Non-stop and don't stop

I did 5 ZH school forum fundemental in 4 days - 2 in the row ; one complete session and anothe 2 in the row ; it's a tough and difficult situation , we were all white mice - the organizer ; administer; facilitator and participants : I am not going to say China is unique or " trust " " comfodemcilty " is rare to develop under the current bisiness emvironement . 

  My way of leading - facilitate the program also test their patient too. 

 First group : from 9-7-6 the turn out on following day leave only 6 in one table - a few of them commit but I am not sure how the forum will develop .

 Second group : the young and coming group give me vitality and yet 2 of the member can't really breath with us and dacing with the flow .

 Third group : chief architecture of ZH island join us and for the first 2 hours we end up going nowhere - I decide to reset it and starting it all over again - with no expectation , fun and relax . I  am glad to see how people like Tao ; Chen and Huang tried so hard to built it .

 Group 4: this is not an idea group with many dissident in the group - I don't think this group with go further . I appreciate the wista facilitator Chang sit all the way and dive with us.

 Group 5 : young again . Shen yen saw my exhaust in my face - not a good sigh for everyone .

 I want plan to spend more energy to our own forum 6677 the day after my consecutive 6 days training on the road . But when arecief Ning Bao with 7 brothers , I knew is I don't being my passion out and be an average facilitator. We may reach a " break or make " situation - so , I did 3 ice breaker , one deepening connection and facilitate 3 presenting and one health check .

On the road and dontn stop belivikg ,
