To conduct Taipei forum chapter retreat training is challenging, why? I am not going to use bulletin point to load the impression of how I did it, but to tell you something : one of the forum members process my facilitation 3 times, the surprise and expectation level is different , two is I did charge premium for a user pay mechanism , and 3 of them are current forum officers, if the take home wasn't there or my efforts mean less than any one of their expectation , my reputation will be ruined , how I score my performance ? First day : 70 points out of 100, second day : 85, I see how they willing to commit, openly share and be vaunurable !
Nature of this forum? All second and 3rd generation from big family biz in Taiwan , all peruse academic education aboard and all under tremendous pressure in handlling family biz and relationship !
Build up is the key for bringing forum to next level , spend decent interupt-free time and space together is a luxury to them, it the take home is less then what they want, all the effort and preparation will be in vain, a getting deeper communication starter , a checkin ritual and a group health check reveal how people perceive differently ," Deepening Connection " is my killer app, with word, sound, music and feelings ,the 5 sense combination lead the team to a deeper and inner self, yes, if someone lead the way, all the team will trenchant , I thanks Sam, Michael and Alex who are willing to demonstrate how to be there and shearing with open mind .

Breast Feeding Lady and Passing away Ser
I saw a young lady breast feeding her little boy on the MRT last Sunday, she married a forienger and without hesitation, put out wheat the boy need and feed him proudly. I saw her eys shining, she is keeping a good life - young and little life.

I was suppose to see him at Tai Ta Hospital, that's a Sunday morning,I didn't since ICU won't allow people like us to visit when performing the emergecy rescure. according to the news I saw last night, he hold last breath on 12:32 on Aug. 22. 2011Bengo's call is another wake up call. I know he is not an easy person. the Creative hand Culture fund must have some connection with Fu Chung Resort and should access to the Governmental Fund party as well. I am so lucky to have Kevin with me after the phone brief with Bengo.. good or bad. I don't know. all I knew is I been spending too much brain these days. a brain drian is not yet happend. it's fun.

Round Circle good reunion and sharing
Thanks for Joyce Feng and Tsng Ming, 4 of the family member went to Hsing Chu for our first sharing after Life Academy training. we were excited and conduct the protocal and ritual the way we did in HK - Hug with a " I love you " greeting, team signature recall and the 321-- HUMMM symbol. 4 hours pass so quick, really quick. Joyce and Be Yang brought their spouse to join us, a better initamcy then before. Richard is now the President of COSMOS Bank, classmate with Mark Han and we cross reference with Jeffrey William - The Citi Senior who is now the Chairman of Harvard Center in Shanghai - yes, it's a very small world. do no evil.
I love how Feng share his believe in raise your kid :

-- Build the confidence in your kid : no comparaion with other since everyone is unique and difference.
-- Be positive always - prepare for difficutiy and obstacle , facing it while your parent can't really help or equip the knowledge to help.

I open my mouth to my mother , greeting on her trip to Macau today. the first greeting since many many years ago. an imporvement to me, but not yet there, I know.

