Global life

The task is clear : find the consensus between owner and professionals - even the professional with a chairman role and the owner position himself as vice chairman - it give me a reference about David H in Spirox !
S. Brought Diana to the private conversation : when S leave for his delay meeting . Diana totals me : I am not sure is I am bias . But to me . S is kidnapped . 
A functional board to perform gatekeeper role is designed by S. And it handicapped J. Even through his is chairman of the board . I list the task :
1. Find the consensus between them 
2. Win trust from J and help him to be better 
3. Let Diana know there's a chance for win win or find the 3rd alternative 
4. Don't let J. Feels fear and reluctant to take responsibility.
5. Bring the merge synergy to global life group and identify J a better leader
