Spirox corporate forum experience

This is my third time to conduct " corporate forum inception " and the experience and take home value is:
1. For corporate forum : the purpose and meaning , expecte result should be highlights earlier : maybe after the ice breaker before any exercise 
2. Open and trust is an outstanding issue always as they are in fact in conflict of interest - it take time to let them know and we need someone to demostrare .
3. It's not volunteer or have strong willing in the first place : most of the time it's another " job " or " missin " " extra works " for them . How to ease their unpleasant mood is essential .
4. Do good :
-- when doing update : boss execuse themselves is good
-- live coaching is important 
-- to demostrare as the moderator is important : I sit in one group and rest as observer before they take the moderator role. 
-- it's hard for people to come up with their dreams out of blue - maybe to have alternative - change is better
-- story and tips works
