Accompany Matthew to shelin development : Matthew have no crue what and how the session goes ? We meet one hour early than meeting time ! As a matter of fact , I arrived by 7:00 am ! And I am feeling tied now after the over - eating lunch : the SEE celebration lunch. 

I would like to take a break : I don't know what SOW problem is : now instead of michale - vice Secretary General - now they assign another window : vice chairman of the steering committee !
