Meiling's dream

This is her third time to perform plastic surgery for her nose - as this is a big dream to her , I won't deny the desire is too strong to overcome all the pain and uncomfortable .

She throw a lie to me last night arose my emotions , when find out she is doing the surgery all day and in recovery , my emphatic move and ask her to take good rest .
