Just Sleep with sound

It's an limit free night , I brought fruit and sound to the " Just Italian " cafeteria for free meal - fruit eat like crazy and sound break the rual in his dietery . We finish our meal by 7:25 . 10 minuts before going to the movie " ronin 47 "

It's an ok movie - the trailer make believe this is a " lord of rign " similar film - well it's not.

Sleep at just sleep with sound - we were upgraded to penthouse - it make sounds day - 2 seperere bath tab on differenct floor. I didn't post any restriction on when to go to bad or how long you can enjoy lying in the barh . I slept right befor midnight - after reading chapter one of " eat move sleep " by Tom Rath - it's truly a great and useful book - I am going to finish it during my sanya trip.

Tamsui Oxford college alumni create a line group chat - it's about 21 person sign on- last night it's a dramatic change . They begin to share their midlife crisis such at go bankruptcy ; losing job ; starting all over .., even the communicant is between a few of them but it's open to all ... Kind of strange feelings 

Yesterday - forum works TT more than 1 millions to Meilijg account : year end bonus / salary and reinbursment : I am happy . We didn't regain such an abundant feeling for decade . I am blessed and I will do more and be more humble .

Change of mind

Hubert openly disclose his new concept about inverting core space :

1. Founder share will be taxes and this is a liability to Matthew

2. Shelin development reluctant to be pure fund investor and not able to touch the operation or development of core space 

I told him that I will bail myself out from the finder role - not to entitle the 5% of the fees and be treated as a Space Yoga rep and bias with my friendship with all my YPO mates . This is a big stone throwing to Matthew - he must realized the change or mind from all potentials investors in taiwan .

Reflection

1. Charles decline the investment opportunity to core space - brain have the weight to make decision 

- my finder and found raising role is dim 

- Matthew should consider bringing investor of his own

- some of the terms need to revised

2. None of the da ya members say ok to atrend  year end dinner 

- there's no exit plan not to mentione strategy . The morale will be low

Magician and his mother

I write it the second time as it keep me thinkfing for a long while . What passion drive also need endless supporter and believer - no doubt your family is the first fan to stand beside you .

  It's a " ok " magic show - more or less a circle de solei mini - simple - local vdrsion . I can sense the budget constraint limited the show to be glamour.

 The young man playing work green card and rubber ball caught my attention - very soficiticate skill . The ice cream magician do blend in comedy and dramatize his performance . The rest of the performance is so so ...

  Sound was pick by one magician to co-perform the bridge - he is not shame and put smile always .

  After the show - liu jump to our seat and ask to take group picture - he is a little bit shaking and exciting - the same gesture whenever we have chance to talk .

  Liu possibly done his best . With the strong back up from his family . I am proud of having a friend like him. 

 This is another journey I am taking with .

1. Sleeping late - woke after 8:00 am now. Not a good development

Black Gold day

Family trip to see Blackgold - a good trip , it's been a long while that 4 of us ( sound / fruit and we ) didn't go out together . It felt good.

It's a good reasons to check with my father - who stayed at Dou liu and working as a farmer - at the age of 92.

  We stop at 2 rest area . Return home by 6:00 pm and go our for the movie " hobby 2 " a sequel to the ring - a great film .

Blackgold getting use to his new home and as a close friend to my father , he even took it downtown in his 4 wheel motorcycle .

SABI SABI from my diary

Blog : SABI SABI safari 

First day:

We took the federal air - the chapter plan from Johannesburg to SABI SABI - it's a cargo airports - the plane only have one pilot - with 10 seats - it took us 45 minutes to SABI sand .

Charles is our ranger for the 3 full days - he can and pick up us to SABI SABI - a well brand and market safari bush . It establish on 1975 - a private game reservoir - with 4 different lodge - earth / latiri / little bugs and the Bush - where we stayed .

Check in and take a buffee lunch by 1:30 pm and we heading for our first safari experience by 4:30 pm - Polly is our tracker .

