Brother Wei's little bar drink with Ejiri is highlight of the day - he is something , a character and I should respect him more .

Tokyo trip

Flying in on 28th, do a good sushi dinner with Taka and this Is what I learn ;

1. How to eat sushi properly .

2. Taka is the second generation , he took up the company in year 2002, begins to write the company philosophy for 2 years and announce the first 10 years vision - 2008-2018 .

3. Next 10 years vision or 20 years he will like to see the mobile space build in Mars

4. His son have the will to Inherite family businesse 

5. Since he took over company , revenue double profit increase 4 folds to 55 millions this year 

6. He do the cultur , mission and team building and enjoy it very much 

7. The company is like a big family 

8. His ambition is grow the company to Asian :  for the love of his father and the dream of himself .

9. Join one regional forum for 8 years but due to English / language barrier , he hardly can understand all the present ion on each forum meeting .

10. Taka agree " style " is important in communication , and happy to know communication is not about hearing only 

11. Ask me if I see him as typical Japanese ? 

12. 51 years old now an iron man but hurt his knees now so can't really run on weekend - he feels frustrated and it inflict on his work also .

My lucid dream

It's a " terminal sentences " dream , I was told to do a cancel mark examine and the results will come out by May 20- yes , the dares is vivid , and approaching the result day , I begin to see and greeting friends , then it seems the positive cancel result will come .. So .. I woke up.

My first glass of whiskey in my life

Celebrate my potential coaching developing in Japan - I went down to hotel bar and chat with Ray / Daniel , and yes , daniel order me a glass of whiskey and I finish it by midnight in Tokyo .

A happy dinner

Taka invite me go a great shushi dinner - he told me this is the best shushi restaurant in Ginza - which means the best in Tokyo and in the world .

Intuition make him ask me to be personal coach - I am not so sure this is a why not or a serious development until this dinner , I am happy to have the first non Chinese coachee and exciting about the ongoing relationship with Taka.

Last few days

Not pretending busy but do some good routine such as :

1. Lock in twice for preparation 

2. Intro : Richard to Neu / Daniel to eddy 

3. Mountaineering non stop : with Meilijg 

4. Reading : zen by susuki 

Lucid dream this late afternoon at living room coach

1. I am buying some eel like fish at a fish market - a high end fish market and I pour them in my palm and bring me with me to one magastore ..

2. We take the stair way down and one gate check clerk - young girl have quarrel with Meiling and there comes the body conflict - Meiling fist to the clerk and shout - why you touch me ? 

3. I have to stop the confrontation and take Meiling hand down the stairs .

4. It's a dead end - down 2 more floor is a dirt floor , we don't want to take the same route back so have to walk in the water gardening outside the building .

5. Overheard things like our sea food product is high quality , there is no way our client - a sea food restaurant won't accept it.

6. And all my ell fish fall in the water and slip away . 

One day in K study cubical for hero's journey

I use up whole day at K study cubical in Nan Yang street - having not been there for 2 more years , locks myself from 8:00 - 17:00 , pee once , lunch out for 30 minutes , like a student prepare for my exam - thanks ray give me a friendly warning yesterday and now I have more confidence in holing space on 22nd.

 Done the workbook - Sea Dragon version and prepare a guide along slides with visual I want to create theatrical experience on the workshop - journey day - there are thighs left to do

- tools 

- workbook prints 

- teaching script and my 

- previous teaching materials 

It's an effort and I mainly done it for myself .

Sounds vocal out

I was sleeping in bed and overheard his conversation with his mother , it's mainly about the 5 days part time at the noodle shop .

I can sense his anxiety and it develop some stress and cause some physical symptom .

To my experience , this is like you enroll in the army , no freedom and treat at rookie , you do everything and you do low end staff .

In the environment where the social and education level is different , it's hard for you to fit in and adapt . You gratually learn you don't want to work here as a permanent job - from boss to staff - there is no like minded to share and support - basically , it's not your peer group.

He had a withdraw thought and his mother communicate with wrong methods , you can't take it easy or joke about it .. This is not empathy .

 It's another 3 weeks to go , I am not sure where he will complete this task or drop it anytime . The learning is there and we don't know how much he should take - week or month .

1.Seeing someone or someone want to engaged 

2. I  can going back to my family anytime 

3. This is the sign of : let me go ? Or set me free ? 

   Time will tell and when Time comes , we will know it clearly. 

Typhoon week and my loser days

Didn't post anything during the 4 days and not keep good routine on either exercise or preparing my coming workshops -- 

1. No impact on typhoon - movie and Netflix days .

2. Going out briefly with Meiling .

3. Good movie :

- the lady servant : seduce and erotic with mystic mood 

The national purge day - election year

For the reason of killing time , bought myself a ticket to this sequel - no much anticipate how the story will goes and not a " violence supporter " I don't know why I am attracted by this movie instead of Disney animation movie .

To my surprise , the story line is clear and the tension is high , I can image at the current us anti police and races issue high up today , the gun / killing subject won't be welcomed .

I am thinking about " in the name of ...." A cammorflag which giving many unrightfull doing been justified - and the national purge day is taken the extreme to told us the ugly truth - it's entertaining and it's so bloody - how the second body in me respond to it and my souls dialogue with the movie ? A Nazi flavor in the mass cause me thinking about the " sly the dragon " ritual I am going to design for Sea Dragon : am I turn myself to the priest ? A question I am asking myself now ...

