1. Charles decline the investment opportunity to core space - brain have the weight to make decision 

- my finder and found raising role is dim 

- Matthew should consider bringing investor of his own

- some of the terms need to revised 

- Hubert will ask a lot of why ? No one coming and why not join ?

2. None of the da ya members say ok to atrend  year end dinner 

- there's no exit plan not to mentione strategy . The morale will be low 

- victor not place making money ( or survive ) a key mission . Only select limits will be his angel 

- How my presentence at year end party stir some positive force