Everyone came to safari for big 5 : lion ; elephant ; rhino ;  leopard and water buffalo - on top of that we was zebra and Giraffe .

The first safari we saw : water buffalo and rhinos . There is a tea break on each route : at the night break what Charles do is :

1) fine a nice picturesque 

2) bush can hide for pee

3) no danger to get off the range rover and stretch your legs.

We - Sue and her daughter Stephanie from l.a. - San Diego / Helen from Beth / patience from la / Maryann from Melbourne . I am from taiwan .

- bush lodge we stay : authentic African ambience room and facility - the tower can each birds / monkey and elephant herd coming for water - SABI SABI with a logo of elephant - you can  see how often we encounter with them.

Coming back around 7:30 pm and the dinner serve by 8:00 pm- our waitress evidence is a very nice lady . We had our first night dinner on open space work campfire .

Day 2: woke up by 5:30 am and the morning safari begin by 6:00 am - we saw elephant and water buffalo on the morning safari 

Return for breakfast by 9:00 am and kick off the walking safari by 10:00 am- this is so exciting as 2 ranger come with armed riffle - they lead the way and we come across the electric wired net - this is to prevent elephant damage out lodge - their is no fence between suit and lodges .

Rangers lead the way had they told us : animal won't attack from behind but they see human as predator - one our way we saw giraffe herd - so spectacular and we are so exciting .

Back for lunch by 1:30 pm and meet up by 4:00 pm - they serve high tea before the 4:30 pm evening safari .

Day 2 evening safari - we saw the female lion and big elephant herd - and many ingesting bird- the champion birds is so cute especially when she start to sing .

Rerun for another 8:00 pm dinner - indoor this time.

Day 3 

The morning safari go as routine - 5:30 wake up and start by 6:00 am- this is a raining and cold morning - we are all wet but the rhino act to mate is so interesting . 

Breakfast by 9:30 am and we head for the community visit by 10:30 am.

This 4000 village have 60% of it's people work in SABI SABI - so the community center is kind of CSR the lodge did.

The center is a kids playground - we then move to see the chief - or the African healer - who use animal bones to treat both your physical and psychological issues - it's a tourist point as I can see then we visit another sample house : the highlight is in the car on our way to the village - driver and 2 other guide singing in the car entertain us - so naturally . We have 2 new friend in the car - Brian and Natalia 

Return for the evening safari and we capture the number 4: lions - female lines 

Second night is another indoor dinner - we tip Charles and Polly with our gratitude - it's nice to bring red envelop with me and making it a better presentation ( with Taiwanese tea as well )

Day 3:

Our 6 safaris with only one surprise : 3 make lions and we don't see leopard this trip .

Taking a 2 hours drive to Krug national park airport and now on our plane to Cape Town 

And on the day - Nelson mandala's pass away news come to up - SABI SABI did a brief  morning for him at the restaurant and they sung the nations anthem - very touching.

I am reading " thinking " on my trip and one of the episode is my take home : we ( human ) is the only specie can image future and forecasting it - for a better future is not how wealthy you are but the wealth credit for you to experience - we foresee and forecast a better future to experience happiness and via wealth currency to achieve them - in other word . If you can experience happiness the same level as those who need decent wealth credit . Then you are no less than anybody .

Yes . We use money to exchange experience . We don't really hold anything .  

🍄 my reflective and introspective :

1) experience is not what money can buy but a trade off 

2) we contribute to the unique journey . Not only the giver but taker 

3) animal on wild land should be respect 

4) it's a once in a life time experience - safari : either you earn it your way or someone support you .

5) be an easy going person on the trip - no comparison and no competition

This is a communication gap inside Transglobe - I link all the dot and try to map where I am ? As long as I can foresee the big picture . I may off a win win soliton for all - include me.

Isabel had rich experience in HR and org behavior - to benchmark what we learned from the pass have it's pros an cons - to work with family biz is the other scenario .

 James made up his decision already - I can't be sure this is a " last strike " or the reflection of his frustration - I  am not coping with coach principal but to conduct dialogue from time to time.