Duck Bain

Duck Bain is a 60 years old local noodle shop - they offer authentic yet simple menu : noodle , rice noodle and goose . Yes , they put pork in the noodle and offering goose , nothing to do with duck ! I didn't check it why they call themselves duck Bain .

When asking for a small porting of goose , the waiter reply : dose 200 nt enough ? Yes , it's quiet expensive already .

The shop renovate and looks modern . I had my moodle and goose for nt 260. 

First day for sound

He went home by 10:30 pm , when his mother share her cares - he begin to cry . It ain't easy for any part time ....

I told Meilijg this is criticial for his growth , if he survive first 3 days , he can be a man and this is a perfect leaning in life .

Before his 5 weeks to Vietnam , I decided to do a pre trip coaching :

1. How to make a difference :

- value to the company 

- value and experience to oneself 

- the breakthrough and milestone 

- see the end picture 

- define the status for transfer : why / what and how 

2. It's a normal situation in family run biz : you figure out how to do it and 

3. How people can treat his idol time : a quest for everyone ( include me )

4. Separate role & responsibility : what can be shared and how the role can dissolve 

   45 minutes and he should be fully charged . 

News in the morning and we discuss in the car

Travis on 26th

Buy myself one 3600 nt ticket for Travis concert in Taiwan on July 26th.. Box office is not good -- I am contribute to support taiwan economy.

Elite morning

Grab him at the front desk of Regent Taipei , he walk me up the elevator to 20th floor where I am about to swimming. Knowing he required a few moment with me , I didn't rush to push swimming pool's door , instead , I invite him to sit at the club restaurant and we conduct a 30 minutes session :

1. Balance already come after , it's for examptify but not for design 

2. Cheek the role and responsibility, if it can't create the value then the role can dilute .

3. Aluminum session : our experience in grow up pave differer road and paint different color - the value system is hard to rock , so we choice to stick or stay away .

4. Goal for building family : biological need , off spring and mutual goal for full family function varies , now we live in second or third cycle , no proven patten to follow 

Netflix documentary

Seems like my subscription to Netflix is for documentary film only , and it's worth it . To count back for the last few days 

1. Reincarnation: snoopy dog - his journey to Jamaica for 2013 reggae album - ganstarap can taken the world by storm and how he bail himself out and get to put some meaning to his new album : peace ; love and struggle .

2. Wreck band : Tony , clenn Campbell and many other amazing studio session musician's legend . Kickstart is a good way to making the film passible .

3. Bob Weir's long steange journey : the young and pretty face from greatful dead talking about the Beat Generation, hippie , jerry carica and the magic journey he experienced. And get to know the bus driver : Neal Cassidy - pretty lane - la Honda -- 

Lucid dream

It's an early dream when lie down in bed :

At a party or dinner - my table where Leon Lai sit with me and his manager Joe . We are taking something about record and he burst out who's sitting with us ? A lady wearing a low hat cover most of her face , she tilt and it's Anita Mui - another super artist from HK - she pass away but show up at my lucid dream . 

Why favor ?

Why those not so familiar friend will call and ask favor ? Especially ask you to offer your personal connection to celebrity in town for their own benefit ?

I don't have an answer but gradually I devlop a pattern to deal with such an situation : 

1. Standard reply : I am not so familiar with them but won't mind to ask for them 

2. It's a no guarenrtee conversation 

3. If the friend is a long shot - I won't bother to even send the message - this will only show how native I am 

4. If any follow up request : my standard answer is : he / she won't be available then .

 Is there anything wrong on my side ? I will spend time to talk with the person who send their request but will not build the bridge and ruining my relationship.

Watching id 4 sequel at MLB on 4th of July alone and I remember last 4th of July I was on boat at Santa Monica marine with Mike's family .... Time fly and memory stays . 

Don't repeat it

Fruit is a trouble already , I don't want Sound to be another :

His problem is sleeping pattern and can't resist the comfort of lying inside bathtub for long hours - it create problems to the relationship with his mother .

We had a city tour in KS and it happen again . I can't see him lie in bed and understand the addiction is killing him , 4 in the morning , I went for piss and he lying and watching Iphone indie the bathtub , I don't want to ruin the vacation mood and fully aware what will happen next .

- without enough sleep , he can't take the plan day activity .

- I will end up going my own way 

- her relationship won't be sore but plan to explore the city can't be realized 

- home early tomorrow as no fun to extend stay in KS ..

- this is the story repeat itself even thought he call himself loser , he just can't change it .

2 taxi drivers

One who show his " I can do it " gesture to stimulate himself - due to curiosity. I ask why he relay his story and how he is now become a taxi driver ...

The other : text message on driving ,  I over looks at a " death panelty sentence " convert ... A strange feeling to me .

Make it looks old --- it's eugen said and kind of good partner with Martin , if france is the concern in the beginning , now the Rock is rolling off the road , see how you can produce magic and put flavors to A zone .

The dream : here comes the 3rd girl and we connect and the chemistry told us she will be the 3rd ... Wispering by my ear even though I hear nothing ...
