Mongolia chapter forum 2

I knew from the beginning it will be tough - commitment level and maturity of members . As I willing to take this challenge , I am ready for any change occurs during the session . This is my reflecting :

1. Giving rooms for participate to share with their own language - mother tongue even thought you can't understand.

2. It's difficult to be open - you as a facilitator must demostrate , sometimes to make up story to get them encouraged 

3. group small don't means involvement is less - check the emotion and procedure all the time 

4. Taking real update case for presentation works better as they work the talk and get real about the experience 

5. People will be late , don't expecting to start on time as there is no commitment yet . 

I like BAT ; Gann and many others especially to learn how them provide of being Mongolia and can share with you the true history and how they feel
