EVA flight to Singapore force me to take 3 hours sleep the night before, fly back to Taipei on 24th, conduct a meeting with Steve at Regent Club, yes, to build the partnership ain't easy, Steve told me in candid way, he need to support family for a minimum 250,000 NT month / salary and to form a partnership, he will let me know how I can accomodate his wish, I share with Steve my final respone to Jasmine and how she accept my invitation : 20000 for the first 3 months, I will expect Steve told me what he really want - not only need before we set up our managment firm.
Allan is a good guy also a character, he initative the EMBA 90 C gathering party at Hai Ba Wang in the night of 24th. I was there earlier, so, got chance to practice my songs with the back up band.. we had a wonderful party night, it's great to have classmate like that.
Martin / Pat / Magan came to Chang Yi airport and pick me up by 12:30, I havn't saw Magan for 14 years, she is 18 now, same age as Fruit. same behavior also...we spend decent time together, from noon until 10 pm, yes, I am willing to support Martin's project , really, the musical charity similar to Jimie Oliver's Kitchen 17, the kid music application project , but it take lot of effort as none of the project have a blue print.
GLC first day - I met Randy and he act as message to let me know how the Beijing Forum take my participation seriously and finally, they agree not to take me in as Forum member - Lucy is an experience YPOer, her opinion stand, I am not feeling so bad, but to conduct a " Business Oriented " relationship is not what I want. see what happen next.
YPO Taipei chapter dinner is fun throguht, the Long Beach King Restaurant is a great restaurant. Eric was there, we talked about Danku Vincent, Patrick was there, we talk about the potential investment, Chris was tere, we talk about the NDC outing on May 5th.

Return to Taipei for 3 days and then fly to SH. This is the blog I record in SH:
2012.02.23 Shanghai
Fly the first flight to SH for Xinwei College inauguration ceremony, seldom took China airline and not often flew from Taoyuag airport since Sun Song open the direct flight to Hung Quio. A new experience. China Airline have a better seat, the screen in front equip with USB charger. A great finding, I take a look at “ Worrier “ the movie, I may finish it on my return flight tomorrow.
I take 4 different today in SH. First taxi drive drove me to the college, a very humble and modest driver, who welcome me to his small town and thanks for my visiting, for taking the short –cut – passing superhighway, he explain the token fees is less than if we took the long route.
Second taxi driver drove me to Pu Tong underground station, a country yard driver who share with me how envy he want to see the democracy in CHINA to be inspired form the Taiwan experience, corruption and education system is what he upset the most. No virtue in China, no virtue education system and value.. it came from a taxi driver and not only one. The 3rd taxi driver who drove me to Pu Xi, the total taxi fees from Xinwei to Puxi is 200 RMB plus – more than 1000 NT.
The campus of Winwei is so nice, motto : Freedom , Passion and Conscience, modern hardware, building and teaching equipment, great line of faculty, I miss the part Ming – Chairman and Founder giving his speech, but I managed to sit with my Forum brothers and having lunch box with them.
I enjoy Trevor’s demonstration about the Mediascape system in collaboration work in learning and teaching, it hard to see there do exist a position so “ Learning specialist “, and Xinwei’s professors come up with a “ Team teaching “ rule which is quiet impressive also.

a very long beginning
from Feb. 8th, I am working non-stopped for the new dream " ROMA Fund ", a business concept to fulfill both business and passion drive. I have to recall from the 2 retreat training.
RMF 3 : Passant ; Wei Ming; Stepehen; Norman; Eric; Eng Hung ; Monita; and Richard Chen , they are now brothers to me. especially when received Richard's testomony letter, on his own, I know some magic moment created already. Michaeel bring the Singapore Spouse Forum for the retreat the very fist time in Taiwan, I am so glad to conduct the faciltion work and to come up with the great theme : Every Woman behind success man need another woman beside " yes, it comes as nature as we see, friendship developed and I am getting acquained with Winned Go - who we will met in Singapore again. and of course, a few gret person were there and I felt so happy to deliver the " What ever will be , will be " and " Time to say good bye " exercise. this is a rare experience and I am so proud of being one of them, of couse, the arrange for National Palacy Musumn and welcome dinner at " STAY " was good efforts also.
Then comes the RMF 2 who asked me for the 228 memorial musume guide arrangement, they are so intellegenct and Hui Chung conduct a great tour guilde also, I was invited to join the dinner after, seeing Wai. Hwa, Paul, Peter, Patrick, James, Jason and Danny. it was a great night at Cow sushi.
I invited James - my Shanghai Forum brother and his wife Jessica for a dinner on the night he arrived, I didn't awre there's a marriage crisis between them, Jessica mentioind Chang Yau - well, unfortunate, I didn't met him this time.
Following trip for 2 Forum meeting : in Shanghai , I explained my business development and we decided to have next retreat in Taiwan by April, I will work it out and set an sample in Tainan.. dry run in Mid March, early April. do a prelimerary business idea planning on Sunday and working out the " Roma Fund ", Matthew is willing to support me but not yet confirm the detail, his comment help me to cool down, I have been in the high mood for too long. we set the 22 of Feb a review session from lunch onward.
Jasmine onboard right on time, It's a pity to know the passing away of her beloved grand father, but I can see her commitment in development her career together with me.the book tranlstion work have been assigned to her and I am expect to see the first charpter today.
Talking with Steve about the management consulting firm idea, with his fully support, I am so confidenct to conduct what ever I can to deliver our best to the greater China market. who else : I think I am willing to bring Teacher Tseng's son on board as well. yes.
Meet Annie Ma twice in China, our first meeting in SH set the tone of " right partner ' ' right timeing " and excellent chemistry , our second meeting with ricky have me understand her whole picture, yes, I am willing to team up with her- the speeding and smart girl in the complicate business enviroment.
My Beijing Forum brothers and sister support me so much, on the same page, they willing to change the bylaw for me, for a better integration with me, Monita have me to consult 2 company of her own and introudct me to antoher one by CM, rober's company will be next on pipeline, Randy have 2 initative to go : chip and salon, it take decent effort and talent to deliver, I am willing to do it together with him.
Lucy Wang take me as her hero still, I am flattor, Chung Haw the new boy in town is a great person also, I know I am going to change the world because of these people will be the winds beneathe my wings.