Trip after HK training and Learning
With full heart, I begin my first Coaching business development trip on Monday morning the 15th. the night before, spending 2 hours with James Sun - my formal class president at college. a nice person who share with me some of our classmate's situation and how he see life these days, James is not actively involved in church thing, same as Bully who convert himself to vegetarian by the influence of budda religion , but after the deterioration of business, he ate meat again.. the dramatic change taught me I should be take any purpose or expect result when convert to any religion.
taking the shuttle bus to airport, Bi Yong sit next to me who is consider the oldest member in our Round Circle family raise 2 Medical Doctor in the States, a great achievement to me.. and person sit before me join the conversion - Larry Wen, a very interesting person who we spend 2 and half hours on the plane to Shanghai. Larry share with me and update me his single life in 16 years, how he climb to the City Group head and join family business, relocate himself to Shanghai and live his life since, if without the program, I don't see a chance to know this person so deep. I will contact him when in Shanghai next time.
First appointment with Quei Shen at GENUIUS office, see his new material and knowing a very basic business model he is undergoing : identify one new material application industry and use patent as the entry barrier for others , then a conclusive contract to sell him raw material as exclusive supplier for certain years. I was asked for the 3C industry from Taiwan and have Eric Tseng for this initiative..when talk about my executive development, he asked me to deliver a 2 days Executive Team Building Workshop.. well, this is kind of too fast, but I have quote a premium - 160,000 RMB , see what happens.
Following Day, morning visit to CID office in Shanghai, Su Cha Chie -Line 1 at Cio Ho Bei Road Exit 4. a very convenience place and met with 3 person, a great result, can use the facility and the office for meeting and even coaching.. a bless from CID group.
Lunch with Andy Lin - my 6677 Forum brother who invite me to a private club, share and update me what bothering him the most these days and offer me another business opportunity to conduct Executive Team Building.. I thank Andy very much , he call a friend to join our lunch at late stage - Jeffrey William, formal President of AE Taiwan and now Chair the Harvard Center in Shanghai. his son . a potential David Foster and Friend candidate in Greater China if under our management.- the new company co-established by Michael, a Peer, Issac and me.. it's getting more and more interested now.
I save the whole afternoon for Tony Chen when learn what happened the day before, Tony - the operation manager in Spirox China was call back to HQ , they use a fake execute and ask him to leave - with an ugly manner, this gentleman - Tony call the local police for the " Constrain of body freedom " and now his is getting the full attention now, as I want to return the 450 RMB he paid for my China mobile first, but can't find him in Shanghai, so, on the 16th, when he return from Taiwan, I wait for him at the Starbuck and be a listener, Tony brought his girl friend with him. yes, the lady who caught him trouble in the first place, what can we say. love is blind, and blind is the beauty of love.
Talking to Mary the second time at her office - this is for a private coach from her, Mary give me great finding such as:
1. I am a consultant use coaching technique to facilitate
2. The process of getting business down
3. Main massage of coach - include in the Master article : What is a teacher : Deliver the method, Teach the Knowledge, and Solve your problem. a combination of Trainer, Coach and Consultant.
4. My nature talent : listen with empathy
I promise to share with him the " Deepening connection " file and treat her and Corbbet a good meal at TMSK - I take the chance to greet Madam Chang and say I am sorry to her in person, a great session.

Eric join the rest of my Beijing trip, i visit the communication firm who he refer seriously, 2 young girl thinking of using social marketing as the key strategy for the company, young and a little bit naive, I candid share what I learn for the past 6 years and of course..hurt someone's feeling I guest.
Mark give me a quick test about the executive team building at his office , after the quick test coaching me on the " English pronouncation " feedback, I appreciated his honest. dinner at Ding Tai Fenh, mark invite Kari - a genius in marketing to join me... yes..a genius. why mark can't stand to be alone? why. Eric is pushing too hard, on his product and the aggressively sometime let me feel uncomfortable, is it the same when I deliver the message to Danny, I don't know, this is my blind spot, really is. remember to " Love, Care, Forgive and Appreciate "
morning of 18th, my last appointment is with Jeff Chang again, to see him for breakfast and visit his office, it is so generous of him to offer the billing and collection service to me, really, a good friend in need is a good friend indeed. yes.

The human operation menu
It,s a long trip, a trip of finding yourself , knowing yourself and be the change you want to see, I didn't expect that the 3 days course in HK conducted by Life Academy can play such a vital role in my life changing , yes the power of change is " believe" , there is little thing to do with religion , the little connection is almost all the religious belief promote love , peace in your heart, caring and appreciation !
First day : my problem are " who said I have problem, why I need to change? " and " lowing too much, doing too little " 2nd day, my finding is " turn turn turn " and " change change change " the 3rd day is " pay it forward ", the 3 days reconnection to myself being a new life to me, a life of " if you want someone to change , prove to them you are able to change also" fate and round circle is our family ,similar to YPO forum, the intimacy attached ,
Being a man in the mood of change, I follow my friend visit trip to shanghai and Beijing , all the friend turn to my potential client and some of them asking my professional service at once, n
Be more humble and be more accountable , I should deliver more than they expect, yes I will.

A new father's day
I went to the second run movie : Mother's Day with Meiling after my long father's day Monday. together with " Animal Kindom " this 2 cult movie were great. Mother's day follow the " Sew series " movie and really detact the human nature to its extream. yes. love and hate, frustration and anger mix the movie. a wied yet interesting film. as for ' Animal Kindom " I saw it once before, this is my second viewing, love it still.
Moring with Eric Tseng - I pay a visit to Sun Way's new office at Neihu by 9:30am, Eric and John - and Sam -the newly hired CFO guide me through the new office and we sit dowm with a very simple issue : if Roger able to help them in strategy and marketing ? as I respone with Meiling's thinking, I answer a yes with no reluctant. and I totally forget the unpleasant feeling Anita Lin and David H joinly asked for my return the over leave salary deduction. yes, that was really a very rude manner and I was so piss off last night, but it gone so quickly after the good Sunday evening at ease.
With eye contact, Eric found my estorism iPhone case interesting and asked if I may brought him to see Victor / Steve and the other roger, well, they spend decent time and I have to execuse myself to attend lunch meeting with Celine and csr team - and to collect my RMB home.
to accomodate Max's request, I return to Neihu by 3 pm and listing to Max's complain again, he just applied the resignation to Spirox and wish to leave in 45 days, I understand the trust between Max and the new Management team is so weak, I just let him talk and to practice my coaching at Starbucks.

