌英雌」「地下院長」不是我喜歡别人賦予你的符號認同，對於我，你一直是個「支持」，一種「力量」和一份「安定」。現在才明白，十多年前，你就是「Someone to Talk 」的「那人」了。
見妳「最後」一面也是「最近」一面、「最清晰」一面的記憶依舊歷歴在目，這個刻骨銘心，也成為我在教練分享中，最直接了當的情緒引導故事。每回説這個故事，情緒自然流瀉，描述的過程中，Samuel Barber 1936年的作品「Adagio for Strings 」音符也自然爬上心頭，在我腦海中盤旋！而你就在身邊。
是的！這兩千個日子，我是個生命教練，（我想我這一輩子都是了！好不容易找到一個一輩子做不完的事。），如同妳在生命中的顚峰期，發光發熱的、燃燒生命的最後階段，天天發簡訊支持我一般，我承載了妳的能量，現在正無比幸福也幸運的支持著許多値得被正面影響的生命。「在別人的生命中活出自己的價值；在生命的互動裏淬勵出生活的意義。」我把口號給行動化了，這六年我走的每一步都是輕盈愉悅的。
美玲常笑我是個「生活白痴」，除了「在家走過必留下痕跡」的不修邊幅之外，自理能力永遠不及格，又怎麼贏得與人生命共修，進出生命關隘，探索生命意涵的福份？我想還是那份「率真、浪漫、無私、透明」吧！我的自在源自接受自己缺點，隨時原諒自己，也不求完美。明白自己做不到「騙過自己一輩子：成聖尊賢」，我找到一個小目標：「成己達人」，也就選擇一個「管好一人；一人好管」的教練職志了。六年下來，這「透明壓克力」累積了許多金錢也買不到的資產，像：友誼、信任、自信、愛、希望、光與熱。登山之徑有百，人人皆可自選，只要確定兩件事：「方向」：你的生命指南針。「力量」：賣力前行，揮汗上爬。一旦登頂，眺望的風景都是一樣美麗。低頭努力；昂首眺天，這血、汗、涙全都是説故事的經緯。而我好想將每個故事對妳説一遍。
那個「歷歷在目」是瞻仰遺容的四月三十，生平鮮少誤事的我，竟然會在這麼重要的日子睡過頭？一定是妳在夢中要我遲到，我匆忙趕赴告別式，只能坐在妳刻意安排的靈堂第一排，也當然是第一位為妳獻上告別玫瑰的人。謝謝你的精心安排！這個「錯過」，真的「最美」！
這六年當然不會是一帆風順，我也沒做到百分之百的潔身自愛！可接受的荒唐，偶爾也㚛華；和媽媽依舊話少；探望父親的時間不因他的高齡而增加；看女兒成長的軌跡自己有些無可奈何。有規律的心靈運動，沒毅力的身體鍛練！決心剃光頭髮也有半年之久；小腹不見縮，身材也沒變好，五十六歲的臉，「斑」與「疣」是必然，平順滑潤是偶然了！
這些年對「哲學」「心理學」「歷史」「行為科學、經濟學」的興緻大了多，能在大師文筆中與他們神遊對話，甚至悟出自己修正的體系價值，甚是開心。這個「宅悟道」帶來的幸福感相當強烈。沒有社交，但有知己，知己的人數逐年增加，用「交心」取代「交杯」，以「交益」提昇「交易」，似乎在友誼形塑上，我能掌握其DNA。興趣和衆人無異，只是動態不同：電影喜歡獨立製片和紀錄片；閲讀偏愛非文學；音樂有自己的屬性僻好；旅行永遠不跟團走。如果以人的狀態來打分，綜合分數是八分。
選做飛行教練，決心繞著地球跑，在機會成本選擇下也就「人家日長；家人日減。」其他的省思還有：
-「有公益心，缺公益行！」：成立了公益組織「才能飛」卻有點半調子。
-「淡名不薄利，厚積欠薄發！」：凡人總希望能早日過無債、無貸的日子；碰到發表場域，總會忍不住大放厥辭一番。
-「增平常心，難消分別心！」：對起伏接受度高了些，但不到無慾無私的境界。
總是對你説不完，今天講到這裡，人在上海，心在海上；其他的就交給思念了！

3. Take extra sticky rice for lunch : it's a bit too much but ..
4. Went for Chez Hung Temple : such a quite place to place shrine. And what did I do here on my senior high school days ?
5. Yes , you can had an early check in as long as you show up at the hotel and WAIT.
6. Meiling and I didn't make love before separate to our own hot sprint ..
7. I enjoy the hot stone bed at the open spring and I did spend more than an hour there .
8. Back to my room : done Ken Yang conversation / get YouTube channel to my Mi Mix android phone / take the in room hot spring / reading some chapter on the book I bring along / listen to some metal ballads which I seldom enjoy these days
9. Fix the urgent coaching need and to ready for tomorrow: air ticket - thanks Hui chi / hotel - thanks ivy / car pick up- thanks Carrie / roaming apply ..
10. Meiling back to room by 10:00 pm and we had such a great sex this time , really really good .