Regional Mandarin Forum 3 Retreat in Taiwan
I did it, together with Eric, I have craft a sample retreat for YPO Forum all over the world. the overall itinerary is perfect. only letss time to enjoy the culture experience I designed.
A few of the Forum members arrived much earlier than I expected, Wei Ming, Richard Chen and Parsern arrived on the 2nd and having their dinner together, I am going to pick up Monita as Tao Yuang airport, she just done a mircro surgery, to make sure her trip will be a safe one, Meiling and I dicided to go pick her up oursleves, busy in prepearing all the logistic and at the same time for the training material.
" How can I help but thinking of you " is a successful deepening connection exercise, without doing it, the heart and emotion were triggered, I am so happy to gartner such an musical instict for trigger people's heart. it really help for bring up the bonding together.
First Evening, I began with a recap and supercharge training for basic, but my basic is totally different from other facilitors, they love it, then I hand it over to Wei Ming - the moderator for conducting the first Forum meeting, from Update to Parking lot, and yes, 3 of the member willing to conduct presentations, Stephen is so brave to model and demostrate a great forum mate, he lead the team to a much deeper space. dinner at " Formosa Pearl " is a triumph dinner, nice food, great ambience and lovely people, we were late for one hour, but it is truly a great evening.
second morning, the live breakfast at garden suit is another wonderful arrangement, the sun coming up, we can see the clear sky and Tai Ping Mountain then eat breakfast outside..the morning sesstion turn out goureogue, Richard asked for a mini presention, he did it and the take up is so high. the administration part going well, thanks to my instick to cut the Deepening Connection exercise, and Norman - our forum mate from Indonisia came up with the name : Panda - a winner . Panda conclude the forum training part with the wrap up song I choice : Sharing by Sky Wu. lunch at Link, another astonishing lunch set up, we ate for 2 more hours and have to cut the trip about Yilan house and skip the Musume tour as well.
Return to Taipai and check in Formosa Regent directly without the Yu Knag Park walk, Wei Ming / Stephen and I have a good conversation at the Tai Pan lounge - until the time for group dinner at the BBQ house with RMF 1 / 2 Taiwan member : Chris , Michael, Patrick and Danny, Danny is kind to me .. Meiling have strong opion about him, but not me. the dinner went on so late, I accompany Monita back to hotel and take a walk before say good bye-- and a good surprise happen, we had a mutual friend - Jean Liu - they were good friend at AA while in New York 30 years ago, Jean share with me some of Monita's story-- what a small world.
Monita want to invest me or at least have me as the consultant. I should charge premium, Yes I know.
The third day is social and culture learning, breakfast at Ting Tai Feng before saying goodby with Norman, he is so happy with Ting Tai Feng, we went for the 228 musume, now you really know who is with big heart - Monita and Wei Ming. we ended the training and reteat at Shin Yen Taiwanese Crusine resttaurant location at 101, a good ending.
the extra thing was my arrangment a meeting for Monita with Ren - Story Next about her pig business... what a long day
Michaelle called for YPO Singapore spouse forum retreat resouce, yes, I take it as well, on the 8th, so intentive, I managed to complete new material and have some idea about Deepening Connection also.
Jasmine's jean business - Fitting room might drag for a while, but it give room for us to work togerher, I invite her to be my executive assitant and to do all the work togher, and thanks for this instict , the book translater Vicky give up the promise, luckiy we have Jamsine to took over her role, it can only be better.
Jean divorce already, no to my surprise, I will help and support her as a good friend. she say Monita have a very storng sense, she smell my intellengence, and Jean suggest me to go independant.. a good advise.
