R's confidentiality call

R: I received a call from a senior who ask for borrowing 2 millions . What should I do ?
R L : I received his call as well , back to month ago .
R : what did you response ?
R L : I didn't lent him money .
R L : in our circle , people know I am not the " Rich " if I am targeted too .. it means he is not in the good shape and what we can do is minor .
