Cindy coach for presentation

Cindy and I had a quick spare rib lunch before our coaching sessions - she touch a little bit to the theme and begin to complain , it's like a non stop complain , I can't image how this can be managed and perform nothing but listening , how come forum not able to bring each opener and closer ? What goes wrong ?
