Manji : A zone

This is what Martin want :
1. Hubert to invest Maji Market 
2. Maji offer management service to A- zone 
3. A -zone rebrand to Maji and
4. Maji bringing his own F & B brand restaurant . 
 If win win should build , scenarios below 
1. Maji take over a zone Managment and offer us an all inclusive fees
2. Maji pick 3 idea location as a premium tenter : building 11 - 331 ping ; building 8 50 ping with full function kitchen and surrounding grass land . 3. Andente house and bistro .
KC have a certain wishful thinking and this is not going to happen in the real world ... I means , thing won't be se easy out this way .
