We talk a lot about Frances

This is an in-depth conversation with Hubert . I candid express my concern and worries and invite him to my space . If plan B needed , how we should structure it in progress manner ? I need his consensus too.

James Liu taught me many things today , especially on :
1. The rationale behind succession plan
2. How to recruits tier 1 talent even you are in tier 3 position 
3. Smart is only the base for becoming ceo in insurance company : he is 150 , and mine?
4. Why I didn't ask him to stay this time when the " resign " intention burst out thine time ? 
 It's good to have half day retreat with Meilijg - and to aware we need our own space to avoid fading of itimacy .. 
ZH island will and is TT money - good sign and I need to prepare many things