One in the morning
I heard loud - yes and clear conversation/ yelling between Meiling and Fruit , it's like a monthly conversation, I was fully awake in my bed and listen to every words .
This is the communication model we probably can handle with Fruit , her victim mentality and can't let go the pass bring her to an extreme personality . This is not much we can do .. to listen as third party offer me a better space to digest.
I didn't check when was the conversation ended , I just couldn't going back to sleep soon . Maybe it's my Chinese Back Scratch treatment , maybe my over rest at day time .

Since I was 5 , I understand that I am not carry " Father's " last name , I gradually realized I am number 2 or the silent 2nd son .
My surrendered relatives are bias : even my mother when she coming home with only one good ball pen , she will give it to my brother not me.
And my aunt : even doing the same today , in order to enjoy benefits or leverage family business , she is bias always, we need someone to be the facilitator to conduct difficult conversation, but she is not performing , so what can I say ?
I alway give in - but I am GM still , should I surrender ? Is this what my brother want ? I am suffering for more than 5 years ..

A good Italian dinner at Shanghai alone
After session with Will. I decide to go out find something to eat, I have been to this hotel for so many times but next explore the other side of the street . So with a minor ankle pain. I walked to the Bund side and find this quiet Italian restaurant. Order a spaghetti and one bottle of sparking water. I am happy now . And what's the name of this restaurant? Don't know but the inside art is interesting, especially this one : " Wine Not ? "

I don't want to judge this is " Straight Talk after liquor " or a well though emotion , what I sense is I should deal it as an emergency and fix date to see them all in person ...

Reflection on retreat / workshop
1. 3 among the 7 share the bankruptcy story with strong emotion : one been there , the other one knowing it's coming , the third one have a fear on that . They either come from his / her own experience or to share how their family is / will suffer.
2. The love of a great wife : not disclose if she spot the affairs , but when learn the college - subordinate of her husband is in her terminal stage , she offer her support and do it more than any one . When she pass away , her husband feel a bit guilty but can't stop the curious about why his wife perform such a great love , kindness and compassion, so he asked : the reply from his wife shock : " I am thinking if I gone before you , she will be the right person to look after you .... "
3. Young immigrants: my parent never know when I went through the immigration gate and the door close , I cry for so long and so loud as I know I will be on my own .. I don't want you to be worried so I never show my emotion in front of you - until now .
4. I promise my dad to look after my sister and brother - although 2 of them were born by the late mother . I keep my promised so dad you won't worry .
5. " before I die " - well , I just want to cook for my beloved husband again ...
6. I can't fix it and I can't solve it , I feel so helpless , I am watching my best friend dying day by day ..
7. Maybe you all think I am horny , and think why I always bring a girl back to my hotel at retreat .. now I am doing to tell you the truth " something happen to me before and I can't sleep alone outside anywhere .. "

It's hard to imagine a " city hub " such as railway station relocated to a far away suburb - it's not only bring the inconvenience to tourist ( account for decent revenue for both government and individual) and local citizen as well ( how come I need to take another shit to my nearby area - my time and my money )
I didn't know it as I didn't take the train To Taituang for so many years and the new station wasn't built 2 years ago .
The taxi driver don't know where I am going / its Taituang downtown.. but he share with me how he SEE the corruption of government officials tie up with business man to " Fuck the land " and laundry on land development. It's clear to see and it's a sad thing to know .
Good weather , I only have one official meeting , and lulu can't make it today and I buy myself more time to " do " or " spends "

Ambulance siren ring many times these 2 days .. kind of strange feeling , they are neighbor who I don't familiar with . But it's life .. about been taken

My feelings is : not comfortable
Am I too rely on Meiling or am I too focus on my own feeling .
Not home often , the mentality I have is as I am home , Meiling will love to spend more time with me and stay with me as long as possible . But recently I found this is only my wishful thinking. Even I am home alone in the evening , she always have a pulse to go out and showing at the gym , actually , I don't mind she enjoy the time with herself , but to count the time I am really " Home " ( I mean in Taiwan and not working outside ) is not much , she can always enjoy her time to the gym , her circle of friends .
And every time when went to gym at night , she stayed for hours and won't return home before 11:00 pm, this is what I can't really understand, I am home and about to sleep and I still wait for her long bathing outside ?
These are what contributes my feeling of uncomfortable..

R and J
R call for a referral on weather to lend money to J , I received J's call for borrowing money few months ago .. I decline kindly - it's a vicious circle and I just give R a red light , I don't know if my advise is right or wrong but I am doing it for the benefit for my client / friend and brother .

Why yell ?
Planing to eat the famous stew pork rice at Beitou Traditional Market , when park the car and take the elevator up to the ground floor , Meiling ask to take inside route but not walking under the sun for a less than 100 meter walk - I am upset and yell at her say why can't take this minor sun ? I am so angry and she is not happy .
I am too stressful due to tie scheduling in travel and coaching .. or maybe my hormones force me to burst .. I am like yell with bad attitude .. I apologize right away 。 but as a coach , if I can't calm myself down , how can I give others strength to calm down ?
Back to back traveling and fixing emotion / feeling ain't easy ... I shall be blessed by what I am trust to deliver and continue to do what I love to do .