He see things clear and don't want to ruin his credit in the awkward situation .

It's a 2 months window since Oct 14 . As a matter of fact . That was a mini forum - only 2 hours .

I begin with 2 leaders who I encountered and inspired on my sf trip - Ghandi and mandala - " rise from fall " " my message is my life " model how they impact the world .

Return for breakfast by 9:00 am and kick off the walking safari by 10:00 am- this is so exciting as 2 ranger come with armed riffle - they lead the way and we come across the electric wired net - this is to prevent elephant damage out lodge - their is no fence between suit and lodges .

Rangers lead the way had they told us : animal won't attack from behind but they see human as predator - one our way we saw giraffe herd - so spectacular and we are so exciting .

Back for lunch by 1:30 pm and meet up by 4:00 pm - they serve high tea before the 4:30 pm evening safari .

Day 2 evening safari - we saw the female lion and big elephant herd - and many ingesting bird- the champion birds is so cute especially when she start to sing .

Rerun for another 8:00 pm dinner - indoor this time.

Day 3 

The morning safari go as routine - 5:30 wake up and start by 6:00 am- this is a raining and cold morning - we are all wet but the rhino act to mate is so interesting . 

Breakfast by 9:30 am and we head for the community visit by 10:30 am.

This 4000 village have 60% of it's people work in SABI SABI - so the community center is kind of CSR the lodge did.

The center is a kids playground - we then move to see the chief - or the African healer - who use animal bones to treat both your physical and psychological issues - it's a tourist point as I can see then we visit another sample house : the highlight is in the car on our way to the village - driver and 2 other guide singing in the car entertain us - so naturally . We have 2 new friend in the car - Brian and Natalia 

Return for the evening safari and we capture the number 4: lions - female lines 

Second night is another indoor dinner - we tip Charles and Polly with our gratitude - it's nice to bring red envelop with me and making it a better presentation ( with Taiwanese tea as well )

Day 3:

Our 6 safaris with only one surprise : 3 make lions and we don't see leopard this trip .

Taking a 2 hours drive to Krug national park airport and now on our plane to Cape Town 

And on the day - Nelson mandala's pass away news come to up - SABI SABI did a brief  morning for him at the restaurant and they sung the nations anthem - very touching.

I am reading " thinking " on my trip and one of the episode is my take home : we ( human ) is the only specie can image future and forecasting it - for a better future is not how wealthy you are but the wealth credit for you to experience - we foresee and forecast a better future to experience happiness and via wealth currency to achieve them - in other word . If you can experience happiness the same level as those who need decent wealth credit . Then you are no less than anybody .

Yes . We use money to exchange experience . We don't really hold anything .  

🍄 my reflective and introspective :

1) experience is not what money can buy but a trade off 

2) we contribute to the unique journey . Not only the giver but taker 

3) animal on wild land should be respect 

4) it's a once in a life time experience - safari : either you earn it your way or someone support you .

5) be an easy going person on the trip - no comparison and no competition

Dori and Johannesburg part 1

I had 2 of my best days in 2013. It all due to Dori - and I have to say . I am second what patience mentioned : it's not how lucky I am , but a " we " every thing happen for a reasons :

Let's start from dinner at Dori's house : it's a big house and it have a museums taste . We arrived by 8:15 pm and we were stunt by what we experience in the house - 

Ivog - the man who do aerospace biz getting acquainted with me - his biz nature with taiwan : china and many unbelievable things 

Carly : the musical talent who act on " we will rock you " and many others - nice to Dori and we have a great conversion over the dinner 

Jamel : Dori's daughter cute and have a dream become actor - she has the talent ant appearance and ..

Ciara Garally - meet the owner mark and have him to give us a tour :

- his family biz : 100 year old in art dealing 

- the top roof gardens - the spectacular scene you ever dream of 

- his collection : remarkable 

- his story about the other mark : the amantuli mark who sold mast to bill Clinton and he he lie to bill scout the non existing tribe - gili ( what a classic )