A fruitful First Day
Sam drove me to Spirox office on my last working day. being a good neighbor for 16 months and the car pool driver on raining days, Sam is a good old engineer. arrive on the lobby and taking the routine of buying myself a Fami Latte - a wake up coffee and reflesh, move up to 12 floor, as I can image, the door was locked with key and I left my key in the office, learn from the building jenitor, I push with other door and it opens.
not much to do, Peggy is running and processing my exit procdure with speed, as David mentioned to have a word with me, so, I sent him a message of when, the answer is busy in meeting will find other time in Taipei, so, no reluctant, I pack and move out of the office around 10:30 am, no good bye, but a warm see you later to good colleage.
taking HRS and MRT to Kung Kwang - for the iPad fees. on the Sing tian line, I saw 2 different type of tatoo teens - supposely one for the exhibition and one for the Metal groupie. a very intersting picture and I really want to initatate conversation with them. well, I didn't but to take picture without their consens.
Have a very long meeting with Celine and CSR colleages at CID CSR office, it's nice to have a lunch box reunion session and to go over varies project with Kim / Flydor / She How and Celine of course.. it's good, very good.
move to Estorism office for my iPad 2 moat and wait fo Ryan to sit in .. Ryan is a nice guy and his candid and willing to take part really make the team exciting, I am a facilitor - yes, the process consultant in every situation - coaching, consulting, training, negociation and briding opportunity, what a great finding in me . a true - FACILITOTOR.

Flip over the page gracefully and lead myself to a new chapter
Today, this morning marks the day I flip over the Spirox pages and lead myself to a new chapter of my life - the world I am embracing with passion and curiority again. the forward looking mindset guide me to invest time in the furture , but not the past, so, this is the things I will do differenctly:
1. No see you later or keep in touch loop mail to office colleage.
2. No announcement to external members or friend unless the new business will started with.
3. Remember all the last minute warm or attitude were fake, this is not the real him, but a redemption to give themsleve a better way to sleep, don't ever take it seriousely.
4. Clean up all the correspondance between 2D, this is not worth of leave any legecy.
5. Shut down the mail address and clean up everything.
Last night, the farewell dinner is a courtesy for both party, so, to act well, I am pretending enjoy the show and be part of the actor, what I like and photografic is the private room secure for the dinner , with the title " Feel like Home ", yes, I am heading home , a home belong to me and no one can occuplied it.

Presumely the final complain in Spirox
I received the pay evelop yesterday and torn it up in late evening when had the phone conversation with Meiling. she was so curious about how I will be compensated. the answers is just like what I know : deduct the tax, the total amount is around 1.28 millions NT, far less than David H's promise for 2 millions. he is a very ugly leader and very selfish. to recall a few things and track his behavior:
1. the day before I signed the employeement agreement, the total package is not as what I asked for, he mentions that he will give me a 500.000 deposit to prove I will earn what I wishing for, but he didn't make it.
2. A welcome new China GM meal, he didn't even willing to pay the bill and I am the person who pay the check after the meal.
3. Forum panelty, for the minor fine, he check over and over but relectant to pay.
4. He earn much more than average executive in Spirox, but not satified and try to do some tax saving using overseas and sperate acoount..
5. promise to make up the diffience for my leave, and fail to perform again.
for above, I should know very well what person David H is and as Meiling said, not to contact after tomorrow. not worth of spending time with and exchange idea.. how come David H have the face talk to me over the phone and ask me to register Sidney's clinic time? a compensation of his bad behavior, just like when I touch upone Vivian and his face turn reddish? a very untrusthful person and I won't need to treat him like a brother, even friend. period... this is my last complain about Spirox.
For growing of biz, it's one a bright side. I am too busy to record it on my blog, but to briefing do it here for a good memory after:
1. Vicent Liew call from Malaysia, he will have a Mandarin Chapter ( Virture Chapter ) meeting with YPO / WPO and I am in his kitchen cabinet and support for this initative. the meeting is one Aug. 10th. if this is on right track, I should leverage CID and YPO resource in TW / Beijing / Shanghai / Chendu for my YPO coaching / facilitation career.
2. Eric Tseng seems so happy about the 3rd Regional Mandarin Forum, I will sign up for him.
3. AMBA - meeting and discussion with Vivian and Nick is a great achievement, becoming parner with Vivian save half my energe to bridge the executive / leadership development in AMBA
4. New Wide - it comes much faster than I thought, 6 section commitment, I should be very careful about what to deliver and how to deliver it and leave an anchor there. Sunny is so supportive, I should perform even better.
5. YPO Beijing - Rober is going to lauch the 2 days training and I am in the preparing mood..
6. Mary's alignment : thanks for her uncondition love to my work, she is my mentor now in the coaching biz.
7. TaYa : Ryne is so supportive and the contract between csr Community should have my previlidge as well ( 20 percent on the overall contract ? )and become his Compensation committe member is great
8. Luis Chen offer 3 opportuniy for real income- I will see him on the 9th and thanks for his support and belive.
9. James wang will set up appointment with me on the week of 15th - a for sure client in the future.( Les Enphant )
10. CKC - Client refer from CID /csr confirmed to do it in Nov. thanks for Celine's ( and Kim ) effort, it build the customer pipeline which strength my financial stand.

