When go over it and share with J - he pounded and pause for seconds , and he reply slowly and told me this is exactly what's been through for him for the past 2 years .
1. Content ( Fact : What really happens ? )
2. Feelings ( How am I feeling now ?)
3. Identify ( What's beneath the tip of iceberg? )
3 major factor contribute to Identity issues and it's the most difficult part in conduct difficult conversation:
-- Am I good Enough?
-- Am I a good person ?
-- Why can't I be loved and respected ?
If you can't handle it well and let the 3 factor hijack you emotions or even develop a self esteem problem . Do trace back to your values and realign with them - to live your value is like injections vaccine to your mind to eradicate all the negative emotion .
