I pick regent hotel as the launch venue with Hubert on coming Thursday, it's a risk as competitor and sit in another hotel will pose 2 uncomfortable ambient ! I would give it a try , as I manage to secure the place no one access before ( except HK forum retreat ) and consider the impact of typhoon , this is a place guaranty open 365 days a year !
Review and revise some forum tool and convert to ambassador forum need ! Quite a heavy loading ! Need more time to make it better
