S coaching

It's a delayed for 10 days tele coaching , I was wondering what went wrong ? Sending reminder and greeting message with no reply and I am kind of lost in the communication.
Yesterday morning , received a Yes lets talk confirmation message and schedule our session by 7:00 pm
I rush home and wait until 10:30 pm the phone rings .
S is a bit drunk , and the status of mind urge him to throwing up his upset and uncomfortable feeling towards his key stakeholders in life .. I don't want to judge this is " Straight Talk after liquor " or a well though emotion , what I sense is I should deal it as an emergency and fix date to see them all in person ...
I can't take so many minutes on emotional reactions.. but Why S ask if the action he is going to ask is right for him or not ?