Washan and Classmate reunion
Saturday is a good day for me, I plan the whole day in advance and follow it throughout the day.
To begin with the day, I decided to go to Regent Club for a quality exercise, to enjoy something good in life without costing me any money is a luxury. thanks to Sony Music, Michael Jackson and Steven Pan.
arrived at Regent by 7:20 am and in time to see Wang Chen Ming return to Major leagle perform his recovery picth in 2 years. it wasn't a good start at first inn, however, I can see his power in picking up slide. he lost the come back game but win some faith in step on the land of major games I think.
the TV life force or drive me to jogging on trendmill longer than before, 90 minutes sweat , it's so good, take a short Suana and ditch myself to the resting area, finish reading pPaper version June. it's great to see such a lean and meaningful magaize in market.
the activity after the good exercise will always be buy a Latte and enjoy one good movie, I bought it from Starbuck across the street and buy myself a ticket to Woody Allen's " Midnight at Paris ", I love Woody as always, he is not acting now but you can clearly see his touch, tone and impact on each line and charactor he draw to the movie. as I said : A very talkative director who use the camara to sacrcice nowaday people with fun. this is why I love Woody's film so much.
Midnight in Paris link with 2 theme : Nortogiah and the fatansy about good old days - espeically the ancient days you can only see it from book; and the other story line, looking for love, a true love which fit the hungry heart of Woody or everyday people, the theme song plays as background in one gala : The Spanish say the highest and noble way it to falling in love.... yes, to Falling in Love is the key. no wonder all the golden age, enlighement, even resernisues -- you see all the charters full with love of passion, or passion for love. what Woody say about Picasso is great : His way of treating woman, sleep her or paint her.. what a .... the movie lead me to the action follow and the engagement of a new born feeling.
I stop over Eslite bookshop for the gift I choose, a tree, and heading for it. after the session , take a chance to rehibilate my body at Taichi Tang center, they really fix my body well.
time to visit Washen before dinner with teacher Tsheng , Simon Chen and Rober Yeh. I really love young people serching their dreama and go for you, what I can do it to be a very minor consumer to support them, the result is a chat with the " sock vendor " photo, 2 made in Taiwan thin shirt with a yoga flavor and a lot of fun there.
bring out the book " Mistress " to read and digest, 30 minutes before the great dinner.
4 in the Shio Lin restaurant, the food chef prepared is gourgous, and the price is unbeliveable inexpensive - 800 NT per person. we talk and share, 2 phD and one teacher and me.. a great encounter with the idea exchange. yes, it really is.

-- Meiling walked me throught the morning mountain climbing, a rare but great feeling, we take a walk at Shing Long market and having our breakfast before home, I deciced to prepare document for EMBA maganize interview and the first pitch paper with Ambarella, it's good to get thing done before Monday.
great evening also, check in Washen and change cloth before met up with Meiling, we manager to see the Master Chef Austraia by 8:00 pm after a very intersting and long dinner route in neighberhood.
Fruit didn't go home last night, this is the 4th time, never mind, I told Meiling to treat her like a room guest , we will feel more comfortable. really.
It will be a very intering Monday today.
