Why turn down fruit's wish ?

Fruit want to leant western cuisine and ask my help intoducing ambassador's Chef - she wish to become the apprentice now .

 In the beginning I am excited about her commitment to learn in the hard way but gradually I found it is a problem about " commitment " I hardly can believe she is totally transform and will act as a humble and hard working apprentice - I am afraid to lose my  credit again .

 I have to lie to her they don't accept apprentice but only graduate - she need to perform consistently before I can really push her up -- 

 I should not forget how she only work 3 months selling shoes at night market and probation for only 3 days at a dental clinics.

 I didn't forget how my father done for me - get the chance to be trained in the army and taking light duty for my 5 years army life - I almost forget it until my father remind me few months ago.
