Stevin / Diana

This time Stiven comes first - I am only listen and gradually directe him to our focuse - CEO candidate ; next Chairman and coming corporate culture development workshop - Stiven taken it light and I am feeling his fragile .
Diana trade off CEO with Chairman and she revise the system to support a CEO led management philosophy . But the consensus for chairman is not so clear . This is another headaches for everyone ... I am here to Stay..
