Hubert openly disclose his new concept about inverting core space :

1. Founder share will be taxes and this is a liability to Matthew

2. Shelin development reluctant to be pure fund investor and not able to touch the operation or development of core space 

I told him that I will bail myself out from the finder role - not to entitle the 5% of the fees and be treated as a Space Yoga rep and bias with my friendship with all my YPO mates .
