Regional Mandarin Forum 3 Retreat in Taiwan

I did it, together with Eric, I have craft a sample retreat for YPO Forum all over the world. the overall itinerary is perfect. only letss time to enjoy the culture experience I designed.
A few of the Forum members arrived much earlier than I expected, Wei Ming, Richard Chen and Parsern arrived on the 2nd and having their dinner together, I am going to pick up Monita as Tao Yuang airport, she just done a mircro surgery, to make sure her trip will be a safe one, Meiling and I dicided to go pick her up oursleves, busy in prepearing all the logistic and at the same time for the training material.
" How can I help but thinking of you " is a successful deepening connection exercise, without doing it, the heart and emotion were triggered, I am so happy to gartner such an musical instict for trigger people's heart. it really help for bring up the bonding together.
First Evening, I began with a recap and supercharge training for basic, but my basic is totally different from other facilitors, they love it, then I hand it over to Wei Ming - the moderator for conducting the first Forum meeting, from Update to Parking lot, and yes, 3 of the member willing to conduct presentations, Stephen is so brave to model and demostrate a great forum mate, he lead the team to a much deeper space. dinner at " Formosa Pearl " is a triumph dinner, nice food, great ambience and lovely people, we were late for one hour, but it is truly a great evening.
second morning, the live breakfast at garden suit is another wonderful arrangement, the sun coming up, we can see the clear sky and Tai Ping Mountain then eat breakfast outside..the morning sesstion turn out goureogue, Richard asked for a mini presention, he did it and the take up is so high. the administration part going well, thanks to my instick to cut the Deepening Connection exercise, and Norman - our forum mate from Indonisia came up with the name : Panda - a winner . Panda conclude the forum training part with the wrap up song I choice : Sharing by Sky Wu. lunch at Link, another astonishing lunch set up, we ate for 2 more hours and have to cut the trip about Yilan house and skip the Musume tour as well.
Return to Taipai and check in Formosa Regent directly without the Yu Knag Park walk, Wei Ming / Stephen and I have a good conversation at the Tai Pan lounge - until the time for group dinner at the BBQ house with RMF 1 / 2 Taiwan member : Chris , Michael, Patrick and Danny, Danny is kind to me .. Meiling have strong opion about him, but not me. the dinner went on so late, I accompany Monita back to hotel and take a walk before say good bye-- and a good surprise happen, we had a mutual friend - Jean Liu - they were good friend at AA while in New York 30 years ago, Jean share with me some of Monita's story-- what a small world.
Monita want to invest me or at least have me as the consultant. I should charge premium, Yes I know.
The third day is social and culture learning, breakfast at Ting Tai Feng before saying goodby with Norman, he is so happy with Ting Tai Feng, we went for the 228 musume, now you really know who is with big heart - Monita and Wei Ming. we ended the training and reteat at Shin Yen Taiwanese Crusine resttaurant location at 101, a good ending.
the extra thing was my arrangment a meeting for Monita with Ren - Story Next about her pig business... what a long day
Michaelle called for YPO Singapore spouse forum retreat resouce, yes, I take it as well, on the 8th, so intentive, I managed to complete new material and have some idea about Deepening Connection also.
Jasmine's jean business - Fitting room might drag for a while, but it give room for us to work togerher, I invite her to be my executive assitant and to do all the work togher, and thanks for this instict , the book translater Vicky give up the promise, luckiy we have Jamsine to took over her role, it can only be better.
Jean divorce already, no to my surprise, I will help and support her as a good friend. she say Monita have a very storng sense, she smell my intellengence, and Jean suggest me to go independant.. a good advise.
