Transformer 4 - return of extinct

Today - June 25 is my reborn day - 7 years ago , I plant stent into my left artery and begin new life -- it's kind of I am not so care about my health these days ... No exercise and not eating healthy . If I asked people to change , why I can't do it myself , if I told many times " the train is coming " why I reluctant to move - why overcome will is such a difficult thing ?

 I Celebrare tonight not because of this . As I forget this Memorial Day until now . We celebrate by going to the movie " transformer 4 " due to my elected to be the independent director for Spriox and for the truce between Meilijg and sound ,
