The session with Hubert

I brought him out to Di Hwa street - the old house converted cafe and tea house . He is anxiety in the beginning due to the morning meeting and other matter , I smooth him down and little by little , he share with me the story about why he building Classic food corp and having Lynn to be consultant - as for a space and for the residential management corp , it seems we reach the consensus also!
I will set up meeting with all related people and facility on this session next week!
It's so difficult to change the culture if you are running family biz - ambiguity traveling ! No employee can open their mouth to ask:
The 3 types of talent we need to build a healthy firm :
1. Talent we built internally for sustain and improve existing business 
2. Talent we buy outside for new initiative 
3. Talent we borrow ( consultant / coach ) to be our mirror reflection to our behavior
